Sublime place! But you have to take his breakfast before 8:30 otherwise the staff becomes overwhelmed see unpleasant (25min waiting to order a dish.) Damage not worthy of a 5etoiles!

Excellent location. Friendly and courteous staff. Quiet and convenient.

Firstly we were in a room with a broken mini fridge which would not stop dripping. The air conditioning was so loud that we could not sleep with it on. On our second night, a fire alarm was set off on our floor waking us up at 12.30am. We tried to call reception to find out if we needed to evacuate - no answer. So we started to panic until finally it was turned off, however there was no effort from hotel staff to assure us of our safety until we brought it up to the front desk the next day. When we visited the front desk we reported our issues with this room to who tried to move us into a room at the front of the hotel where there was construction. After we said we wanted to leave, only then did they upgrade us into another quieter and supposedly nicer room. This room was run down with bits off doors broken and a hole in the mirror. To make matters worse, we booked this hotel mainly for the facilities (I.e. the rooftop pool). When we went to use the pool on a Wednesday we were told that the deck chairs were booked out until Monday which we found simply ridiculous. The bar staff proceeded to tell us we only have six chairs and hundreds of guests which is probably the most nonsense we d heard in all of our hotel stays. Furthermore, to reserve a chair we were expected to pay on top of the $500AUD we had already spent a night to stay in the hotel. Overall, extremely disappointed with this hotel it was the biggest let down of our month away in Europe. Horrible value for money and so many issues with rooms that should not exist in a hotel that has such a name. We can only give one positive in one of the reception staff, we think her name was Katerina and she was so lovely. Most other reception staff treated our issues with attitude and a lack of understanding.

There is only the Lobby which deserves to be 5 stars, the decoration is superb, but then the rooms are not worth 5 stars at all excuse me! The price is outrageously high we took it for the spa and pool which sells just a dream! and when we arrived there was no more available throughout our stay ... very very disappointed!

The hotel guardian attitude is not good. Check out the breakfast money and forget it.

Be very careful with the rooms. I got a superior room that faces an outdoor corridor, which meant that I couldn't keep the blinds up on the only window since then everyone who walked by would be looking straight in to the bed.... As they More

5 star hotel with mold in the tub/shower. Restaurant staff not great but otherwise nice hotel although I can find mold filled hotel rooms for much cheaper. (They did comp us our valet parking due to the mold and returned the car with fresh human spit running down the side... Don't know where they parked it but it's not their fault? They washed it off though.) All in all not the best hotel, very surprised it all happened under the boscolo brand. We chose not to stay a second night.

Everything was perfect, except the breakfast, which arrived cold, and the noisy environment because of the works.

Very nice renovated old hotel with exceptionally good service and very friendly staff. We spent four nights here and are extremely satisfied. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel restaurant deserves an excellent. When we return to Nice we will only stay at the Boscolo Exedra Nice.

Fantastic boutique hotel, designed with typical Italian flair. Very welcoming staff who are very accommodating. Bedroom was lovely, although there was no view. I was aware there were roadworks on the front of the hotel and specifically asked for a room away from this, so it was perfect. Spa onsite is a little confusing to orientate, you have to go through the pool to access the sauna and steam room. We only discovered this on our second visit to the pool. Despite this, we so enjoyed every moment! Thanks!

In the evening, enter the palace and the bar is accessible, a very pleasant place to have a drink with friends.

I have spent a great experience in this my birthday Sep. 12 2014 in this great hotel as in Rome before anything else this hotel is so close to the monuments that one wants to visit the Colosio, Piazza Venezia etc. but above all the hotel that is beautiful inside and outside the extraordinary service thanks Fabio for the attentions.

We had chosen something special for New Year's Eve and booked four nights plus the gala dinner on New Year's Eve at the Boscolo. Unfortunately we were very disappointed that evening. After the third course we left the room ... The service was absolutely not 5-star justice. We had to refill wine ourselves, the food was cold, the next course came even though the plate hadn't been cleared, at 9 p.m. we hadn't eaten anything even though it was supposed to start between 8 and 8.30 p.m. A mess among the service staff. Sorry but that doesn't work ... especially not at the price of 175 p.p. We weren't the only ones complaining at reception ... we didn't pay anything, just the wine. But it was the only good thing that evening.
Room clean. Breakfast ok. But really 5 stars? No.
Housekeeping and doorman do a good job. In the service everyone still has a lot to catch up on ...

If I could put zero I would Constructuon was going on road made it very hard to get in hotel GPS directions do not work if you are driving in Sand on floor the tv can not be seen from half the bed since its jammed in the corner. Jackhamering was going on was very noisy if you read comments very poor rating for 5 star and expensive for what you get they charge 7 star price for low quality

Awesome little Boutique feel while still being corporate owned. the White theme carries on throughout the hotel. service was Spot ON and the amenities were a joy to use (Pool table, BAR , Etc) Location was perfect walking distance to Jean Medecin tram Stop, all resturants, Shopping and nearly anyother service you can think of. Definately reccomend this location.

Hyper modern hotel.
Staff always helpful and friendly, almost all Italian.
An above average 5 star.
On a practically perfect breakfast, there is only one negative note. ... the coffee and the cap are not up to even a half star .... I never expected a crap made with the freeze-dried machine.

Room soundproofing too bad and spa massage too cool. Breakfast is too cheap for the waiter and unfriendly. I even have chicken breast salad and it's meaty.
This hotel Marriott membership is going away soon.
Worst experience in Nice. I thought this is a 4star hotel. You can hear everything outside from your room no noise cancellation at all. The spa is rly bad the massages they give considering the prices is utterly bs-not relaxing at all. The staff at breakfast is unfriendly had to wait 20min until we got to order something and when the Cesar salad came the chicken smelled like it was very very old. No wonder they are losing their Marriot Bonvoy memberhsip very soon!

nice hotel, but maintenance leaves desired, for a 5 star I find that it is not up to par, friendly staff but lacks for some professionalism, the restaurant not at all up to the same, tasteless cuisine worthy of a basic brewery. pity .

Very disappointed with the teams and customer management. We had reserved a table in August for two, one lunch on the terrace. Lack of pot, it rained in the morning. We come from Vence to Nice when we learn that the restaurant is closed because of the rain. No one bothered to call us to let us know, no apologies, nothing.
Too bad, we'll never go!

Very welcoming and very friendly staff. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The rooftop pool is very nice and the room service fast and reliable. It has parking and valet parking. I had the opportunity to see the 3 types of suites on the fifth floor: the smallest has only one room but still very welcoming (a small wardrobe for two people), the intermediate one also has a lounge with a sofa and the presidential is like the second but larger and with nice tables for 6 people. Detail: all the rooms have a bathtub in the living room.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Do not miss the views from the rooftop pool! Top rated food and restaurant right at the hotel. Fair currency exchange rate at the reception desk. Staff double as impecable guides, they do not hesitate to point guests in the right direction and go out of thier way to make sure thier guests are enjoying Nice overall, and not just their stay at the hotel. The spa downstairs is very elegant. Be sure to book your place at the rooftop and spa in advance. Don't hesitate for even a minute to book your stay here. Finest hotel in Nice.

This hotel is in a great location. It has an excellent pool and spa so I would recommend a stay here. The staff are helpful and friendly!

Fantastic hotel from greeting til departure. Truelly centrally located...close to tram for access to complete city.
Staff professional and friendly. Room very spacious and all amenities. Plumbing in bathroom took some working out but overall an amazing stay.

Very rude, arrogant, unprofessional, unhelpful staff at the bar. This blonde girl by the name of Sylvia (or which ever her name is as there was no even badge on her) is just one big word for unprofessionalism! Leave your attitude at home!

Wonderful hotel and facilities. Superb breakfast, perfect location for sightseeing and transport, walking distance to the best beaches. Wonderfully clean, helpful staff. What else can I say? First class! Great roof top bar, but please book in advance if you want to eat there, it gets extremely busy busy busy!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. wietnie zorganizowana recepcja. Niestety room service jak i bar na dole pozostawiaj jeszcze wiele do yczenia ( m odzi ludzie, musz si jeszcze wiele nauczy ). A szkoda, bo to hotel 5 gwiazdkowy ale na poziom 5 gwiazdek zdecydowanie - jeszcze - nie zas uguje.

Amazing hotel located centrally between trains and shopping district within walking distance from Mediterranean sea and old Town area. Has tram two blocks from it for ease of transportation and is quite luxurious with fabulous service. We were there 7 days. Breakfast service is wonderful!

We tested the restaurant "La Pescheria" and our disappointment was huge ... If the decor is nice and the staff is considerate, the food is clearly not up to the ambitions! Limited choice, bland dishes worthy of a neighborhood brewery ... The tasting menu yet presented on the hotel's website was simply not available ?? The addition is, meanwhile, very salty ... to avoid because for rates of this order there is much better in Nice!

Fantastic Hotel in Nice. It's elegant, the staff was superb, the decor was modern, the building is historical, the food was exquisite, but the rooms were a bit dated.

Beautiful and amazing hotel in centre of Nice! Hotel has an amazing spa facility available to all guests complete with a warm pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The perfect spot to ease away! Staff were accomodating and extremely helpful. The restaurant also offers great cuisine.

The hotel presents as an impressive luxury option, in a convenient location; along the light rail route, and only blocks from Nice's old Town, and for the most part it is just that. That said, improvements are needed particularly in the areas of: service in dining room is as inattentive as it is slow, and the "chefs" cut corners in producing the menu; needs massive work to be worth the price they want to ask. Also our shower poured out through the closed enclosure, soaking the floor; it appears the maintenance team either didn't think to install rubberized door seals, or don't understand this concept. 3 star facilities overall though.

Very modern, unique yet chic. 5-10 minutes from the promenade, train station, and old town. The construction that everyone is referring to did not bother us because we were out of our room most of the day and only came back in the evenings.

Too far from my expectations. The building was old. There was a construction going on in front of the hotel. But staff was nice and upgraded my room.

We took a little tour of the rooftop with my partner which was very pleasant, with an excellent view of the city. The setting is beautiful as is the service! A mixed opinion, however, concerning some member of the staff, we felt watched to see judged.
