Worst Servicing Experience In The World! I have had my X6 in the shop for over 8 weeks in 1 year with BMW. I bought my car brand new 2011 BMW X6 from them and have always had it serviced with them. The car has literally never been taken off of an oil consumption report and despite me bringing it into the shop to fix over 4 times with me reporting the oil leak issues over 10 times, the car still has engine leaks and repairs required. The first 2 years, they told me that it was normal and that its because the car is new and thats how BMW X6 are. They basically dragged me out for 2 years with excuses or lack of understanding of the car to the point where the warranty lapsed. I am now down to the conclusion that either the engine is faulty or the servicing here is not done properly. I have spent over $25,000 in servicing alone with this dealership and they can't even tell me what the real issue is and cannot guarantee that the engine won't leak again. Which they already did last time I fixed it when they told me that there is a customer care package. Then when it leaked again after 3 months, they told me to read the fine print, it only covers certain parts of the engine and not these other parts. This is not the way to treat a customer or anyone. This is not why people buy BMWs!
