Made an 8:15 am appt to swap tires (on rims). Called at 3 pm but was told my car will be ready at 4:30 pm. So REALLY, it took them 7 hours to swap my tires in. They must have really slow mechanics. Or else why do I bother to make a 8:15 am appointment 3 weeks ago........Disappointed and probably someone has a more expensive repair bill got ahead of me.
