I brought my car in for an oil change, that s it. When I got it back it was shaking and grinding like the wheel was about to fall off, I was forced to pick my kids up from school like this. So the next day I brought it back, they said it was the front lower ball joints and admitted that putting the car up on the lift must of made them much worse than they already were. After the oil change they told me there was a little play in them, so I figured I would just replace them myself, but after they screwed it up I don t have the time to do it right away and they still made me pay for all the work they did. Now comes Saturday, I get the car back, it has an extremely loud chirping or squeaking noise in the front drivers side tire..... I mean WTH! Do you not actually take your cars for test drives to make sure you didn t screw anything up and that your repair was done correctly???? So now i have to bring it back in to another repair shop to find out what else you screwed up. I m at the point we are considering suing broadway automotive for what we paid to have the work done, almost $500. I could of done it myself for $60 if they hadn t screwed it up!!!!!!!
