We were referred to a certain individual for our first oil change since purchasing our new SUV. Upon arrival this man which we thought was going to be changing our oil, was a service advisor only. We had no idea who would be doing our oil change. Was looking for a senior person, not a young person hired off the street. We formally went and purchased our vehicles from a Ford dealership in Appleton and oil changes there as well. Had punk kids do it and broke my water pump for windshield wipers. So we decided to lease our new SUV from Broadway Ford and our experience was the best since our former salesman left the Appleton dealership. We will be having our oil changed in the future at a dealership in Appleton where my husband formally went when he had his 2016 Kia SORENTO. We were charged a lot of money and at my husband's dealership only paid $29.95 with a car wash INCLUDED. To me not worth the drive to Green Bay for an oil change at this price. We live 50 miles west of Green Bay and with gas our oil change cost over $60.00+. Didn't feel welcomed when we walked in for our appointment, but service advisor was a bit friendlier when we left. He stated out oil change would cost $49.95 and out total was $54.32. Tax I figured that would be extra, but got charged an extra $2.74 for shop supplies. Service Advisor never mentioned this extra fee. With all our previous vehicles never got charged for shop supplies. Sad that our first visit back to this dealership wasn't what we thought it would be.
