NSW Police Force Review

I wrote a review last month. But I was bit not sure if I put my real name on this site .
So I thought if I don't. Than wouldn't be right.

It was august 25th 2022. Waiting for my husbund. To come home after 12 hour shift . I started to worry. He finally showed up looked stressed. A guy came out of no where tailgating. Flashing lights. Swearing. At my husbund. He than threw something at his car . This made my husbund nervous. As he didnt know who was in this car. And what their intentions where. So he deceided to go to Katoomba police for help. The other guy. Followed husbund to police. . My husbund parked his car outside Katoomba. Police. The under guy still had his car running. My husbund went up to him .and said buddy let's sort this at police station. The other guy swore at him. Than my husbund went back to his car. Tried again. To get this person inside police station. He swore at him again. Than the guys partner. Started filming my husbund. My husbund feeling anxious. Grabbed her phone. To give it to police. As he thought it was illegal..to film.some one. He had no idea that you can't grab a phone to give to police.

As husbund walked to police station. No one was at counter. But he seen.a lady cop looking at him.from.screen. no one bothered to assist him. All of a sudden. The guy who picked on husbund. Came in.started tackling m y husbund aggressively. Police seen this and let it happen. Few minutes later. 2 male cops showed up . Two men separated. And husbund gave the bully his phone . My husbund noticed. The sergant was rude to him. But nice to the other guy . Both guys spoken to. 5 months later i .get a call from a cop. Who was newbie just joined up. In police force. If my husband could pick a letter from him.

Next morning. We get knock on door from 2female cops. One was rude gave death stares. She handed a letter to him he has to go to court for common.assult.

Mu husbund got very upset. He said I did not assult any one. He bullied me on road. I came to katoomba police for help. This is false accusation. . Than I rang KP. The constable on phone hung up on me. When I asked. Where is my husbunds statement...he laughed and said what statement. So I rang spring wood police. . Spring wood. Told me contact police commander. And say did police didn't investigate the matter. Instead we got acriminal lawyer. Which was a waste of money and time. As he didnt even explain the story. The cctv. Showed my husbund did not assult. My husbund 66 yearsold. Small man. A 6foot 30yearold. Pushing him. Lawyer said he acted in.self defense. The lawyer wrote to police to drop.charges. as it's self defense. But they refused. Lawyer told us on court date. It should not of went to court.

Court day came. Charges dropped. The other guy was no show in court. Than the constable. With glassess on who wrote report. Was sitting in front of us. Turned his head around. And stared at my husbund. When charges dropped. What a bully. He did so many things wrong in.report even reg number wrong. He used the words my husbund said to protect the bully . The magistrate. Was nasty. As she refused to refund 5 gran we had to pay on court and fees. The justice system. Is a disgrace. We been living in.the mountains for 30 years. My husbund went to. Katoomba. Police. For help. But got nailed to the cross. Thank you katoomba police. For not helping us. And the cop with glassess should get retrained . So.from now on. If a road. Rager. Picks on.you. call.000. And stay in.car. go in.a safe area until help arrives. Don't disturb katoomba police

My partner was minding his own business driving home. When another driver tailgating swearing at him. Flashing lights. Threw things at his car. He didn't know if it was a gang in this car. So he drove to a local police station.for help the bad guy followed him. Partner don't know every rule in book. So he approached the bad guy. To escort him inside police station. Guy swore at him. Than his partner started filming him. Without thinking and so stressed from what this young guy did to my 66 yearold partner. He grabbed her phone to give to police. . He had no idea. It's wrong to hand a phone to police is wrong . He thought. They were doing illegal.by filming him. The bad guy went inside police station.where my partner was tackled my partner. . Finally police showed up. Both men spoken.to. all went home . 5 months later my partner gets charged for common assult. Cctv shows. He did not assult . And other guy was the aggressor . Matter went in court charges dropped. Bad guy was no show. The constable who wrote report got it all wrong. Most things on.report wrong. So from now on. If someone hassles us on road. And won't leave us alone. We call.000. For help and go to petrol station.for help. We lost. 5 gran in legal. Fees.

Australian Police, with NSW Police leading the way, are terrorists. They are standing around watching Arabs yelling "from the river to the sea" death chants. You don't have to have an English Literature degree to know if Israel isn't leaving then that is a death chant. I don't care about the idiocy of all your "it is a zionist conspiracy" rot. That is clearly a death chant. Anybody capable of comprehension would feel in fear of their life if it was directed at them by people who have had convicted terrorists living amongst them.

The baldish police officer at the reception had the worst attitude and was least helpful when I asked him about getting my fingerprints done. Had to wait an hour till he comes up to tell me to come another time even when there was no one else waiting! Thanks for not being helpful

Asked for another copy of the receipt for my fingerprint that I have done at the Parramatta Police Station on 16/04/2018. The lady on the phone was blaming me losing the receipt and kept saying they were doing the fingerprint for my favour, they were not suppose to do it with loud and impolite manner.
Excuse me! It s a PAID service not free and it s one of the regular service listed in your websit.
Anyway, they asked me to call NCC, and NCC asked me to go back to the police station because it s a transaction between the police station and I.
You know what? I get nothing at the end after few hours phone call. I am giving up now because this job rated as impossible mission for them to get a copy of receipt that issued only a week ago.

Bad experience with highway patrol officer. Innocent third party in police pursuit. Had to pay for own damage and responsible officer completely evasive.

Arrogant and rude officer. Police are supposed to be trained to help people. We pay taxes and you earned the money from our hard work. However you denied to help people in need plus providing bad attitude and poor service to the people. Never experienced behavior like this at other police station. Shame on you Parramatta police!

I am writing this review based on the excellent service provided by the Parramatta police department. Recently lost my wallet while going for an evening walk. I called up the police helpline number to register an event report. Even though the report was filed late in the evening they were prompt in taking action. Two police officers came to my residence at mid night with the missing wallet. Can't thank them enough for their prompt action.

I called around 02:00 AM and spoke to Nigel who was very helpful and quickly understood what's my need and he showed so much care,

I was after my fingerprint receipt, went there 5 times, could not get it. have to restart the whole thing again. time consuming and wasting money, as I need to post it internationally.

One of the worst service provider I call around 2 clock in afternoon for help and now the the time almost 4.15 no one arrived yet and if I call them they ask me wait or we cancel the request the way of talking and services reminder me the true picture how they did minute with us I really have no word for this service

DEAR SIR POLICE STATION,
I AM SCARED BODY AGAIN LEAVE TO ME NOW PLEASE VERY DEAF TO ME PLEASE NO HEARING AND NO SPEAKING MOUTH TALKS MISSING NOW CAN'T WRONG NO HELMET BAD PEOPLE DRUGS SPIT, GUMS THROWING SPITING,COLOURS SPARY, GLUE HELMET SIT,GLUE SIT SHORTS,COLOURS WATER BALLOONS PAINTS AND STEALING BIKE CUT OUT NOW GONE.

Can't believe how rude they can be to the public. They told us to come in at 6pm for an interview regarding an accident and left us waiting an HOUR before actually seen us.

I understand it might not be a matter of major importance but surely they can ubderstand that people have better things to do than waiting an hour to be seen. Really expected better from a public service department

First time in a police station to certify some paperwork and despite all the negative reviews, I had received an excellent and speedy service with a friendly grin from Constable O Brien. I was in and out in just 5 minutes to have several pieces of paperwork certified. Thanks so much!

I asked a question about finger printing from a lady behind the desk she answered me with loud and aggressive voice as a customer I afraid of being there I was about crying.
Please parramatta police station help staff to being kind with people.

Not helping when people need help. Talk rudely to people. Lost my hope and faith for the behaviour of the police here.

Hello To the Senior Sargent of Parramatta Local Area Command , This is Aimee Stromeier from Newcastle, I Just want to say a huge thank you to all of your wonderful Probationary/ senior Constables ( Police Officers ) Including the 3 lovely male ones we had the great pleasure of meeting back on ( 14-10-2009 ) Constable Yuri , Constable Aaron and Senior Constable Daniel Eio for supporting all the seriously sick and injured Paediatric Patients of The Children s Hospital @ Westmead over the past 22 years since it opened in 1995 , You guys go above and beyond the call of dutie to put a smile on the kids faces even both myself and my sister Samantha who spent all our lives in and out of that hospital since Camperdown was open ( 1989 - 2009 ) Me ( Aimee ) and ( 1991 - 2012 ) my sister ( Samantha ) , You guys would come to events like Ride to work days and other fun things , Even just coming to sit and chat with the parents and patients that can t leave their hospital beds for whatever reason, Normally people find police intimidating as your is to catch criminals and other bad peoples on the streets, I Thank these 3 officers for being sooo lovely and polite caring and also kind hearted and for just doing what you do daily, Thankyou and hopefully we will meet again on a positive note one day. Shocked by the public service in paramatta. They are so rude and they said it s our responsibility to find record and then they will send someone to collect it. They are not trained for this things. I don t understand. How can police not trained to look after the people around their area. Not even worth 1 star review.

Just like all the rest all too hard and cant take reports; you should call 131444 oh headquarters but their just customer assistance who cant take that report oh you have to go to the police station! What? Its about violent officers?? No you definitely cant ring up you have to go in the station to be intimidated by more!

Make report from 10 pm to 12 pm no any police can come Lol

Cary tazers but if we tazer them they bash you with there special made baseball bat a little its allowed. Oh is that why you like the little police FORCE there supposed to be a police officer shifty aren't they

No expectations from them, totally useless, they don t deserve to be paid. They re real thieves stealing money from government and not doing their jobs.

I accidentally parked my car the wrong way today, returned from work, seen the cop's, was talking to them, my fault completely must of been day dreaming, they still issued me a fine, like come on!! I was polite as always and my car wasn't doing any harm, unfortunately this is why it's always going to be the cops again the community instead of with us

Definitely not the best police station in Sydney. Very poor response time to domestic violence incidents, and if you live in Government housing, some of them will tell you it's a housing issue, regardless of what the issue is. Do not rely on them to save you from a stalker either.

they don t really work just gossiping with officers

there cops anything more then one star pfft no way.
