I have never been more disappointed with a car dealership/service in my life. Every single time I have taken my vehicle there (that I purchased from them) it has had to be returned the following day for a new issue. The first time was the day after I purchased it. They just assured me that it had been totally looked over, I drove it home and had to return the following day for a check engine light. The second time was after an oil change, I had to return it the following day for a check engine light. The third time was after their 100k service, I had to return the following day for a check engine light and some more work. On the third time, they told me I could have a loaner car. Except when I arrived, they asked me to wait there with my 2 year old because it might be a quick fix....for the next four hours. Don t worry though, they knocked 10% off of what they charged me that day in good faith. As a person who has worked in customer service and small business for my entire career, I am not only NOT satisfied with the service they provided to my car I am NOT satisfied with what they have done to attempt to keep me as a loyal customer. I have always loved Honda vehicles and motorcycles, but certainly not from Bobby Rahal.
