Top notch, luxury hotel. Great staff, excellent accommodations and terrific location.

Excellent property with great service. The living room bar is a must visit, even if not staying at the hotel.

Always amazing. The new remodel of the outdoor dining and pool area is wonderful. As usual, the staff and accommodations are exquisite. The J Bar makes the best burger in town, and I am officially declaring the almond croissant the best in the country.

Basically, a must do when in Aspen is to call in the bar at the Jerome. Well worth it for the vibe and buzz. We had cocktails and were well pleased. The staff were good, friendlier than expected and the drinks are not as expensive as they could be. Call in, squeeze in if you have to!

Stayed for our 15th wedding anniversary and could not have had a more wonderful time. The staff is genuine and crazy thoughtful! Everywhere you turn, there are small details to delight you along the way, on both your surroundings and the people you meet. We will be making this our annual anniversary destination!

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with an excellent and personable staff with a lot of attention to detail. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Aspen.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous on the surface, the hotel and its facilities themselves are 5 star; the faces of the people are very nice, however, if you ask them for "anything" they can care less. During my stay I asked if they can bring extra pillows upon check in, the lady said "yes! Of course, can I do anything else for you?" That night, there was no extra pillows delivered to my room, I called before going to bed, no extra pillows, two hours later, I called again and they did not know of my initial phone call or the request when I reserved this room. Upon check out I told them of this insincerity and the manager discussed with me she will have the GM call me. Instead I did not receive a phone call and was sent the bill for the full amount. I do not mind paying for their suites at Hotel Jerome, I do mind simple requests to make my stay enjoyable to be fulfilled or at the least acknowledged. On the flip side, the restaurant staff is very nice and accommodating, as well as the concierge and the valet.

Fancy hotel. Pretty pricey but you get what you pay for. Good location and great staff.

Lovely atmosphere with Fireside seating and phone music that still allows conversation. Attentive staff and central location to downtown allow an easy way to explore downtown Aspen.

A really beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Aspen. There's so much beautiful stuff just in the lobby, and the restaurant and meeting spaces are first-class as well. The service is pretty good. We've enjoyed our visits to the hotel.

Wonderful lunch @ Hotel Jerome bar. Hamburger was recommended and did not disappoint. Chicken salad and chicken noodle soup were also fabulous!

Amazing lace. Soft bed and pillows. Room service, valet parking, a restraunt, close to an AMC theater and other dining areas, a nice park and trail outside, pool and hot tub with a spa, a gift shop and Starbucks in the lobby, and great customer service.

We ate at the restaurant at the hotel Jerome and had a wonderful time. The dishes were creative and delicious and I will definitely be coming back!

Never eaten in the dining room, but the bar food is wicked good. :)

A recently renovated, beautiful, grand old hotel with updated and well appointed rooms. Excellent service. The J Bar is always a great place for a drink or apps although dropping the truffle fries from the menu was a mistake, please bring them back.

Absolutely amazing service. The staff is top notch, the hotel is enchanted, the views are breathe taking, and the rooms are like nothing I've ever experienced before.

Loved this hotel and all it s history. Very beautiful and luxurious. A must stop even if only for a drink from their incredible bar. This would be an ideal place for weddings or any celebration. There are lots of big spacious rooms with different looks and purpose. A large heated pool and hot tub area with a covered sitting area as well for the outside. Overall this is one of the nicest Hotels in Aspen by far. I would definitely recommend staying here while you re visiting the beautiful town of Aspen.

Have not states but have enjoyed great meals. Best burger in Aspen.

Awesome hotel and staff, original building from when Aspen started with lots of upgrades. Always a great time in the heart of Downtown

Spent an hour in the back lounge drinking hot chocolate and warming up. This place is quirky and eccentric and has an energy of it own.

Review of Sunday lunch had reservation, VERY slow to seat. Requested shady table, told was not available due to wedding seat up, they another group of four got that table. Overall slow service, requested more bread, never got it. Finally got food, it was barely warm. It is a lovely patio area, however not worth it,

Awesome place. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The remodel they recently completed really adds a lot to the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff are helpful and super friendly. Their food is absolutely fabulous, and the servers are very courteous, whether you're having a meal or simply drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Came in for a drink. Beautiful interior, great service, comfy seating, and delicious drinks. Drinks average around $16, which is very reasonable for Aspen - plus they are truly unique and delicious! Will be back

AMAZING Experience and BEAUTIFUL Renovation.. The #HotelJerome is my favorite hotel in Aspen!

Both the staff and clientele were not a joy to interact with. At this price you would expect significantly more friendly interaction rather than the robotic "I'm paid to do this and can't wait until you leave" attitude that came across. You also would not expect an alarm on the clock in the room to wake you up at 5am then twice afterward, assuming housekeeping would ensure that these were checked before arrival.

Went to the Hotel Jerome for dinner and drinks at the J Bar. Food was excellent if pricey, but it was on par for Aspen. Service was attentive and pleasant.

Traditional mountain hotel feel. The place feels as if its been here forever and makes guests feel as if we belong here as well!

2 lounges available both are fabulous but very different!

Beautifully historic! Modern designs with old historic features. Staff was very friendly. They are more than happy to allow guests just to walk around even if your not staying overnight.

Hotel Jerome turned out to be a fancy and high class establishment. The service and the drinks were great, but the atmosphere is what made the place so special.

We had a few drinks and appetizers. Drinks are drinks, but the appetizers were fantastic! Hummus and brussel sprouts might sound strange like a strange combination but it's wonderful. The bar snack mix should not be missed.

Dirty and dark. My wife and I stayed there 2 days and she got a skin infection. Management was rude.

Historic hotel restored to all it's Victorian beauty. Not the most modern hotel, but a pleasure to stay there.

The Living Room is a lovely little spot to just sit and unwind with a cup of coffee. Very hospitable staff.

Classic Aspen experience different from the other hotels catering to the outdoor activities. The Jerome captures the historic old west and adds luxury to it. Great service and amenities along with outstanding food and beverage.

The oldest hotel in Aspen with a lot of Western charm and nostalgia. Stayed here several times. The remodel of the dining room from Victorian to more modern doesn't appeal to me. The remodel of the pool area with two new Jacuzzis is great! The J Bar is one of Aspen's best for meeting new and interesting people.

What a great place to stay!! from its humble start in the silver mining days to the Aspen icon it has become, even the locals frequent the "J" bar during the week, the food is impressive & the rooms are large, clean and well appointed. The staff always greet you with a smile & hello. I have visited many hotels around the world but this one has managed to keep its original character (right down to the miners belts that line the lift walls) & the items that are in the restaurant & bar are very interesting. I would like to thanks Belinda Oster for the great holiday, I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and skiing buddies..

went to the J-bar, food was over-rated, not much better than a fast-food burger esp for being their "world renown" burger
