Laid Back No Pressure Environment!

I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid from Bobby Rahal Honda and I am writing this letter to share my buying experience. While searching the internet for an Accord Hybrid to inspect in person, I found one at Bobby Rahal Honda. I was very apprehensive at first when walking into the building and not knowing anyone at the dealership. I am somewhat a skeptic when making major purchases and I typically use the buyer beware approach during these undertakings.

It was here that I spoke with Mr. P. J. Chojnacki for the first time, a very personable car salesman who made my first visit a pleasure. He found an Accord Hybrid in the sales lot and explained everything about the car. I can't say enough about P. J. as my sales contact. He was outstanding, no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys, just great accommodating service.

P.J. went above and beyond to answer my questions about the car and warranty options. After numerous visits to the dealership and test rides, I ended up purchasing a Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. P. J. and the staff at Bobby Rahal worked hard to find me a vehicle with all the options that I wanted and the exterior and interior colors that I wanted.

I want to thank the staff for making my auto-buying experience the best I ever had. Like Eric Saborsky (Financial Dept.) who made the paperwork a breeze and Justin May (Technical Specialist) who explained all the particulars of a Hybrid Accord and amazed me with his knowledge.

It was truly remarkable and a pleasure to work with P. J. Chonjnacki. His salesmanship is worthy of recognition and he should be awarded for his outstanding professionalism and noteworthy attention to details, before and after the sale of the car.

I would highly recommend Bobby Rahal Honda to anyone who is interested in a great experience when purchasing a vehicle.
