My husband and I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer mid August. In October, the truck did not start! We had it serviced and returned in 2 days. One month later, it didn't start again. At this point, we were very frustrated. Schaumburg Ford was very accommodating and we were provided with a loaner for 2 weeks. Guess what? One week later, the truck didn't start for the third time after getting it back. You can only imagine how upset we were especially since we had just parted with our reliable 2001 Expedition after having her for over 15yrs. All I can say is that they took care of us! They bought back our truck. We got another 2017 Ford Explorer and look forward to having it for many years.

Sam Shalabi: Thank you for not hesitating to meet with us and resolve the matter. We know you have to run a business and that sometimes you are limited due to Ford Corporate. You came through after a little negotiating. You have our customer loyalty.

Paul Blake: You were the guy that got stuck with us the second time around. God only knows if you made any commission but you certainly deserve it. You were very nice to us and our little girls. Our 7yo loves her pineapple hand sanitizer you parted with.

RJ Ranjbar: You returned our call after Al Piemonte Ford could not deliver the car we had left a deposit on. You immediately called us back and got us exactly what we were looking for. You are great at keeping up with potential customers and making sure they come in. I still need my keychain though.

Brittany Puchmelter: You are awesome and handled the initial issues upon purchase like a rock star. Thank you.

Dennis Siears: Thank you for all the calls and keeping us updated. Your customer service is excellent. You were very helpful.

Once again, we are Ford customers for life. Thank you and if we missed anyone, we apologize.
