Staff always helpful and friendly, almost all Italian.
An above average 5 star.
On a practically perfect breakfast, there is only one negative note. ... the coffee and the cap are not up to even a half star .... I never expected a crap made with the freeze-dried machine.
From an Italian 5-star hotel I was expecting an Italian hood ... !!
