Since posting a 1 star for the review below, Broadway contacted us and fix everything that was not working and refunded the fuse and diagnostic fees. Reviews do work!!

You are supposed to get a better used vehicle when you buy from a dealer. That is why Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds give a high value from a dealer than a private party. Save your money. They didn't check/fix any of the minor electrical issues with our vehicle. When we brought it to their attention we were charge $90 to analyze the problem, $20 to replace a fuse and given an estimate of $270 to fix a corroded electrical switch.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. Saw the pickup I liked on the website, then called for additional info. Very detailed description from the salesman. Very knowledgeable and helpful. After I got loan approval, went to the dealership to get the pickup. The whole process was simple and easy. I'm very happy with the whole process, and especially happy with my new truck. Thanks Guys. Great Job.

Last week I brought my wife's car in for service on her 2013 Ford Fusion. The power steering was no longer working. After diagnosing, the service department called me back and stated some type of animal chewed through a wire which was causing the power steering issue. They stated in order to fix the problem it would be over $2,000 to replace the steering gear. I trusted there assessment, but thought maybe it could be done somewhere else for cheaper. So I decided to get another opinion. I paid Broadway Ford a $135 diagnosing fee. I then took the vehicle to another reputable repair shop, thank gosh I did because they replaced the chewed through wire for $42 total, completely repairing the issue. The reputable repair shop stated there was nothing wrong with the steering gear so why would you fix/replace something that doesn't need fixing or replacing. It was just the chewed wire that needed replacing. I called back Broadway Ford and asked why this was not an option when I had it in. They simply said they "thought" it stated somewhere in there service manual that replacing just the wire was not an option. I asked them to please send me confirmation of this and the service manager stated he would look into it and call me back. He still has not. I've called and left messages and have still heard nothing in return. It seemed to me he was just trying to get me off the phone with no intention of returning my calls or helping me understand why in the world they wanted to charge me over $2,000 to replace something not broken. When I bring my car to have it repaired I trust that the people looking at the car are giving me an honest and fair assessment or at least giving me all the repair options. I also asked the sales manager if I could at least just be reimbursed my $135 diagnosing fee because of the improper diagnosis. He stated he would look into that as well. I'm still waiting for that call too. My wife and I have spent lots of money at Broadway Ford throughout the years. Our trust has been broken. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Julie Anderson was my service advisor, when I explained the issue I was having with my truck she knew exactly what to have her team check for. She was very knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Even though I did not have an appointment she got my truck in right away resolved the issue and also managed to squeeze in an oil change and tire rotation while the truck was in the shop. Overall great experience, I always bring my truck to the professionals at Broadway Ford. Thanks Julie!

Was looking to get out of my VW Jetta (also purchased at Broadway (Ashland) and reached out on social media. I researched different models and what I liked from past vehicles and Brady reached messaged me and answered every question I had, from leasing to financing and what models had features that I d benefit from. Brady sent me lease options on the Hyundai Kona, but I still was unsure I wanted to lease, so I did some more research and sent more questions to him and he said that the EcoSport would be a great vehicle. I researched and thought about it for a few days before coming in to test drive it and get an offer on my Jetta (knowing I was upside down on the loan).... I was instantly wanting to purchase and sign the paperwork within 5 minutes of the test drive. I d highly recommend Brady and Broadway to anyone and everyone.

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Brian, Norm and Jay have zero customer service skills. Was lied to multiple times about when my car was going to be done. Was threatened by Brian that if we left a bad review our car wouldn t be fixed. Was told that I was not allowed to speak to anyone in a higher up position to voice my complaints. Will never be going here again. Completely untrustworthy individuals running the service department.

Got oil changed today. Darren G is awesome how he takes care of his customers. He's professional and knows what he's doing. We've been going to Broadway for years. We leased our latest 2 vehicles from Broadway, and probably won't go anywhere else again.

Was a great experience working with Creed S. He had everything prepared before I got to the dealership. Very well organized and easy to talk to.
Also learned a lot from Bob in the finance area. He knows what's going on..

We were referred to a certain individual for our first oil change since purchasing our new SUV. Upon arrival this man which we thought was going to be changing our oil, was a service advisor only. We had no idea who would be doing our oil change. Was looking for a senior person, not a young person hired off the street. We formally went and purchased our vehicles from a Ford dealership in Appleton and oil changes there as well. Had punk kids do it and broke my water pump for windshield wipers. So we decided to lease our new SUV from Broadway Ford and our experience was the best since our former salesman left the Appleton dealership. We will be having our oil changed in the future at a dealership in Appleton where my husband formally went when he had his 2016 Kia SORENTO. We were charged a lot of money and at my husband's dealership only paid $29.95 with a car wash INCLUDED. To me not worth the drive to Green Bay for an oil change at this price. We live 50 miles west of Green Bay and with gas our oil change cost over $60.00+. Didn't feel welcomed when we walked in for our appointment, but service advisor was a bit friendlier when we left. He stated out oil change would cost $49.95 and out total was $54.32. Tax I figured that would be extra, but got charged an extra $2.74 for shop supplies. Service Advisor never mentioned this extra fee. With all our previous vehicles never got charged for shop supplies. Sad that our first visit back to this dealership wasn't what we thought it would be.

They kept me informed of services my vehicle needed and costs so I could make an informed decision prior to the work being done. They gave me a time when my vehicle would be ready and they met that.

The Flex is great! Lots of space and drives good. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because when I picked it up they did not clean it. There was garbage in the back seat and it smelled of cigarettes. It took a couple cleanings to get that smell out.

Service here at Broadway Ford has really declined and is not a place I would bring my vehicle. I had re-call work done on a Friday and I was told my car would be done that day. Well they didn t get it done that day and I had to use a rental car that was covered by them; but I was to return the car with a full tank of gas that was not refunded by Broadway. The Service Manager and all the Service reps are all very un knowledgable and very un-professional. Over all I would highly recommend going somewhere else for vehicle needs.

I started my car search at your local competitor. They were not really interested in selling me a car. I stop in, just to get some pricing information and purchased a car that night from Galen Sherbon. I felt he was ethical and spent the time to get me exactly what I wanted.

Thank you to Michele in the service department for assisting me in getting a mechanical issue resolved. She is fantastic to work with! From beginning to end everyone with whom I interacted or work on my vehicle did a terrific job.

My car expert, Tyler Koster, was very good to work with. He wasn t pushy. I didn t know him at all.
He interviewed me when we started the car buying process so that he could get a feel for the type of car I was looking for, the features I wanted, and my budget. He was very conscientious about staying within my budget.
He has been available to me since I bought the car to answer some questions I had.

There was initially an issue but they were quick to correct it and explain what happened. I have always had a good experience at Broadway Ford service department even if they make a mistake they own it and make it right.

Had a body shop appointment and got picked up by the Hertz agent across the street. Went in and they took care of me in less then 15 minutes which even included the walk around to check the car. To my surprise it was a hybrid so the agent gave me a short crash course on it which was very helpful. Top notch service as usual from Broadway. Thanks for another fine experience!

Broadway Ford has always been great to me. I purchased 2 Fords and everything was awesome. Even the service department. I was foolish to think all Broadway locations would be the same. Broadway should really look at their Ford location and make it the standard. Comparing the Ford to Chevy dealership is like comparing a 5 start resort to a Motel 3 1/2.

We had a great sales person (Mike Hendry). Made us feel relaxed and answered our questions. It has gotten more complicated buying a vehicle and a sales person who is responsive to the customers needs and willing to take the time to answer your questions is fantastic. Mike did a great job. Nick took care of walking us through the actual sale and was also very patient and explained everything to us and answered our questions. The experience with both of them will bring us back again. The only downside is that the options e.g. extended warranty and under coating we feel the customer should have the option to buy or not extended to 1-2
weeks. I think that if we were given the additional time would have made different choices, but this in no way reflects on our experience with Mike and Nick.

Looked at new F150s, Lynn Scholz was the one that assisted me, she is one of the nicest most knowledgeable sales reps I have met. She worked really hard trying to find the truck I wanted but it didn t exist at this time because of a fire in the factory there was a shortage of trucks. Broadway Ford was a amazing facility and I would have bought from them. Lynn was great to deal with, she treated me with respect, gave me time, checked back with me and just asked if I needed help or had anymore questions, I didn t feel pressured in anyway. Would definitely recommend Broadway Ford as my top choice of Ford dealers and so have many others, show room has on display quite a few dealer awards.

I purchased a new F 150 in 2012 and had to take it in three times for water getting into the passenger compartment. The first time they said it was the GPS antennae on the roof so they resealed it. I get truck back for the satellite to have no connection so I bring it back on a Saturday and they wont touch it till Monday. Then they repair the wiring they damaged for the Satellite signal. 2 Weeks later I take a road trip south to run into rain storm to realize that water is still getting in looks like thru the RF passenger grab handle. I return with it for them to now say its the windshield.......I traded it in with 5000 miles on a 2013 5.0 Mustang that to this day has 2000 miles on it three years later that I wanted to sell to pursue other interests and it has an airbag recall with no parts to fix it ( for the last 6 months ) so I cant get crap for it because it cant be resold cause of safety issue. Also purchased a 2012 Fusion Sport for my wife new of course for it to have a hundred miles on it and the steering wheel does not sit level. We take it in for alignment check and they say its OK. I take to a smaller private shop nd they say its off. Realign it and wheel is straight. ON THE SNOWBALLS CHANCE IN HELL I EVER BOUGHT ANOTHER FORD WHICH I DONT INTEND ON IT WOULD NEVER BE FROM THESE PEOPLE.

My purchasing experience of my new Ford Edge ST from Broadway Ford in Green Bay, WI was wonderful & so much better than I anticipated it would be. Our Salesmen Creed was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle & all of it's new features & updated technology. He was very patient with all of my questions & thorough with his answers. He made us feel welcome & shared in our excitement of taking home a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle.

I have not had any luck at the Ford Service Center here. Back in September, I took my vehicle there for an oil change. They told me I had a broken transfer case seal. While they attempted to replace the seal they broke the transfer case. So they replaced it but installed it backwards and this was somehow not noticed til a different mechanic looked at it the next day. This ordeal left me without transportation for 3 days for a 3 hour job. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I went back in for another oil change. The transfer case seal is leaking again along with a rear pinion seal. So they fixed both. A few days later I noticed leaking from that area of the vehicle. I just got it back after they "fixed" this transfer case seal for the third time in 7 months after the mechanic put the pinion seal on the transfer case and the transfer case seal on the rear pinion. I would have gone elsewhere after the second time but in order to get it done for free I had to come back here. The mechanics seem to be making glaring mistakes that shouldn't be acceptable by a dealerships standards. They didn't even offer me a free oil change for all the hassle. I think I'm going to try Dorsch out for all future oil changes and maintenance.

Broadway Automotive is amazing. My car was damaged and they picked it up same day and communicated with me each step of the way. My car was fixed quickly. I picked it up and everything is great. The staff was great to talk to, both in person and on the phone. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with three service and my experience working with Broadway.

Don t think I ll be getting another Ford. I ve had Fords pretty much all of my life. But the last two Fords I ve had. (2001 5.4 and 2013 Ecoboost). It looks to me that Ford products are being made pretty cheap. My 2013 I have right now. I just had to have the timing chain replaced. And apparently the torboos will have to be fixed or replaced. This truck only had 80000 miles on it. Was never drove hard. If a vehicle goes to hell before a 100000 miles. It s not worth buying any more Fords. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

i made a silly mistake which led me into the collision center there at Broadway Ford. i walked out still feeling silly but, my vehicle would never be able to show signs of the mishap. top-notch service and work!

A+ experience. I can't say enough about the great service and attention to detail. No pressure. No tactics. Good conversation. Honest and thoughtful. It was worth the drive down (even under stormy weather conditions to get there that day). I appreciate Cory Jones and their staff for providing me outstanding service and support. Thanks again.

This is the place to go if your looking for a new vehicle. My situation was very complicated and the finance team and sales team made everything so easy. It is worth the visit. They also have a large selection to choose from and many options to consider. I could not be more please with my experience.

I purchased a used Subaru from another Ford dealership. I took advantage of the added maintenance package so I wouldn't have to hassle with oil changes. I've come to Broadway Ford 3 times now for oil changes and we can never seem to get the warranty straight. Today I was told I don't have any oil changes left. I asked them to double check and nobody could seem to even locate my maintenance warranty only my service warranty, so I paid cash today.
I called my original office where I purchased the vehicle to see if my warranty was over and they said no I still have a few oil changes left. I left a message for Shane at Broadway ford hoping to make this right, but now there's the added hassle of having to drive 30 minutes back to Green Bay for the refund.

Cannot say enough about the team at Broadway!! I have been a huge Ford fan for as long as I can recall and after living in Chicago, Cincinnati, Northern Illinois, and now here in Green Bay, the family of employees at Broadway cannot be beat! From sales to service to parts to finance, we have never been met with anything other than a smile and knowledgeable answers. On the rare instance where someone doesn't have an answer for an issue or concern, they are honest about not immediately having the information but diligently work to get the answer for us. My family and I TRUST the Broadway team and because of that trust, they are going to have us as customers for life. THANK YOU Team Broadway! Keep up the great work and please continue to lead the way as one of the most authentic/honest dealerships that we have ever dealt with!

Love the vehicle I got and the guy i worked with to buy it. Very pricey diagnosing and service charges. Other repair shops do the same work for much cheaper, and will diagnose the work for a much smaller price. Also a 25% increase in oil change price, roughly double that of small repair shops. Disappointing, but happy with the new place I go to.

Went in for tire rotation after I tried to rotate ...

Went in for tire rotation after I tried to rotate myself. I broke one breaker bar extension (lifetime replacement tool). Next I moved to the impact driver at 100 psi, and still couldn't remove wheel nuts. Damaged wheel nuts in the process. Took the vehicle to the dealership. Lady behind the counter was nice, however they couldn't explain why the wheel nuts were so tight and indicated they were swelling, which was why I was having problems. I asked why the wheel nuts swell so much to cause removal problems. The representative couldn't explain why, and no effort to contact Ford for an explanation was made. The vehicle only has 40,000 miles on it. I was charged 11.00 per wheel nut, for what appears to be a factory issue, and labor for a mistake in installation done by the dealer. Total bill was nearly $100.00. As the direct link to the manufacturer I would expect the dealer's service to be top notch. I feel better performing routine maintenance work myself.

I brought my car in for an oil change, that s it. When I got it back it was shaking and grinding like the wheel was about to fall off, I was forced to pick my kids up from school like this. So the next day I brought it back, they said it was the front lower ball joints and admitted that putting the car up on the lift must of made them much worse than they already were. After the oil change they told me there was a little play in them, so I figured I would just replace them myself, but after they screwed it up I don t have the time to do it right away and they still made me pay for all the work they did. Now comes Saturday, I get the car back, it has an extremely loud chirping or squeaking noise in the front drivers side tire..... I mean WTH! Do you not actually take your cars for test drives to make sure you didn t screw anything up and that your repair was done correctly???? So now i have to bring it back in to another repair shop to find out what else you screwed up. I m at the point we are considering suing broadway automotive for what we paid to have the work done, almost $500. I could of done it myself for $60 if they hadn t screwed it up!!!!!!!

I went to Broadway on Military after looking at multiple different used car dealers around town. I came in expecting this dealer to be like the others, but Broadway had a wide variety of cars at a much cheaper price than any of the rest of the dealerships I went to for used cars. After I test drove a few and finally decided on one, Cory helped me with all of my questions and paperwork. (this was my first major purchase). Mike helped me decide what financing plan was best for my budget and provided the coverage that I needed. When I went to pick up my vehicle a few days later, it was cleaned up and ready to go immediately! They even took the time to help me navigate the controls and program my phone to the car. Overall, Broadway provided excellent service and made my car buying experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Ben Rupiper at Broadway was an awesome person to deal with. He is the reason I will be coming back for more oil changes at Broadway. I will also buy another new Ford F150 because of Ben's professionalism and positive personality.

Very pleased with the staff. NOT PUSHY AT ALL. Best experience in buying a vehicle ever. Told them up front what we needed a truck for and price point for payments. They came back with several options and hit it out of the park with each option offered.

Got a oil change and radiator coolant change done on 02/14/18. Drove suv home and temp gauge never got warm, checked radiator tank and it was low. waited until next mourning to check it when it was cooled. Was way low, so had to go back to have them fill it. They spilled fluid by the cap and did not even clean it up. I was like what, I now have to tell you to clean it up too? I drove home and cleaned it myself. I have given all top stars in the past even when I had to go back for things they did not do correctly. Not this time. If Ford is supposed to have top notch techs, then this easy task should have been done right when I was there first. And clean up your mess, some of us care what it looks like under the hood.

I had an almost good experience during my visit. All thanks to Ben Rupiper, the Assistant Service Manager who gave us a warm time and making sure we got the best service.. Though i m still angry I got charged to have my bright light fixed even though I bought the car that way. Ben is a keeper and he had the ability to keep a customer..

They had a good variety of different cars to choos...

They had a good variety of different cars to choose from. We looked at a lot of dealers but this place stood out because of the Gt350 in the show room. We are extremely picky, and you should be when it comes to your money! I got just the right sales guy too. Chris Gomes put me on just the right test drive. The first car I drove is what I bought. I met with him on several occasions because I was unsure. I test drove some vehicles and I started to feel for what I wanted. I'm a smart buyer so I went home and slept on it. I must have visited daily for 2 weeks. On my 3rd visit with Chris Gomes he took the time to let me even create my own vehicle at his desk. We explored every option and after another long night of sleeping I woke up with a confident choice in mind. Now I'm a Proud owner of a 2019 Mustang GT/CS in October of 2018! Thanks Chris Gomes for your patience.
