We had the good fortune of having Leah as our service advisor. She assisted us all the way from being broke down (kaput battery) on a dark, rainy evening, several miles from the dealership, to scheduling the diagnosis, repair, and follow through the next day. Her professional service focused on making sure we were not stranded, that we had a means to get the car to the shop, and to making sure our car was scheduled and repaired properly the next day. Her attention to our immediate needs when broke down boosted our confidence in the quality of service that we would eventually receive for our car.
