We had a wonderful experience with Karl Enemark of BMW Seattle. We were impressed with his energy and enthusiasm from the beginning to the end. He made one of the biggest purchases of our lives so far the smoothest big purchased of our lives. I'm an excitable person and I felt throughout that Karl shared the same genuine excitement along with me. We'd recommend Karl to anyone in a heartbeat, he's a good guy and you'll receive the Ultimate BMW experience through him! It's not a coincidence that he helped other family members of ours purchase their Ultimate Driving Machine, he's that awesome.

Came in to look at a car for my daughter and Benson Yim greeted us. We told him what we re looking for and he quickly found exactly what she wanted. Not only did he find what she wanted but also found a car I liked. He was so good that we ended up leaving with 2 cars. Benson was so friendly and pleasant to work with. Thank you Benson!

First, I would give 5 star for their service dept. But their sales department get 0 star from me. I made an appointment for the routine service and sales for 7/13/2020. Nik who was my SA was fantastic, and helpful. After checking in my car at the service dept, I walked over to their showroom. I told the receptionist about my appointment, but she couldn't find it on their system. I showed her the confirmation that I received on my phone, but they were still unable to find it on their system. I saw several sales people roaming around, so I asked the receptionist to check with their manager to see if there's someone who can help me, but basically told me no appointment, no service. So I walked out and called the Mercedes dealership to see if they have someone who can show me a car if I head over, and they said yes. So I walked over to Mercedes dealer and ended up buying a brand new SUV from them.

Picked up my first BMW after test driving about 20 cars over 4 weeks (bought from a different dealer). Picking up a 435i x-drive pretty much got me the same performance as an s4, but liked it's feel much better. Had I purchased said s4 or an M, insurance would have been higher, so these F3x 35i models are a best bet. The dealer I purchased it from is a no warranty joint, but was kind enough to give me their purchase inspection paperwork, indicating this was suffering from the common oil filter housing gasket leak that is common to N55 engines, and that it would be covered under factory warranty (I still have 4mo or so). Nice!
First off, BMW Bellevue never answered and never called me back, but I'm glad. I didn't realize I can literally walk to this place from my office. Extremely convenient if you work anywhere in Pioneer Square or ID or even SODO. Bellevue would have been way more of a hassle for me.
I initially made an appointment, and they had availability within 36 hours (was a day job), phone staff was courteous when I had to reschedule out a few more days, which they had many time slots for. No loaners, but they offer a quick shuttle service as a courtesy if you don't want/need to wait a few weeks before a loaner can be scheduled.
Driving in, you pull up in a lane, someone comes over to you and asks the appointment name, you give him the keys and walk in. You're already in queue so enjoy their fancy coffee, fruit, and baked good while you wait for your name in the nice waiting room with couches, tables and even work booths with outlets.
Name called, and Josh L took me into one of many private offices to discuss the details. Gave him the rundown and few other minor issues and asked if he could look at it. Also, wanted a quote for an MPPK. No hesitation, real friendly, listened carefully, impressive mustache. Plus, asked about my contact method, and sent me a text so I could communicate back and forth easily.
I had no issues coming in as a second owner, and having purchased from a different dealer. I was OFFERED MAINTENANCE as a courtesy. It is clear that BMW does not transfer their maintenance service to a second owner, so this was very unexpected. Nice!!
When I came in to pick up the vehicle, everything was done. Replaced more than one gasket, checked the tensioner and belt (was listening to me), checked and filled all my tires (listening again), adjusted my seatbelt extender, did a courtesy vehicle inspection, changed the oil, washed the car, vacuumed the interior, was willing to replace my wipers for free if needed, and quoted an MPPK (again, listening). Fantastic.
Now, I've never purchased a vehicle under factory warranty but I've had an aftermarket warranty, worked at a shop years ago in my youth, and have turned my own wrenches for about 20+ years, so I've dealt with many dealers in some way. This was exceptional. A premium experience worthy of a lengthy review. Looking forward to working with them in the future and I'll for sure be keeping this review up to date with edits.
tl;dr: bought a used BMW under factory warranty from different dealer, brought in here for gasket fix, service queing was very well organized, waiting area was premium, many transport and communication options, extended maintenance and inspection services as a courtesy, friendly and attentive, work done in a day, car was cleaned, no cost out the door, very impressed.
Cheers!

This was my first vehicle to purchase myself, and the entire process was rather flawless! Stanley Ng was kind, courteous, and professional while also showing me how to properly tune the audio system. Even opened my ears to Greta Van Fleet! He checked in from time to time without being pushy or overbearing. HIGHLY recommend working with him.
Blake in finance was also incredible. Went through the expanded warranty options never was pushy. Went with the extended service contract as I drive over 20,000 miles a year. Looking forward to spending money in the parts department as well!
Overall, a fantastic experience for a vehicle I'm going to own for many many many years. Thanks!

Absolutely enjoyed my experience here! Sales rep, Stanley and finance adviser, Andy made what's typically a stressful event into a fun and memorable experience. There were no excess frills and up-selling tactics. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something beyond my means.
When I purchased my certified pre-owned, they offered to do some paint touch ups. Service adviser, Jason was courteous and prompt in getting me scheduled for an appointment. He also took it upon himself to swap the key fob batteries without additional charge. It may not seem like much for some, but it meant one less thing for me to tackle, and I appreciate his efforts for that.

Started out good, but quickly went downhill. Website and employees promise price match then backtrack and treat you like a liar when you actually find something cheaper. Either the employees are active in misleading actions or they aren't trained well enough to know what they're talking about when you try to clarify their own policy, either way I'm going somewhere else from now on. I suggest you steer clear of this bait and switch service center.

I've been a fan of the BMW Seattle service Dept. for years and it was the first place I looked when it was time to upgrade. If you're a car enthusiast, or just want to deal with an informed and honest salesman who truly loves what he does, I'd recommend Charles Schaefer at the BMW Seattle dealership. If you want an amazing experience that continues beyond the sale, stick with this dealership.
Charles took me on test drives where he highlighted the car's handling characteristics to best advantage, which made me fall in love. He was incredibly knowledgeable, i felt I knew all about the car after the Charles Schaefer ultimate driving experience :) Afterwards he worked with me to hit a payment profile I wanted, and helped me make an informed decision on which car to buy for my situation. I loved his honesty. He watched out for me rather than a profit margin. I drove away a happy customer for life.
My amazing experience with BMW Seattle didn't end with Charles. Blake in finance called me the next day to tell me he found a way to save me more money on my purchase! This after the sale was done! I am blown away.

I don't even own a BMW and needed service for a Hyundai (purchased from another Lithia dealership) but they went out of their way to help me without hesitation. BMW of seattle is wonderful at every point of contact. Always ready and waiting to hear your problems, the staff is highly knowledgeable and generally really nice people. Special shoutout to Anthony at the courtesy desk, you're awesome, and as well to Nathan the service advisor, you are genuinely a wealth of super useful knowledge and I enjoy our chats immensely! The dealership itself is very clean, ready to provide you with a mask at a moments request and has a beautiful low pressure sales floor with a wide arrange of BMWs avalible in many different highly desirable specs. The parking is a little tight especially when they are busy so just be prepared to maybe look for a spot around the back of the dealership! It doesn't matter if you have an e21 or an f90, the techs are ready to handle all of your issues, so be sure not to miss out on the chance to spend some time at this wonderful dealership! Also make sure to make use of their awesome deal on oil changes.

Awesome customer service from BMW Seattle and Karl...
Awesome customer service from BMW Seattle and Karl Enemark! I just bought my second BMW from Karl and he goes the extra mile to provide top-notch customer service. Karl is the best client advisor I have worked with by far and I can't say enough great things about him. He is a true BMW car enthusiast with a passion for his job, no games honesty and integrity, upbeat, professional, and he absolutely will work to get the best deal possible for you. I had previously leased a 2012 328i and Karl contacted me as the lease deadline came near to see if they could get me into another BMW. I had considered going with Audi or Mercedes but Karl's awesome customer service won my wife and I over again with the way they treated us. I ended up ordering a new 2015 BMW 335i M-Sport and love the car and got an awesome deal on it as well. I visited several other dealers in the area but they ignored me or didn't even treat me as a serious buyer but Karl and BMW Seattle made me feel like they valued my business and went the extra mile. The whole process from spec'ing and ordering the new vehicle to delivery was easy as could be. Usually buying a car is painful and you feel like it's a war between you and the dealership trying to scam you but this experience was as enjoyable as buying a car can get. The car arrived exactly as I expected with no surprises and the paperwork and delivery process was seamless and easy. Karl made the process easy, answered all my 500 questions during the whole ordering process and 2.5 month wait in a timely manner and even on his off days. I never hesitate to recommend Karl and BMW Seattle to any of my friends interested in purchasing a BMW. I also personally know many friends that have bought BMWs from Karl and had great experiences. If you want great customer service, hassle free no games pricing, and want to work with a true professional that loves cars and will treat you right, visit Karl at BMW Seattle, you won't be disappointed!

I was recently shopping for a new BMW. I was dreading going to the dealership and dealing with high pressure sales tactics. Much to my surprise, there was none of that here. I worked with Benson, who answered all my questions, spent time doing additional research for me, and walked me through the entire process. He was excellent to work with and never once pressured me to buy anything. I appreciated the exceptionally smooth transaction and the professional atmosphere. I am looking forward to dealing with BMW Seattle for my service needs in the future!

I'm pretty dealer-skeptical - the idea of sitting around for hours, negotiating, and messing around with financing numbers does not appeal to me. That said, this BMW is clean an efficient, the sales-people were straightforward and the deal we got was fair (financing rates are quite good at the moment). Due to covid, they do not accompany on the test drive, but handed us the keys and said 'make sure you try out sport mode'. I love it.
Pat answered some of our emails and Ashraf was great to us through the sales process. They even had some snacks and coffee available, and we drove out with a car! I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a straightforward car purchase experience.

Jaspreet (Jazz) was very accommodating and professional from the two visits to BMW Seattle and through text I exchanged with him. He did everything he could to inform me about the car and worked really hard to get me a fair deal. Any kind of issues, which were minor, he addressed any way he could. And throughout the prospecting, he was funny, respectful, and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. I highly recommend him!

I went in last Saturday and was beyond pleased with the dealership but specifically their salesman Ashraf Aried. I ve purchased and sold a few cars, in a few different places but the interaction and buying process with Ashraf was top notch. Would definitely encourage anyone who is interesting in purchasing a new car to go see Ashraf and bmw Seattle, he will put the customer first and go to battle for you for the most fair deal. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.
In my nearly 50 years of life I've never had a wor...
In my nearly 50 years of life I've never had a worse vehicle service experience than at BMW of Seattle.
I've owned several BMW's over the years and recently bought an pre-owned i3. The car is a 2016 and has 2 years and 27,000 miles left on its warranty.
There is a known issue where the door handles fall off on the i3. I was experiencing this with mine, so I scheduled a service appoinment and drove the car to Seattle. As I live in Bellingham, this is quite a trek, all in all with traffic it was a 4 hour round trip to get the car there. As it takes some time I also asked if they would update the software on the car as it fixes some known issues (although I wasn't experiencing any), and change the oil on the REX engine (which I was told would be at no charge on my initial call to schedule the appointment, which I specifically asked because I know dealers can be expensive, and my local shop said they could do it for $90).
So, when I dropped the car I discussed these items with my service advisor. I was surprised then he told me that my oil change would not be free, and that it was normally $180, but they had special for $99. I told him fine, just change the oil. The next communication I received was that they wouldn't cover the door handle as it appears it had been tampered with and it would cost me $575 to replace it! Ha, well yes, when the handle falls off a few dozen times, and I have to push it back into place, it probably looks tampered with. At this point I told the service advisor this was a known issue with this car, but he seemed as if he had never heard of it. He conceded after talking with his foreman. In the same communication I was told that the software update would be $275. Wow, so it makes sense to wait for some sort of issue, then make me drive another 4 hours for something they could do easily during this service session. I passed.
Finally, a week later my car is ready. Nearly 2 hours to get to the dealer to pick the car up. All is well, I thought. Opened the door at the dealership before I left an it seemed good, yay! An hour north, and still an hour away from home, I stop to pick up my daughter. I unlock the door and she trys to open it, handle comes right off. Now I can't even push it back into place, it falls off when I go around a corner, hit a bump, really any driving at all.
Now I have a car I can't really drive because the passenger door handle is only hanging on with 2 small wires.
Thanks BMW Seattle for your incompetence, greed, and general waste of my time.

I would like to thank Ashraf at BMW of Seattle for his exceptional knowledge, patience, and assistance in helping my husband and I find the vehicles that we were looking for. He showed us all of the different options, features, and specs that we were looking for in a vehicle within our price range. Because of his attentiveness and positive attitude we not only purchased a vehicle, but we will definitely be back in the future to work with Ashraf and BMW Seattle again! Thank you!

BMW Seattle knows how to treat its customers. The experience on the service side has always been smooth, easy, and as enjoyable as getting service done on your car can be. Recently buying a 2017 X3 from them, I saw they are equally respectful, helpful, straightforward, and ready to help in anyway to make it as positive of an experience as possible. Benson made it a pressure free experience and genuinely cared that I was taken care of from beginning to end. Top notch customer service. I ve always recommended BMWs; highly recommend BMW Seattle now.

So, made an appointment and the part was ordered. Brought in the car for the appointment and told that the car may have to stay in overnight. The next day, I was told that the part was never ordered in the first place. Some kind if disconnect between the "call center" and the dealership. I really don't care how they organize their business model or how the back end functions. Seven calls, no loaner, 10 texts. Waiting to drop off, waiting to pick up my not-fixed car for 30 minutes! These people are time wasters and disorganized. They act like it's a privilege to get your car worked on here. Go to "Strictly BMW" in Bellevue if you want real service! I've always been a dealer service only guy. The only place I've had even worse service is BMW Bellevue. I'll never be back to either.

First time being into BMW Seattle today. World class service. Was just gonna come in to pick up a 2nd key for my 2017 m3 and on my way I had a noise coming thru the wheel rotation. Soon as I drove into service bays the service greeter assessed the situation and my appointment. I was worried because I live about 50miles away and I have to be with a client on specific time. Couple more service personnel wrote up the work and appointment that I have. And that s when I met Karl Peterson. Tell you what that guy is a pro. Told him my concerns, specifics plus my appointment. Typically it s gonna be an appointment thing but nope, these people got their team dialed in even on a Saturday.
Karl got my car in thru the techs right away and check out what s the concern is and program the new key.
Thank God it was only a minor known issue with the plate on the brake rotor (stuck rock) the car was only with techs probably less than an hour. I was very impressed.
I like the fact how the professionalism and honesty of these people. Specially Karl he s straight to the point, honest and cool dude. They will work on your schedule and help out as much as possible in very timely manner. For me that great customer service.
Would also thanks Tony Watkins who lined me up to Karl Peterson and also Daniel Hamilton from parts who helped me with the process of getting my key ordered thru my key wise program. I ll definitely come back here for service maintenance. As long as they keep their professionalism the same way. Thanks folks!

Karl Enemark was our sales representative. I've bought a few cars in my life and I have to honestly say this was the best car buying experience ever. Karl is not one of those typical sales guys. He was honest and he whole heartedly wanted to make us happy. He went out of his way to give us the best deal possible and quite frankly he may have gotten in trouble from his managers for doing so. "Sorry Karl if you're reading this." Aside from getting an amazing deal from Karl he made the purchase so easy. He coordinated everything over the phone and email. It was so simple. Having a three year old this made life easy. We were able to simply walk into the dealership and met with Karl while sipping on a hot latte he made for us. He had all the paperwork ready, the car detailed and waiting for us in the bay for inspection. He spent a good hour with my wife going over the entire car and adjusting everything to her needs. At no point did we ever feel pressured and/or obligated. He simply made the whole entire experience relaxing and fun.
Some of you may think well duh you bought a BMW. He should make you feel like royalty. Well I also bought a Porsche and currently own two Mercedes. Lemme tell you my experience buying from Karl was unmatched.

Charles Schafer in Sales was terrific to work with. He was very patient and responsive with zero pressure or typical car salesman interference. He spent three days with us showing us all kinds of different vehicles from SUVs to sedans to performance vehicles (out of our daughter's price range) in an attempt to help us narrow down what she wanted. In the end, we did buy a car from them and the entire experience was atypical for car purchasing, convenient, efficient and fun. Thank you Charles!

What an absolutely awesome place to take your car to. Their communication and care for every detail is night and day vs others. I recommend this one vs the other one on the East side. First of all, they treat my 2013 BMW 3 series like it s a Rolls, they are courteous, accommodating, and communicative. They send texts with videos of the repairs, they text and call me with updates, they let me know what needs attention and they show proof. What a wild concept(!) BMW of Bellevue customers, take your car here. The Seattle Branch is owned by a different entity. They are just better. They showed me what was broken, they shot me a text with a link to a web portal of the detailed breakdown. Instead of putting me into a beat 320i, they put me into a 440i M-Sport because it was available and I inquired about the new B58 engine.
Josh Logan - absolute best service provider. (I d want to have him over for dinner, that s how nice he is)
Jeremy Mujwid - pinpointed the issue with my radiator. Literally found a pinhole in it (in a few hours on first day) - Legend! Attention to detail - noticing a crack under my coolant sensor in the expansion tank! Who checks there? - Jeremy does.)
What an awesome team! I don t even care that my car is down for a week or more as we wait for parts during the pandemic. I get to drive a comparably equipped service loaner. Same options as mine and more.
Legends!

We enjoyed our car shopping experience with Cameron, Benson and Andy! Cameron has been very responsive talking with us via email and willing to work with us because we have a trade-in, and when we got there, Benson was very attentive helping us with test drive, and he answered endless questions from us, and gave us a very detailed "basic" demo of the system/buttons after we finished all the paperwork and were about to drive the new ride away. Thank you guys for everything! :)

When taking about trade off, they are completely joking. I even laughed at the price they gave me. Looks like they are not seriously doing business with me. AVOID!

Awesome place. I worked with Cameron who somehow sold me and another customer a car simultaneously, while making the making the entire experience feel totally personable and uncomplicated. Customer for life if this kind of customer service is the standard for BMW.

Completely blown away by the service I received here! I walked into BMW Seattle knowing exactly what I wanted, and knew I'd need to special order. Not once did Ashraf try to sway me towards a car on the lot, or convince me to change up my design. He was enthusiastic and completely on board with my wants. From day one, to the day of pickup, Ashraf took care of me and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way! He was clear and made sure I understood everything that was happening, throughout the entirety of this journey! Ashraf's dedication to his clients and his job is what made 3 months of waiting feel like only a couple weeks. And I can't forget about Adam! Both Ashraf and Adam, the sales manager, worked some incredible magic and made my dream car a reality! They knew exactly what I wanted and they pulled every string they possibly could. Thanks to Ashraf and Adam, I no longer drool over the 4 series in the online build-mode...now I just have to open my garage!

I just bought my Carbon Black 2018 440i Gran Couple AWD, and it s simply MIND BLOWING. I m in Love with it right now. All thanks for Mr, Jaspreet Singh. He s one of the best sales reps I worked with so far, and he made it very easier and quicker for me to choose this one, explained every single detail in a test drive.
BMW of Seattle deserves a 5-Star rating for their service.

I came to BMW Seattle with the intent of having a set of replacement keys made for my 2007 335i.
Both phone and in-person interaction with Ryan of the parts department was great. Ryan informed me that I would need a driver's license and proof of ownership such as Title or Registration, on which we talked about my scenario where Florida does not offer paper titles of any kind, and the car is no longer register at all. He informed me that I would be able to obtain a report from my finance company that shows proof of ownership, and that this would suffice.
I contact my finance company, USAA, and they confirmed that for this specific situation for cars that are titled from Florida, they have a document called a Lien and Title Information Report. I received this document via email, printed it, and proceeded back to BMW Seattle to retrieve the keys.
Everything up to this point was fine, and now is where the issues start.
When I arrived at the Parts Department in BMW Seattle, the time was roughly 5:30pm. I was faced with a younger gentleman of which by the tone of his voice seemed slightly annoyed that I (presumably) arrived close to their closing. I was never greeted by him, so I am unsure of his name. [He was a white male with a scruffy goatee and shorter light brown hair. I've met with three other associates at that parts desk, and the rest were perfect.] Informed him that I was working with Ryan, and that I was there to pick up keys. He replies to me with a sarcastic "oooooookkkaaayyyy........" with a side-eyed look of skepticism on his face as if I had just informed him Elvis Presley sent me. He asks me for my last name, and retrieves the keys from the back. When he comes back, I explain to him my situation with Title and Registration, and he goes to the back again presumably to explain it to the Parts Manager. He comes out once again to put my document on the desk and shortly says "Yea, we don't take that." I both asked and explained that the paper I gave to him is a legal document, and that if they would not take it, then what other type of document would they need.
He walks to the back again, and from the door opening I can hear him speaking to who turns out to be the Parts Manager. Back and forth I can clearly hear severe annoyance in their tone of voices, till I hear the Parts Manager nearly yell "THAT'S IT! WHAT DOES HE WANT? TELL HIM....I'LL DO IT!", and he comes storming out of the doorway. Without even introducing himself, he loudly starts to rant, even stuttering as he angrily rambles (refering to the Lien and Title Information Report) that "This says nothing!" and "Anybody can copy/paste. This looks like you MADE it..."
After the Parts Manager left (again, I never got his name), I asked the associate if there was someone else I could talk to who may know the policy better, and without answering my question he said rudely "I've got to leave." I asked him if there was a corporate BMW number I could call, and he again shortly said "Uhhhhh...yea. A quick Google search would be obvious. We done?" And literally turns and walks away.
I called corporate BMW, and they politely stated that my document was in fact fine, and I returned to the dealership. The dealership manager condescendingly released the keys stating "this is a one time courtesy...." When I was in the right the whole time.
I was disrespected like I was homeless, begging for change in the lobby. Complete B.S.
