Broadway Ford has always been great to me. I purchased 2 Fords and everything was awesome. Even the service department. I was foolish to think all Broadway locations would be the same. Broadway should really look at their Ford location and make it the standard. Comparing the Ford to Chevy dealership is like comparing a 5 start resort to a Motel 3 1/2.
