Good communication of repairs and expected time they would be completed.
The recall service was quick and painless. My service rep had everything ready to go and pickup was easy.
They took good care of my family at Broadway, especially my sales person Creed S. He worked with us for almost a year to find the right truck within our budget. He gave us a price and promised no surprises and he came through. We didn't spend hours in an office haggling over the the hidden fees in the "adjusted" monthly payment (which happens way too often). He was also very knowledgable and could answer all the many questions we had between the 50 options and 4 models available today in an F-150.
We tried Dorsch earlier and were given a price that was $20K more than sticker on a 0% interest program with -$3K worth of negative equity on a trade in. They even "verified" the price was correct with the sales manager. If you want a no-BS experience, see Creed at Broadway.
A little over a month ago I purchased a used car from this dealership. Had a couple of minor issues and they took care of it at no charge to me. Extremely satisfied with the service department. They have very friendly and Professional Service. The dealership is open daily with the exception of Sunday. A large air conditioned Lounge with a big screen television. There are free can of soda and water in the lounge and vending machines in the service department. If you're waiting for your vehicle, it doesn't hurt that Burger King it is right across the street.
Everything went very well, and Kira was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as was needed getting everything perfect. Great buying experience.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT UNTIL WE HAD TO SIGN PAPERWORK ELECTRONICALLY. THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN THEN THEY COULD NOT GET THE SIGNITURE PADS TO WORK. WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR JUST TO SIGN.

Purchasing a van for my business was a great experience thanks to Brian and staff at Broadway Ford. Brian was knowledgeable about the vehicle, options and upfit equipment. I was able to select the vehicle, upfit and negotiate the cost via phone and email. When I arrived at the dealership Brian introduced me to Nick in F&I. Nick had the paperwork prepared and most importantly didn t push add-on products that I had no interest in purchasing. After the paperwork was signed Brian gave me a tour of the facility and pointed out various services offered at Broadway. Thanks to the preparation of Brian and Nick I was able to complete the process in about 40 minutes. I highly recommend Brian and Broadway for anyone looking for a commercial vehicle.

The Quick lane should not have that name when it takes 1hour and 3 minutes for an oil change
On 22 October I took possession of my third F-150 truck in the past 8 years. My experience was nothing more than professional. Truck I wanted was XLT Chrome not on the lot but in two days a truck was located and delivered to their location. I have been driving a XLT Chrome white F-150 and I wanted the same vehicle except with a larger gas tank. White was a must since I live in Arizona in the Winter. We agreed on a price quickly which made the experience even better. I would like to thank both Matt Lynaugh and Chris Gomes for making this happen. Good folks! I was an out of state new truck buyer and they had everything ready for a smooth and quick transaction. Plus it didn't hurt that they had, on premises, the vehicle and finance package I wanted. I recommend them.
I went in to make an appointment for my 55,000 check-up. Instead of making an appointment they serviced the vehicle the same day. Oil change, tire rotation, brakes checked, fluid check. Was very satisfied with the service.

He had me at Blueberry, so we spooned and ate the whole thing. A total disaster as far as my diet goes so I ll count it as my cheat day.
40 mins later my cars ready and I sign some papers and he acts like he doesn t even know me.
Never going there again.

I called Sterling and ask about a set of new tires for our F-150. He matched a competitors price, aligned the front end and noticed we needed wiper blades. Thank you for taking care of ours autos.
Had a tire leak they seemed very busy but took care of us as quickly as possible. The only concern was the number of people not wearing a mask at one point I was the only person with one on in the waiting area. I don't think anybody wants to wear one but with many employees walking through and not a word said was not right. If a business does not enforce the mandate it makes it harder for everyone else to enforce that masks be worn and keep everyone one safe.
There service department does exceptional work! The only draw is there not that fast. Keep in mind I did not have a pre set appointment. I'm particularly impressed with Darren's work!!!!!!

I was told the day before that my appointment time would work for me because there were parts available for a recall repair. When I got there the parts were not there, a mistake, but would be. This caused my return of the car to be pushed to much later in the day. No acknowledgement of a mistake or sorry for my inconvenience. I have to believe the work was done correctly, but am disappointed about the delay for me.
Horrible customer service, horrible time management from technicians too...made an appointment for a simple oil change transmission drain/fill and tire plug. MIND YOU I MADE AN APPOINTMENT, just for it to take 3 hours. Waste of time, won't return for anything.

I bought a Ford Focus ST here. They were super easy to talk to but not super pushy. I was going through two dealers, trying to get the best deal, and Broadway treated me better and gave me a better deal than the competition! The paperwork they use is super easy to understand and you know what you will be paying by the time you walk out of the door.

I think their service team is exceptional - the couple issues I've had with my truck have been resolved quickly, courteously and without question.
Work was done professionally and completed on time. Our Service Advisor Michel Reeves was fantastic to work with again. I've dealt with her in the past and would recommend her to anyone. She is one of the reasons I have my maintenance work done there.
This place is amazing...especially the Quick Lane service. I've been dealing with Jon the last couple weeks and the service is great! He's on top of the game and one of the best advisers I've ever dealt with. The prices are highly competitive. I have a 2014 RAM that's still under warranty and went to my dealer for brakes and they quoted me a price $120.00 over what Broadway did. Tires for my truck and my wife's care were also cheaper...they truly go the extra mile and are all about customer service. This dealership is as honest as they come.

Broadway Ford Service Review
So I bring an 99 F250 to the dealer because it wouldn't start. After having the truck there for a day they call me in to go over all that's wrong with it. I had just put in new batteries but apparently they were bad, my brakes were "non-existent", bulbs would be "$24" to change and yada yada. I chose to have them diagnose the brakes because brakes, change the bulbs and fix the problem with starter. They give me a call to tell me its done, I just need to come in and pay. When I get there they tell me the batteries are actually great, brakes are actually fine, they just needed to be bled. The bulbs went from a charge of $24 to $200 and when I asked about that I was told 160 is for labor and since it was already done I have to pay it. The one problem I came in for - the truck not starting - was addressed and so I payed the bill. They then tell me to "GO OUT AND LOOK IN THE LOT TO FIND YOUR TRUCK", like OK... yeah let me pay a grand to have you work on it and then go out and find it. A week later I go to use the truck and its leaked a gallon of oil.The truck didn't leak before. So I come back, ask them if they had noticed that before or during doing any work in the area it's leaking. They tell me no, it's not their fault, but they'd gladly fix it for a premium; which at this point I wouldn't trust their estimates.
Would not recommend.

Always get great service. Just wish they would wash the car when done. A simple wash would be fine. But that will not stop me from coming back!
We looked at a good number of cars over the last month, from a lot of different dealers, we tried to keep an open mind about the different vehicles we looked at, but when we arrived at Broadway Ford, And met with Cory Jones who ended up being our salesman, from the start, Cory made us feel comfortable, by not putting pressure on us to buy, but rather, allowed us to take our time, and because of this approach, we are very happy with the vehicle we have selected.

I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion brand new. By the winter of 2018 there was a spot of rust on the roof, along a seam. This was obviously a manufacturing defect. I had to make many calls to have it covered under some sort of warranty, and ended up having to pay a $100 deductible. Remember when quality was job 1 at Ford? Broadway on Military did the body work. The first try was awful. Waving putty work and poor paint. After I told them about it they "fixed" it. The second try, the putty work was good, but the painting was poor. I have not contacted them since.

When I came in for my oil change I informed them of a smell in my car coming out of the defroster it smelled musty they said they were going to check the filter inside the car when I came to pick up my car I was told the filter was clean I said I can t understand what the smell could be one of the technicians standing next to the attendant that was checking me out asked me if I would like him to recheck it I said yes please thank your 10 minutes later he came back and showed me the filter that was extremely dirty so why was I told it was clean the first time when it wasn t this similar situation happened to me with you before when I was told something was checked and it wasn t that s why your receiving a 3 I was lied too twice
My 2018 Focus hatchback does not get up to normal operating temperature when it's cold out. While driving on the highway it will come up to normal operating temperature but as soon as you come into town the engine temperature temperature drops which means that the heater is not working properly and it starts blowing luke warm air. The service department has told me that I should turn the fan speed down to 3 and turn the temperature dial to about 75 percent because they can't figure out what is causing the engine temperature to drop so drastically. What kind of repair is that? This car is still under warranty and they can't figure out what is wrong with my car. I will never buy a car from this dealership again and I have filed a complaint with Ford against this dealership for not fixing my car when it is still under warranty the service department sucks at best.
Just came in to have my oil changed and it was very fast and easy! I was made quite comfortable in the lounge while I waited.
I had my car in the Collusion Center. Kayla and her staff did a wonderful job. Kayla handled all the details with my insurance company, I didn t have to deal with any of it. Bud made my car look like new. Then, before I picked my car up, they cleaned it inside and out.
My car was cleaner when I picked it up then when I dropped it off.

I have taken my car to Broadway Ford for all of my maintenance needs since I purchased my car there in 2017. I usually use the walk in service but due to the Covid 19 pandemic, that option is not available. I was able to get an appointment to have my car serviced very quickly. I was actually offered an appointment for the following day.
The facility and waiting area have always appeared to be very clean. Due to the pandemic most of the employees were mask and the inside of my car was wiped down with a disinfectant before I drove away from the facility.
Everyone who I have encountered since I been having my car serviced at Broadway Ford have been kind and considerate. They go out of their way to make you comfortable if you choose to wait at the facility while they service your vehicle. The waiting area is the nicest that I have ever used in my entire life. The waiting time is reasonable and they offer competitive pricing.
As long as I live in the Green Bay area I plan to use Broadway Ford for all of my maintenance needs. It is truly a five star facility.
