I am a young, new professional who came in initially looking to buy a leftover 2020 CRV. When the numbers weren t working out to fit my budget and after shopping around, I decided to go with a lease. When I returned to Burns to inquire about numbers for the lease, Bill, the new car sales manager, was EXTREMELY rude. After contacting me several times throughout the week trying to earn my business, his demeanor completely changed when he realized I was no longer interested in buying and had been shopping around at other Hondas as well to see where I could get the best deal. He did not have my best interest in mind as the consumer and clearly just wanted to take advantage of me as a naive, young, female consumer. I instead took my business over to Piazza Honda in Philadelphia and drove off with my new CRV lease yesterday. They were extremely patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Burns Honda. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere! There are lots of Hondas around.

Thanks to Amanda Heritage I got the car that I love. She reached out to me by messenger introducing herself and we corresponded back and forth as to what I can afford & what I m looking for in a car. I selected a 2018 Civic that was waiting for me when I went to the dealership to see the car she picked out based on my specifications and I got more than I asked for. She was waiting for me at the front desk with a smile. The whole experience I received was exceptional!. I felt very comfortable with Amanda and she made The process go smoothly. We were at the dealership after business hours finalizing the lease and one that was done Amanda sat in the car with me and went through the settings and programmed the car based on my needs. When I got home I finished the programming as shown by Amanda. I had difficulty with setting up my phone to car and access my iPhone apps. So she told me to come back and she would help me. She did it so easily and quickly so now I have navigation, ability to text by voice and make and receive phone calls with my hands on the wheel. Her knowledge and experience of the civic was exceptional! She went over and above to see that I was comfortable and happy with my new car. I love, love, love my Civic! If you thinking of going to Burns Honda in Marlton ask for Amanda and you will be amazed with her service. You won t be disappointed! You can drive you car into the Service Center for service. As soon as you enter, there is an service person to help you. The service staff are always friendly, and keeps you informed on the progress of you car.
Great selection of used hondas. Good pricing and some haggling needed but responsive salespeople. A hidden gem for car buyers in PA and NJ. Good people there.
I can't say that I've had a better experience than with Ed Altman at Burns Honda. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the Honda trim levels and features of each one. He even programmed our vehicle exactly to our specifications. And most of all, Ed was extremely courteous to our entire family. Our salesman Joey Nahama was absolutely wonderful! Spent so much time telling us all about the vehicle. The test drive was the most informed drive we have ever received from a dealership. Eric was very helpful in assisting and finally fixed my TPMS censor issue for my 2013 Honda Fit Sport. I came in today without an appointment straight from the body shop to see if I could have the persistent problem resolved within the day. Took my 2019 Accord to Burns due to failure of one of the computer controlled braking systems. The service department appeared to be in total chaos. I stood in front of a woman service writer and was ignored. Finally she told me to see someone to my left. That person sent me back to her. After a few minute conversation where I lost even more confidence in this service center, I told them to bring my car back. I'll take my car elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
While your offer of a loaner is appreciated, it does not alleviate my fear that your service department is in a state of chaos. I would just not feel confident doing business at your establishment. But, again, your offer is appreciated, but I must decline.

Got a certified pre-owned Honda Pilot here and Chris is the nicest guy I have come across in any dealership. The paint touch ups before and after I took delivery were done amazingly well, I could not tell where the scratches were. The service department also has my praise for having a starbucks coffee and chocolate drink machine for free! They have free bagels, cookies, and the wifi is fast. I am 45 away from them but I would go back just because Hamilton Honda which is right by me, is horrible.

I just purchased a new 2015 CR-V LX and traded in a 2006 CR-V we also purchased new from Burns. Over the years my family has purchased multiple vehicles from Burns and have used their service department. We have been impressed by their focus on quality and professionalism and, for the handful of times when we have had concerns, management has always been very reachable and interested in addressing the concern.
With regard to this purchase, I called ahead, explained the current need and budget, and made an appointment for Saturday August 8th. Even though that is their busiest day, everything from trade in appraisal and finding the color and model that worked for me (from their large lot) through prep and driving out in the new car took less than 5 hours. And the final monthly payment was slightly less than expected. Additionally their service hours and location work better for me than other dealerships in our area.

We purchased our new Honda Civic last week! We had a great experience! We were not planning on purchasing a car that day, I just wanted my spouse to see the redesigned Civic. Bonus was the terrific play area to keep our 2 year old entertained once we decided we wanted to purchase a vehicle! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new Civic and the great service we received at Burn's Honda! Corey was great! Handled everything really well and explained in full detail. I had to come in and get A LOT of work done. I called and made an appointment and just drove up at my slotted time. The waiting room is super clean with free water and coffee and some vending machines. When it was told the work would last longer then a few hours, they got me an uber to the enterprise car rental down the road and handled all the car rental needs. My car work was done within 24 hours! Awesome service.
I made appointment to see a used car and at arrival no one new about my appointment , the car was not ready for test drive . The lady in front found a used sales rep that he claim had 12 years working there and he did not know were the car was , had no idea about prices on new or his used units , had no intentions on selling , my info was never taken for fallow up or to see if i had appointment . Place felt like a circus , but no price was won or no balloon at the end lol .

I have been in the retail auto business for 50 years. Been in hundreds of dealerships and seen thousands of sales people and managers. Based on my purchase experience, Burns Honda is the best place to buy or lease a new car. Ron Marchesani was extremely helpful. While I handled paperwork with David Osman (very helpful finance manager), Ron spent 15 minutes teaching my wife how to turn things on and use the accessories. The internet manager is Mike Dibiaso, who was also helpful in closing my deal. You can't go wrong with Burns Honda.
I go to Burns for all my service work. John McKeen has been my service rep for the last 10 years. He is above and beyond the best at what he does. I have never had an issue or problem with their service. They are very accommodating and always keep you up to date on what is going on. Great place and best service rep.

Wow I will never come back here again. I use to love this place but the last 2 times my car was here they gave me bad service.
A couple of months ago during winter months my 2007 engine block cracked and I guess after so many people complaining to corporate Honda, Honda extended the waranty on the block. I took it here to get it fixed, they fixed it, but for some reason no one could find the release form saying it was ok for me to take the car and the person they needed to contact for this was off for 2 days. Still they insisted not to worry and to take the vehicle home. The next day while driving to work I hear a boiling bubbling sound and notice my engine was over heating. I pulled over opened the hood and notice a strong smell of antifreeze. Then I notice a puddle of antifreeze on the floor of my front seat. Finally I made it to burns honda only to find out they did not replace the clamps on the engine block at least this is what they told me. They said the antifreeze had no where to go, so it escape to the floor front seat. They finally fixed the car but I still had to remind them of the front seat puddle. Again they had no idea about the puddle even after I told them. They cleaned it and gave me a full deatiled car clean which it sucked and they damaged the carpet. They gave me a $100 cretid and send me on my way. I spoke to the GM or who ever is in charge there to complain and he said "looks like its time for you to get a new car, why don't you come in and Check out our new accords".
The second time I took my car there they fixed it and the minute I drove off the dealer ship I realized that nothing was fixed. I did a u turn and took it back and they had to look at it again and I was out of a car again for another day.
Never again Burns, I was so close to getting a new car from this place, but now is never. I guess its time to go lexus or infinity. They made feel like I had no value as a customer or future customer.

First time here and it was terrible service. I scheduled to get my car passenger airbag fix, rear view camera realign, and a recall to the car. However, when I came there, they had no clue about me scheduling to fix the passenger airbag and rear view camera. Instead, I was told they don t usually do full diagnostic on Saturdays and that they re running behind. So my car only receive a recall. What s the point of scheduling an appointment then?
Typical dealership, Honda is terrible in that they sold people Honda Odyssey Touring vans with proprietary tire systems that have failed miserably over the years and expect people to pay $400 a tire now to get them replaced. Even if your tire is beyond dangerous their best option is to get credit through Synchrony Bank to pay for their terrible decision.

Today I dropped off my car for a/c system repair since it wasn t blowing cold air. I had the assistance of my case manager, Richard from American Honda who is an amazing guy.
My service advisor was Rachel and she was communicating with me and with Richard. I dropped off my car before my scheduled time which was 8:15am and they provided me an Uber ride back home since Rachel told me that it s going to be a whole day work. Come by almost 4pm, Rachel informed me that my car is ready and fixed. I paid everything online to make the process faster.
Rachel even reached out to me afterwork hours regarding my question on why the compressor does not engages for a long time to which she told me to just let it run in order to let the freon circulate to the new system.

We had previously inquired over the internet and gone to the lot when they were closed and looked around for a vehicle that fit both my preferences and my budget. When we were ready to buy and got to Burns Honda, we were prepared and knew what we wanted and what we could afford. Mark Foley was "no pressure", listened to what we said and was just fabulous. Absolutely terrible! No wonder people call them "stealerships." Needed some spark plugs replaced and the dealership wanted to charge over $800!! Promptly drove down to Pep Boys and bought a pack of spark plugs for $20.00 and watched a 15 minute YouTube video on how to change one. I would definitely avoid Burns Honda at all costs.

We had a horrible experience at this dealership from the service department. Made an appointment on a Friday for the following Tuesday at 10:15 AM. We dropped the car off at 10 AM and because they don't have loaner cars, my husband had to wait for the shuttle to take him home. As of 3 PM my car still had not been seen. I asked what the point of an appointment was and they said that it's to get the cars in. They informed me they had a backlog of 40 vehicles. I understand it can get busy, but if that was communicated to us, we would have cancelled our appointment and gone somewhere else. Or, if loaner cars were offered while our car was in service, that would be fine as well. They leave us without a vehicle and keeping the car overnight before even looking at it. We will not visit this dealership again.

Duy T. was awesome and attentive in my purchasing experience and everybody there really made the effort to get me into the vehicle I wanted. They wanted my business.
We found the exact pre-owned car my son was searching for at Burns Honda's website while en route to a college in South Jersey. Craig Pfeiffer was extremely helpful in texting us photos and the then taking us for a test drive when we arrived. We placed a deposit that day and picked the car up the following weekend. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had... no drawn out haggling; Craig was sincere and respected the amount of money my son had saved for a car. This made my son's first car buying experience really memorable. Although we encountered some mechanical problems when driving the car home, Craig and his manager when above and beyond to rectify the situation and covered all costs, even knowing we were not local and probably not a repeat customer. My son is thoroughly enjoying his new car. Thank you Craig!!!!!

the price is definitely not the cheapest.. it may look cheap to the under informed..when in addition you add up their "base package" - wheel locks and vin etching .. the price is deceptive.
I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic SI used my sales person was Harry Cava who provided exceptional service and answered all of my questions and did not rush the sale. The finance manger Raymond Kollman was also very pleasant and took time to answer all the questions that come with this type of purchase and financial commitment.
During the first two days of owning my new car I discovered a slash in my tire. I called Burns and spoke with Don Reed who said bring the car in so I did. I was greeted by Harry Cava and pleasantly surprised when I was told they have a tire coming down from the main shop and that it would be installed and I would be on my way. Its nice to do business with a company that treats all customers as the most important customer. Thanks to all of you!

Absolutely the stereotypical dreaded car-shopping experience. All I wanted to know was the going price of the 2015 Accord EX-L models, including dealer and manufacturer incentives. The sales person (who said he was new) used every conceivable method NOT to tell me the price, including bringing his sales manager over to stall. More over, he insisted I provide my phone number - despite me telling him I did NOT want any calls from anyone at the dealership. (To which he said that it would only be him calling. And that is better, how???)
It's a shame, because Honda makes a great car. If you want to buy one in South Jersey, avoid Burns!!!
I purchased a car with the help from Jamie Findley last December. A year has passed already with my car and I always ask for Jamie when I return to Honda for service. When I was uncertain about what car I wanted Jamie was patient with me, catered to my precise needs and wants, and ultimately helped me find a car that I am, still, in love with. Jamie is very candid and even told me the bad details of a car upfront and I really appreciated that. Some salesmen leave you feeling cheated. I did not feel this way after my deal with Jamie. Every time I come in for service Jamie greets me with kindness. He always asks about my car, family and school. Not many people will take the time out of their day to actually ask you how everything is going. It makes me WANT to return back here with someone who values me and my business. If you want to spend your money somewhere where you are appreciated, come to Honda and specifically ask for Jamie. He's the best they have here.

In addition to the overall friendliness of everyone I encountered, I was impressed to see how concerned my salesman, Marc Weiner was to ensure that I was getting the car that was right for my needs. He had incredible patience on 2 different days taking me out for test drives. I believe he had me test drive 4 different cars on my first trip there to establish the right comfort level for me. I was also impressed with his knowledge of the different features and benefits for each of the cars I was looking at. He was able to explain things clearly & questioned me to be sure I understood. I never felt pressured by anyone. Marc and his managers were respectful of my budget and offered different finance options to help me stay within my comfort zone. I bought my first new car here in May of 2017 (2017 Honda Civic hatchback LX) and that was a good enough experience. Nevertheless it was a somewhat sterotypical ordeal in which if I didn't work very hard trying to negotiate with the salesperson then I wouldn't have gotten close to a price I was okay with.
This was I think the third or fourth dealer I went to and it was the only one that got close to the final price I had in mind. From what I remember the staff working with me gracefully dealt with my negotiation.
The only real negative aspect of the experience was my attempt at trading in my old vehicle; the digital odometer was broken so there was only a general estimate of total miles but it was in otherwise decent condition. It has about 150k miles on it from what I recall and I asked the mechanics there to evaluate the vehicle themselves as it was a good running vehicle albeit a bit dated with moderate use. However they had to essentially offer me a low ball/scrap value due to them being unable to verify exactly how many miles were on the vehicle. They said they would've had to auction the vehicle off and that it wouldn't really be economical for them. With that said, I appreciated their honesty and it worked out anyway as I ended up selling the vehicle to a private party for a reasonable price.
Out of the various Honda dealerships I shopped around at this was the one I ended up actually purchasing my car from and had the best experience with.
Once again it became time to purchase another car. This time our Sales Consultant was Mark Foley. Once again we were treated very professionally and Mark made sure that we were comfortable with our selection. During our various test drives, I took out 6 different vehicles over 2 days, Mark used the opportunity to demonstrate many of the options and allow me to sue them when I drove. In this way, before the purchase, I knew exactly what I was getting. Once the car was decided on and the price set, we went to John Hughes for the paperwork. He made what could be a tedious experience simple, fast and straightforward. As a professional, he wanted to make sure we understood what we were getting. Again as before, a very positive and pleasant buying experience.
Having purchased a number of cars in my lifetime, I well understand that selling a car is a team effort. Our sales professional, Bruce Horner, did an excellent job in setting the right tone for the transaction. He made sure we were comfortable with our selection and, after the sale spent the time to make sure we understood how the various options and features operated. Frank Sorrentino was extremely helpful when it came to closing the deal and David Osman was great, making sure that all of the paperwork was correct. Overall, a very positive and pleasant buying experience.

They seemed really nice but they are only in it for the business. I went there as a recent college grad and they did a great job of showing me the ideal new car for me. However, when it came to the option of financing, I told them I need to get my dad to come and help me with the negotiations. I called my dad while I was there and he said to tell them our offer which was 20,500. They said ok and that we can do paperwork when my dad comes because he needed to co-sign. A day later, we drove there and then they start playing games with you. We were not there to play games. We were there to buy a car. If they told me that they were going to negotiate, I would have not gone back. We increased our price to 21,000 and they kept decreasing price from 23,500 to 23,000 and then to 22,800 and saying they are doing everything they can to talk to there manager. At that point my dad was frustrated and as we were getting up to leave (cause we were tired of their games to make it seem like they were trying to talk to the big bosses to get a deal closer to our price) they decrease the price without even going to manager to 21,500 all of the sudden. We just left.
We were going for a deal and had they told me they would accept my 20,500 immediately they would have gotten a sale. I just ended up going to another dealer and with slim to none haggling I got my 2016 Honda civic ex out the door price of what I wanted with some extra weather mats and such.
Brought cars in 3 times for different reasons. Every time, the cars came out with a problem that was not originally there when we first brought the cars in. In all three cases the cars came out with engine light warnings. When we questioned it, we were told that it was not Burns Honda's problem.
Their exceptional service mission statement is a joke. I feel ripped off.
Came to Burns after a little negotiating with Harry Cava to buy a used Acura. He called an uncomfortable amount of times rushing us here and when we arrived he did not greet us and made us wait over a hour just to complete the paperwork. I expressed my concerns about the car (one key falling apart, and the hood shocks were worn out) and he blew me off about the key and told me hood shocks would be an additional $300 on top of the price. The shocks retail for $12 a piece. We were there over 2 hours and past their closing time and received horrible service. I can only assume he was discriminating against us even though we put a down payment before we came. Horrible service and no compassion was shown for my concerns with the car. The dealership is clean and well stocked but the one star is for Harry and the service.
