Had a body shop appointment and got picked up by the Hertz agent across the street. Went in and they took care of me in less then 15 minutes which even included the walk around to check the car. To my surprise it was a hybrid so the agent gave me a short crash course on it which was very helpful. Top notch service as usual from Broadway. Thanks for another fine experience!
