The hotel presents as an impressive luxury option, in a convenient location; along the light rail route, and only blocks from Nice's old Town, and for the most part it is just that. That said, improvements are needed particularly in the areas of: service in dining room is as inattentive as it is slow, and the "chefs" cut corners in producing the menu; needs massive work to be worth the price they want to ask. Also our shower poured out through the closed enclosure, soaking the floor; it appears the maintenance team either didn't think to install rubberized door seals, or don't understand this concept. 3 star facilities overall though.
