Had a horrible experience with Sabrina Gales-Rizzo...

Had a horrible experience with Sabrina Gales-Rizzoli in the service department this morning. Basically, she was a bit rude when she raised her voice in frustration and impatience over the phone and refused to transfer the call to the service manager when we are in disagreement. But fortunately, another service advisor Jesse Farhat took over the case and handled it professionally.

To the management team: please ensure Sabrina is properly trained on professionalism in the workplace so she can handle anything in any circumstances in a polite way. I would also strongly recommend Jesse to any BMW customers without any reservation.
