Purchased a used 2008 Acura MDX. Dan from the very beginning was great and letwe taley time with the vehicle and let me take it on a nice long test drive. Even though this was a small purchase compared to what they normally sell I was treated with the upmost respect and they provided me with great customer service. The financing specialist was also great to work with as well. Seattle BMW has a great staff and a great looking new facility.

Nice environment. Was told I am not due for service for another 9k miles. I told I was hoping for a wash and Alvaro Martinez gave me a free inside vaccum and outside automated car wash. Small gesture but will go a long way.

Benson was a big help, he gave me a great deal in my car. He is very patient and cares a lot for his customers. He is very informative and helped me made good decisions. I just bought a car there and many of the things t...

I just bought a car there and many of the things they told me were only kind of true. I was told whatever I needed to hear to buy a car. After having bought the car it is costing me more money than what we had originally talked about. One example is the price on the car. We negotiated on the phone, I drove a few hours to get there and once I was there all negotiations were voided and I was back to square one.

I will never do business with this dealership again. I love my car though :)

Thank you to all the professionals at BMW Seattle. In particular, Ashraf was incredibly helpful with our purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned BMW. Ashraf patiently explained all the options and financing without any pressure or expectations. Ashraf answered all our questions and helped us understand all the capabilities of our new car. This was the fastest, easiest auto purchase we have made. Thank you again!

I wish I could give them no stars. I called today at 9a to set up a service appointment, and was told that no one was available to take my call, but he would put out an "all points bulletin" for someone to call me RIGHT BACK. I just got the call at 4p. Interestingly, this was the BEST experience I've had with these guys in the past 3 years.

Joy is the worst car salesmen I have had to work with and I have worked with a lot of salesmen. I don t know if it was based on my race. I was excited to check out this dealership based on the good Yelp reviews but had one of the worst dealer experiences ever. Me and my uncle worked with Joy and what a nightmare from start to finish. She was really cold toward us and unpleasant while interacting. I understand some people have different personalities but there needs to be a level of professionalism in my opinion. She kept making rude statements like when we asked her if it came with a second key she would say that it s gonna come out of commission if she did that. Who says stuff like that? Also, after completing the deal, she said they would provide a windshield replacement. I followed up with Joy and she said she couldn t move forward until my uncle signs the car fax which I don t understand why she didn t take care of that beforehand. Afterwards, she texted me a picture of the phone number to the company that deals with the windshield and a part of the reference number. I told her I couldn t see it and she said that for your reference you have to click on the message to see the picture. I m not dumb I know how to work my phone. We found upon inspection that a piece of the trunk compartment was broken and all she said was it s a used car we don t fix minor issues if you want a perfect car we can get you in a 2021 x3. How unprofessional is that? Are you mad that I asked a question. I never would recommend Joy at all! I wish I could give this dealership negative stars. Michael one of the managers didn t really seem to care when I told him about my experience but Jay did and he seemed to empathize. Nonetheless, I am done with this business.

Great customer service, awesome shopping experience.

After months of car shopping we visited which was our second BMW dealership within the Seattle area. Great service at the front desk where we were introduced to Benson Yim who took care of us and help us through the day to close the deal. It was a very nice shopping experience and Benson help us by listening to what we were looking for and quickly offering us to drive test the vehicle and providing all the information requested by us in terms of showing us inventory availability, vehicle specs, comparison between buying vs leasing and once we had picked the vehicle helping us to go through all the financing options we had and giving us a very appealing deal at the end of the day without feeling like a tugging war between the dealership and customer. The cherry on the cake was the great service provided by Rachel the financing manager who helped us to navigate through all the options we had in terms of maintenance and insurance options with a great attitude. Sadly a car is not something that you buy in a more regular basis other that that I would be happy to come back with Benson due to his great customer service. Kudos to the dealership management, I can tell they are very customer focus compared to other BMW dealerships in the area.

This is my first review in Yelp, but I was delighted with my experience at BMW Seattle. I have just started my first lease, after owning cars my entire life.
Mark Harrington is the best salesman I have dealt with in my life. He is not pushy and yet 100% engaged. He was listening, understanding and very knowledgeable. We hope to deal with him in the future, once we are ready for a new lease!

Andy was the highlight of my stint with BMW Seattle. His patience in clarifying all my questions, professionalism, courteousness and timely follow-ups to keep me updated as we waited for my custom order to be ready from the factory was truly amazing.

To top it off, he had everything ready for me including specific accessories installed and the financials communicated to the advisor with pinpoint accuracy. It made the delivery day formalities a cinch. Fastest I've been in and out of an auto-dealership to pick up a new car.

Have only really gone here for service. The dealership is kept really clean both inside and outside. Service department is a little slow, averaging about 90 minutes for an oil change with an appointment. Service department lobby has fresh fruit and drinks while you wait.

For a dealer service center I'm surprised by the lack of care, my car is older and they treat me like it. They consistently pass me around between advisors, don't return calls, can't keep track of what they're supposed to be doing. I picked up my car and there are gouges in my bench seat and they didn't even reset the mileage with my oil change, not sure they even did it. They sent a shuttle, which was nice, but called me on the way to say my car was "still taken apart".

Absolutely great experience buying a used car from BMW Seattle. In my initial reach out to them, I asked them to stick to email and not to call me. Most dealers ignore this the second they want to try to put a hard sell on you, but Andy was respectful about it throughout the process. When a part of the process came up where a phone call was unavoidable, he asked permission from me first. I have never felt so respected by a car dealer before. Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Went to BMW Seattle for the first time today for a regular maintenance. The maintenance took almost 5 hours. Unbelievable. I had bad experiences at dealerships before but did not expect anything like this from a BMW. We made an appointment for this service and were expected an easy and quick in and out experience. Got two excuses from two different service people for such a long service - 1) they forgot to replace the windshield wipers so they had to take the car back into garage and 2) their carwash got very busy. Frustrating.

Follow up:
During the maintenance I asked to check the steering wheel heater - it didn't work. They checked, told me my car is not equipped with it. I opened the fusebox today, found the fuse, it was blown. Went to Ace and got a pack of new fuses. The heater works now. It took me 2 hours (first time changing a fuse on a Z4, which is a pain). Not happy.
I will email you my VIN so that you can follow up with who dealt with my car.

I highly recommend this place! Amazing service, thanks to Aaron and of course his team. Aaron took his time to explain the entire process even dealt with the insurance people and other paper works. Getting in to an accident is very very stressful but with Aaron's help was beyond less stressful! Thank you again Aaron!!

Service department here is upfront with the prices for the repairs and courteous to your questions regarding your visit or repair on the vehicle. I am pleased that the repair includes a warranty for the workmanship and part if it fails within certain miles or months.

Recently I bought my second BMW X3 at the Seattle BMW. I must say that in all my years and all my car purchases, I have never been as satisfied with the total transaction as I was in my recent purchase of my X3. I do highly recommend Mr. David Shen who helped me obtain exactly what I wanted, with no pressure, no hassle, and no gamesmanship. He is really a great person to work with. Ms. O Sullivan of finance department also patiently and with expertise walked me through all financial options to satisfy all my requirements. She too is an impressive individual to work with. Both Mr. Shen and Ms. O Sullivan are truly of five (5) star quality. I do highly recommend to contact Mr. Shen and Ms. O Sullivan on your next trip to Seattle BMW.

The service department is extremely professional, though the premium you pay doesn't always seem to be justified by the amenities, e.g., the luxurious waiting area. Still, where other specialty German auto or BMW shops can't always fix late model motorsport bimmers, BMW Seattle will go the extra mile in exchange for a lightening of your pocketbook.

This company understands service. Every staff member was polite and courteous. Our service advisor Andrew Massart was outstanding, and Ed from transportation was better than any Uber or Cab driver I have ever had.

BMW Seattle has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to not only help us find the right ride to buy within the last decade, but has offered the best in terms of service care. Their customer service has always been stellar. We ve been battling an ongoing (two years to date) difficult to resolve issue with our X3 a year after the manufacture warranty has expired. BMW Seattle themselves has extended the warranty coverage for this issue until it can be resolved. For that we are truly grateful and they will continue to earn our business.

I have not had the pleasure of buying form the dealership side, yet, but I am looking forward to it. The service is the very best. I have been to several other BMW service centers and domestic as well. I have never been treated so professionally. It started with Jeff P when they were up on Capital Hill and now Karl and Wyatt. They go above and beyond every time I call in. I live almost 4 hours away and they find a way to get me in, have a loaner available and years ago, I have had my car in a couple time for the same problem, when they finally located and fixed to issue, they called, apologized for not catching it the first time and then drove the car to Lake Chelan where my wife works, dropped it off and picked up their loaner. Talk about red carpet treatment!

As for the few people that have had a bad experience, maybe it s your personality or you were having a bad day.

We own 3 BMW s, an X5, a Z4 Roadster and a 530xi. The 5 series is an 07 Euro deliver, it has 298,000 miles on it, the only major work was a new transmission about 70,000 miles ago and Seattle BMW is our goto for all things BMW! Keep up the good work. Just walking through the doors is like walking into a family members house. They are AMAZING. These cars are not cheap, they know this and they appreciate their customers, know we have a choice and thank us for choosing them every time we go there.

Purchased my first BMW in June with the help from Cameron. The entire purchase went great and Cameron was patient and super helpful. He even helped me to track the status of my car while he is on his vacation when BMW announced air bag recall on my car the day before I take delivery. He always get back to me when I raise a question. He is also a car guy so he understands what I want and don't. Highly recommend him and BMW Seattle.

I had a very enjoyable experience working with Randall Nakamura to purshase a new BMW X3 car.

I don't usually write reviews, but I think Randall deserves a 5 star positive review. If you happen to have Randall work with you, you got lucky.

Here is why.

He was very honest and earns trust. If you know you can trust this man, business is easy. You can feel it through your conversation with him. He answered my question candidly, without any hidden tricks. He was considerate and I feel like he was a friend of mine trying to help me finding the right car, instead of a salesman trying to sell me a car. He was not pushy. It was a total stress-free experience.

He was very patient and nice. I test drove with Lexus, Tesla and Mercedes before I decided to buy. Randall was the only salesman that offered the option to drove with me (of course I asked for it). Although later I realized it might be impolite to ask salesman to be on the car with me in this pandemic situation, I was very thankful that Randall kindly agreed go with us. He was able to explain to me every interesting/boring functionality that the car has, in detail.

He was extremely professional. There was a situation happened during our purchase, and he was able to handle it very professionally. Randall was able to explain everything to me and made it up for me. I appreciate the way how he handles such situations.

He was very knowledgeable about the BMW cars. Maybe that is a prerequisite for client advisor, but yeah he knows the ins and outs of every BMW car. He will be able to find you the right car.

Again I want to say thank you Randall, and Staci who helped with signing papers. It was a satisfying experience.

Review is for their BMW Service. Went for scheduled maintenance. The initial check in process was smooth. The complimentary shuttle service was quick and efficient. When we returned we were told by the person who made us sign the papers at the reception that our car was ready (we could see it in the parking lot). However, we were made to wait for 30 mins at the cashier/reception. When we enquired we were told it will take few more mins as they were washing the car (lol, again, the car was just outside the door in the parking lot). After a while the cashier gave us the keys and told us that our car was ready now. All the while it was just sitting in the parking lot! It was clearly a misunderstanding or miscommunication on their part but we were not even offered an apology.
We expected better customer service from a place that had 20+ salesmen/customer service reps.

UPDATE: Service is very hit-and-miss. Andrew was not only very unhelpful, but also very poor at communication. Also, he did not inform us that thia locatuon does not offer paint service We felt thoroughly neglected by Andrew.

Very friendly and communicative service. Denise was great to work with - made us feel valued and appreciated. The repairs were perfect, and BMW-Sea fixed only what was broken. A great experience. Thank you.

Went in for an airbag recall. They had no loaner cars available. The service adviser was certain the drivers airbag did not need to be replaced, however when I called 2 other BMW dealers who checked the vin # they said it did... Wow. I asked for them to take a photo of the model number on the airbag and they said I would have to pay for them to do this. This is not confidence inspiring when your customer could be driving around with a potential deadly airbag and all your willing to offer is your word that someone did their job correctly.

Super nice interior you'd expect at a Beamer dealership. Test drove an M2 and had the best experience I've ever had at a car dealer -- and mostly because of the sales rep, Cameron. Having been in the market for several months now and done more test drives than I care to count, I can easily say Cameron was the most pleasant rep I've ever worked with. Most of my encounters at dealerships reinforce the stigma associated with car sales (pushy reps who can't establish social connections and only see people as an ATM to exploit for as much cash as possible); however, Cameron was the polar opposite. The entire experience was based on showing me what the car can do while having pleasant down-to-earth conversation with no pushy questions about what my monthly payment goal is, am I paying cash or financing, how long have I been shopping, etc. I didn't get one single annoying question from Cameron. He read that I simply wanted to test drive the car and do my own research and he respected my wishes. On top of that, after I finished driving, he took over and gave me a fine demonstration of the car's capabilities. 99% of the time I walk away from car dealerships feeling like my intelligence has been insulted with transparent questions that don't benefit me at all, and only provide the rep with info about how he/she can gouge me...and/or I walk away feeling as if my boundaries have been overstepped. However, with Cameron none of that applied. Conversation flowed naturally and he only had my interest in mine, not his. Everything was extremely positive. Super impressed.

And incidentally, I didn't even buy a BMW because I decided to keep my current car and wait out the market as the KBB values started to drop until the supply/demand starts to reverse (and I'm still waiting serval months later) ... but as a former Sales exec for a multi-billion dollar global company (FedEx), I felt the need to take the time to compliment Cameron because I rarely meet sales reps like him who stand out as one of those elusive, hard-to-find auto reps worthy of a solid reputation. Highly recommend him.

Very Disorganized staff
Walked in here to look at cars walked around a bit after checking in at the desk. It had been over an hour without a single salesperson approaching us.

It looked to us that people who had walked In after us got helped before us. Hopelessly disorganized I suggest buying your car elsewhere.

I just wanted to share that my experience with BMW Seattle was amazing! If you are in the market for purchasing a a vehicle ask for Kalvin. He found my dream car loaded with everything I wanted, he was knowledgeable, found my car quickly, sincere, genuine and all around a pleasure to deal with. This is the kind of experience I think everyone should have. Go see Kalvin! He s the best.

My first impression was bad. 45 minutes and no one talked helped or even looked at me. I took the walk in stride and looked for myself. The truth be told I was five minutes from leaving for another dealership due too, I simply felt I wasn't taken seriously. I m no window shopper. But then Benson came. He was transparent kind and honest. All admirable qualities. I ended up being so happy with his service. I decided to stay and even buy. I love the 3series he sold me. Ironically I m glad things worked out the way they did. If someone had helped me from the start. Chances are it would ve been someone else. All these reviews make it clear. You go to this dealership, you ask for Benson!

We went to this location based on a recommendation...

We went to this location based on a recommendation, more based on the quality of a BMW than this particular location. We looked at all of the cars, sat in all of the cars, explored the entire upstairs and downstairs, without even a hello from a team member. While I wasn t expecting a hard sell experience, I was hoping for a more high quality experience, especially considering the quality of the brand. We saw multiple team members on their phones, talking to each other, yet nobody greeted us, let alone offer any assistance. Only at the very last minute did a front desk person kindly ask if we needed help. By then, our impression had been made and we decided against a BMW and certainly, this dealership. I share this because of that specific miss, because we didn t get far enough to have that miss turned around. Very disappointing.
