We purchased a preowned Lexus from BMW of Seattle. It was an easy experience the whole way through. The staff was all friendly toward my children. I came back for a service appointment last week and was again treated with respect. The work on my car was completed way ahead of schedule. The courtesy driver who delivered us downtown and picked us up again was amazing too.
