My first bmw to buy from bmw Seattle dealership was excellent and smooth. My client advisor was Jaspreet Singh, who was knowledgeable, intelligent and helpful. He is the best salesman/ client advisor i have worked with in my 15yrs of car buying business. Not to forget my financial director Mrs Brenda, she was meticulous ,friendly and honest in every aspect of financing my bmw...Great job well done..

Had a great experience dealing with Benson at this dealership. He helped us find the perfect car. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable which was very impressive. He came in on his off day to close the deal and waited after hours to make sure we were completely satisfied with the experience. Benson was great to work with, always available for questions and best of all, I felt no pressure to make any decisions before I was ready. I took my vehicle in for servicing and 2 other minor fixes under warranty. It took them 5 full days to get my car back to me with little communication. On the 5th day I was called and said the 2 minor fixes were forgotten and just ordered and on back order. When I picked up my car, it was dirtier that when I dropped it off and there was chewed up sunflower seeds all over my front floor. In the past my car has been washed and vacuumed after warranty servicing from other dealerships. But apparently this doesn't happen at BMW of Seattle.

I just bought a 12 year old used Honda from BMW, but they treated me like I was buying the most expensive BMW on the lot! Stanley NG and the team was responsive, I received timely, ongoing updates as my vehicle was being prepared for delivery, the whole staff made me feel welcome when I was at the dealership, it felt like a great culture among the staff, the building itself is gorgeous and comfortable. Bonus points for the beverage and snack options, it was not a hardship to hangout in their lobby, it s beautiful. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away, I was taken care of and treated fantastic.

I purchased a 2007 Z4 M Coupe from out of state (SF Bay Area) and it couldn't be easier. Of course there was the typical negotiating back and forth on the price of the vehicle, but Michael was extremely patient in answering my many questions as well as providing as much service history and photos of the vehicle as possible. He even came to pick me up from the airport when I went to go get the vehicle. All in all great experience and I would gladly buy from them again.

Sadly, I m updating my review. I m moving BMW from 5 stars to 3. Just a few days after my appointment-which one of my services was an expensive detail job-it showed. My car got filthy and salt all over it. I contacted BMW about having the car ran through the wash (exterior rinse is all I asked for) and was told yes. Within 10 min the man called back and stated his manager said NO-That I could make an appointment for a service (mind you I just had oil service-a detail job-and another service which all totaled over $1,800) and they would wash it after a service or something could book another detail job.
Worst customer service when you re not spending a lot of money with them. Way to go-you just lost a customer.

Wonderful customer experience all around. My car was dropped off first thing in the morning, I was in a loaner car and headed to my office within 20 min. My service advisor was Nathan M. I couldn't have been more pleased with him. He checked in with me throughout the day to make sure they did all of the work I wanted, me navigate my bill, and was professional and polite the entire time. Upon leaving, Nathan made sure that I was handled properly at the parts counter-He had parts hold the leather key case I wanted because it was the last one. I will definitely be going back for service in get future!

We went into this dealership, not knowing what to expect. I am a very particular buyer and won t budge on anything. I wanted to test drive a car and found Jaspreet Singh in sales, inside.

We went on a test drive and then walked around the cars and had a great chat. Not once did I feel any pressure or that I needed to stay. I had a great experience and Jaspreet is anything but a typical sales guy. Talk about no pressure sales.

I asked to meet the manager to complement Jaspreet on the great experience I had.

This car dealership is unlike any bigger dealer I ve ever been to and I would definitely buy a car from them. Straight up, it was a great experience. Thank you Jaspreet!

This is the second car I've leased from BMW Seattl...

This is the second car I've leased from BMW Seattle and I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. I found the car I wanted on their website on a Saturday night and called the sales department when they opened on Sunday. I spoke with Joy and let her know they had the car I wanted and that I had about six months left on my lease. She had the car ready when I arrived and got us started ASAP on my appraisal to trade in my current BMW. I was very impressed with BMW Seattle, everyone was wearing masks properly, practicing social distancing, and they had multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the dealership. While waiting for the appraisal to be completed, Joy did a quick tour of the vehicle features and sent me off on a short test drive.
Once I returned, we had appraisal completed and she had some numbers to present. They proactively included all available incentives without me asking, including a lease promo, lease to lease promo, another loyalty discount.
Joy was really easy to work with, super transparent about the entire process, and our final negotiation took less than 10 minutes to complete. BMW Seattle bought my car and gave me the opportunity to get into a new car 6 months early!! I gave her the number I needed, she was able to go get it done. I have never had a negotiating experience like this when buying a car (probably helped that I was trying to be realistic about where I needed the numbers to be :).
Rachel in Finance was very easy to work with as well. We ended up on adding a lease protection plan, which I paid out of pocket for to keep my payment where I needed. She consulted with me (didn't try to hard sell me) on some other options like wheel and tire package and an extended service plan which included things not covered by the included BMW services like wiper blades and brake pads. The paperwork got completed quickly and she was so friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. This is the same experience I've had with BMW Seattle as when I leased another car there before.
Once we were done with paperwork, Joy delivered the car to me and took about 20 minutes pointing out some really helpful features (like turning on auto-high beams and automatic settings for the headlights). She also helped me with the multi-step process to pair my iPhone to Apple Car Play. Since I was coming from another BMW, most of this was pretty similar, I'm sure that if I was coming from another brand of car that Joy would have spent as much time possible helping me get everything dialed in before I left the lot. On a side note, she also grabbed my garage door opener from my old car that I forgot to remove, she really save the day with that small gesture.
If you are looking to buy/lease a BMW in the Seattle area, I know there are a few choices. Having other done business or tried to do business with the other dealers in the area, they are hands down the dealer that has provided the best experience to me. I've used their service department before, they are just as excellent as the sales department, even helping me without an appointment late in the day when my tire pressure gauges came on in my old car on a cold winter day.
Thank you to Joy and Rachel for making my experience one to remember. The car is absolutely amazing and I will be leasing another one from them in three years without a doubt!!

Bought my 328 with european delivery via BMW Seattle. Really good experience. They gave me really good deal which none of other BMW dealerships could even compete with. Karl Enmark (salesman) did really good job also. He was responding to emails even after working hours, prepared my car for pick up after it was delivered so it looked like Im picking it up right from the factory - super clean, full tank, etc. Financing process went super smooth as well.

My car started engine oil leak just after I did en...

My car started engine oil leak just after I did engine oil change at Seattle BMW. There was no oil leak before that and I was confirmed at that engine oil change time by the service advisor that there was no any leaks and the underneath of the car was dry. Now I brought the car back to have them check the oil leak. they told me the leak is from the alternator bracket, and said need 15 hours of labor to fix it and quoted me over $2800. It happens years back, when they fixed one leak, caused other leaks. At that year, I spent nearly $10K to have them fix several leaks in a row. This time, it made me think if the leaks were caused by their services. It seems there is a pattern of that.

I've been going to BMW Seattle for a few years now and always have a great experience. Karl Enemark in Sales is amazing! He really knows his BMWs, is quite chill and very thorough! Their service department has also been great. My Service Advisor Joel Elkins is fantastic! He returns my calls quickly, checks all the issues that I bring up and even brought the shop Foreman out to check out an issue. All in all, BMW Seattle is top notch!

This is for service only as I have not had any experiences with sales.

I have nothing but good things to say about BMW Seattle Service department. Unlike the BMW Tacoma they actually answer and return phone calls. They use a great system which allows you to text or call your service advisor at any time that makes it easy and efficient to get quotes and schedule appointments! Complimentary coffee & espresso machines and baked goods.
They have a shuttle to take you to and from locations around Seattle, as well as brand new courtesy vehicles to use while they work on your vehicle.

The customer service is some of the best I have ever had! Especially my service advisor Nik, who has been nothing but helpful, pleasant, and exceptional!

I met with Cameron Powell. Even with the Pandemic, and the shortage of staff and cars, he made sure my needs were met. Enter Calvin. Calvin worked with Cameron to make sure I had the perfect car. I have owned just about every Honda since 1989. This would be my first non-Honda car. I drove the 330i in my favorite blue home. But I was able to text Calvin the next day and tell him I wasn't sold on the car. He and Cameron let me come back and test the 530i. I found my car! It is so amazing. But without Calvin and Cameron I never would be in the perfect car. Andy from financing was fantastic to help me return the 330i and buy the 530i. BMW Seattle is the ONLY place to go for a BMW. Ask for Calvin or Cameron!

I live over 12 hours from Seattle, but because I have relatives in Seattle that I wanted to visit, after finding that in my home state BMW Dealers did not have the car with the features I especially wanted, found online that BMW Seattle has a certified pre-owned 2019 X5 that fit my desires. I called and was helped by Stanley Ng, and I want to say he did a terrific and professional job in dealing with me from start to finish. I was somewhat anxious about putting down a $5,000 deposit, with a company that was out of state and that I wasn't familiar with, planning on flying on a Saturday morning to Seattle with a plan to leave Sunday afternoon after seeing family and leave the next day to start the drive back to my home state. But Stanley was great both at putting me at ease about the process and getting everything done that needed to be done so that I could drive the car back. And when we arrived to pick up the car over a month ago in Seattle, it was exactly as Stanley assured me it would be. He patiently helped us finish the process of purchasing the car, and even personally mounted the ski rack I had bought from the parts department. We didn't have much time at the dealership, but he made sure we knew the essentials of the operating systems, including the adaptive cruise control which was a terrific feature to have for the long drive home. And if you have researched the 2019 X5 like I did, you will probably have come across at least one review that said that the new "gesture control" feature (it is an ingenious way to control the volume of the sound system, among others) is "gimmicky". But Stanley explained succinctly and demonstrated easily how it works, and we love it--haven't used the volume control knob yet! Thanks again Stanley!!

Over Memorial Day Weekend Stanley Ng helped me get into a BMW i3 -- as opposed to simply selling me the car. Owning an i3 himself, he was able to answer my many questions given how different and relatively complex this car is from other vehicles. (You can tell when a salespeople is faking what they know about a car, but Stanley's knowledge was authentic and expansive.) While being informative and persuasive in a good way, Stanley was low key, no pressure and very patient. And tenacious: though it took three trips to the sales manager's office, Stanley was able to hit my number, not Seattle BMW's number (thanks again, Stanley). Toward the end of the process, he also went above and beyond on a couple discretionary item that a lesser salesperson would have glossed over. If you are thinking about an electric BMW, you would be very, very wise to work with Stanley Ng at this dealership.

We ordered a fuel pressure regulator for a 760li bmw and the part was defective, we talked to the dealer and they refused to exchange the part. It was special order and took almost two weeks to arrive and when it finally arrived it was defective. Displeased with how the managers handled this situation.

Can't get an oil change scheduled for less than 2 weeks in advance, and they always overfill the engine with oil. The complete lack of customer services is very unfortunate, considering that Lithia offered free oil changes for life when we bought our car from them. When I called to schedule an oil change on our other car that doesn't have free oil changes for life, we had no problem scheduling immediately. When I asked why they wouldn't schedule or other car for an oil change so quickly they made a baseless excuse about not having an air filter in stock when it's not even due for a new one. Clearly, they treat their lifetime oil change customers worse than those they know they can over-charge for service. Not at all impressed. Will NEVER buy another car from Lithia.

Great experience. Saw a nice car online, sent an email, and within the day, I got a call back from Vince. He set me up with an appointment the next day and was extremely professional and courteous. I had some issues sorting out my insurance while at the dealership, but Vince was patience and nothing but helpful. We sorted it out and I walked out with a great vehicle at a marked down price in good condition. Staci helped make sure I fully understood the financing situation and what options were available. These two were friendly and knowledgeable and made all the difference in my vehicle purchasing experience.

Fast service & attentive service advisors.

Tony (service advisor) worked with me to replace my brakes, fix the AC, & take care of a few other issues for a price that was competitive with non-dealer shops. T

Unfortunately, they rushed the fixes & my car broke down the next day due to a blow fuse. I brought the car back and the team quickly fixed the issue, apologized profusely, and ensured any extraneous costs associated (tow truck, etc.) were taken care of.

In the end, I left with a fixed car & great service!

They remodeled the service area for more room for waiting customers. Great, but your service experience is still abysmal. Maybe hire enough people so you don't have to have e huge waiting room. I am not here for a free soda or a fake apple. The only metric that matters is how long I am wasting while you process your queue. The disorganization is so deep here they likely don't even know how long each customer is waiting. Mc Donald's knows. That bar is pretty low.

I'm generally not much of a reviewer, but I thought it was important to share my 5* experience 04/22/20 at BMW of Seattle. I'll bullet the stand out parts of my experience purchasing my 4series.
1. Staci was incredibly responsive and quick to communicate. Her sales technique was not the least bit invasive and felt very natural.
2. Rachel in the finance dept did a wonderful job explaining warranties and making the signing process a breeze.
3. Small, but very important gesture, they filled the tank up with fuel before my departure.
4. Spotless clean property

With my trade in, my wife was unable to travel to Seattle with me to sign the odometer disclosure for our trade due to childcare restrictions. BMW sent a driver to Redmond with the docs to have her sign. This was really above and beyond service. BMW of Seattle is a bit out of my way, but I will make the extra journey to have my maintenance as well as future purchases at this location. Thanks Staci and Rachel!

I don't ever want to go back to this place horrible so I don't understand why make an appt if it's going to take 3-4hrs so my appt was at 11:40 I arrived at 11:35 and they say oh were busy and it's the holidays and I was like than why make an appt for and than the guy was like well we have other cars from other day here and we need to get them out as soon as possible so just cuz my car is not a BMW and it's a Nissan and cuz I have the iLife thru LITHIA otherwise I would not go there ever again I rather pay NISSAN to do my maintenance than them they suck it would've been nice if they would've told me over the phone hey we make appt but they take for ever!!

I purchased a clean used vehicle from BMW Seattle,...

I purchased a clean used vehicle from BMW Seattle, and they were very good to work with especially with me not being able to come look at it right away. once I arrived to inspect the car everything went smoothly. I was given the service history on the vehicle which looked very good and all performed by a dealership, BMW Seattle did a used vehicle inspection on it and said it was in good working mechanical condition. They also did rear brake pads, new battery, wipers, and an oil change. Unfortunately shortly after getting home I crawled under the car and removed the plastic under tray. The underside of the engine/ transmission was covered in oil due to a significant oil pan leak. This is not a cheap fix due to the labor required ($1000+ from an independent shop). This is something they should have found right away, I trusted the dealership as I thought they were well regarded but I should have gotten an independent inspection. Bottom line is they are great to work with but have an independent shop inspect any of their used vehicles otherwise you could easily be stuck with an expensive repair bill!

He took good care of us and helped us throughout the entire process, and even followed up the next day. Just a genuine guy. BLAKE POOL is an awesome salesperson. I was in a time crunch and feeling very stressed and nervous about going through a dealership. He explained the difference between leasing and buying, and was able to get me a fantastic deal on a 3 series lease because it was the last 2014 on the lot. He upped my trade-in value to make it work, and all within my hour long lunch break! Blake is knowledgeable, patient, and very personable.

Blake followed up with me several times after the transaction was complete, and handled the "BMW Genius" appointment (explained all the features) personally. He saved several personal items from my trade in, mailed my new plates to me, and generally went out of his way to made sure that I felt and was cared for.

My main service man, Ben Norman (who I also highly recommend!) suggested I work with Blake, and I am forever grateful! Great guys, great service.

I would like to strongly recommend BMW Seattle dea...

I would like to strongly recommend BMW Seattle dealership. Mostly because of their general sales manager London Agrawal who goes thousand of extra miles to make their current or future clients happy.

London personally spent 2 months helping me to clean up my Carfax report on my old BMW. Carfax mistakenly set a total loss flag on my pre-own certified car. London was able to find all information about this car, investigated what happened with it with Autogroup and proved that it was an operator mistake who set a total loss disposition instead of damage . By that London saved me about 13,000 dollars on my old car, offered me a good deal on leasing a brand new X5. I can say that London is the most approachable, helpful, carrying general manager I ever worked with.
When I had a little local incident of the parking lot and came in stress to the dealership he personally took me to all service crew members to see how big the damage is. How often you get treated with such attention?

In addition, I would like to highlight a dignity of the BMW Seattle client advisor Mark Harrington. When I came in 2013 to lease X6, he recommended me to check out a brand new X5. He explained that X6 is way more expensive with old technologies. And X5 just released with a lot of packages and features that I became addicted to :) Mark could easily sell me an old car for higher price but instead he sold me a car that I loved and for way better price.



In addition, many thanks to the most patience service manager Derek Logan who addressed my all requests, questions and concerns!

A good acquaintance was a customer of BMW Seattle for 15 years and he recommended me London and Mark. Now I spent 3 years with them. Maybe you also can have a long lasting relationship with this wonderful dealership? : )

I'll start by saying that this is the first review...

I'll start by saying that this is the first review that I have written for anything, ever. This isn't to say that I haven't received above average service at any restaurant, etc that I have ever been to before, but instead that I have never been impressed to the point where I felt a review was necessary... that is, until I had my car serviced at Seattle BMW.

So without going into too much detail and boring you with several run-on sentences about what made my visit so great, I'll just say that I initially called Seattle BMW in a less than neutral mood because of an issue having to do with my extended warranty(thru a separate dealership) which resulted in me having to drive without brake pads for a week. Shannon Travis, the Service Manager, went completely out of his way to make sure that my issue was 110% resolved and I left extremely happy and satisfied. This is after a 3 hour drive down from Vancouver, BC in traffic. Thank you Shannon and everyone at Seattle BMW who worked on my car. I will definitely make the drive back down the next time that I need my car worked on.

I've just finished my third car purchase from BMW Seattle in many years. This time around it was with Blake and Stanley on a used BMW M3.

I very happy to tell share that these folks go out of their way to continue to earn my business. I'd recommend them in a flash. I really appreciate their patience helping me find the right vehicle for me even after driving a couple of new BMWs that I just wasn't that passionate about. You guy's make it easy. Cheers.

Absolutely fantastic, they took amazing care of me with updates along the way. I was working with a gentleman named Andrew, who was really nice, I highly recommend BMW of Seattle. I will be going back for any repairs. P.S. ask for Andrew. You will not regret it.

Went in to charge my i3. Each and every person I encountered was extremely helpful. Had a great cup of coffee, and Rebecca B. not only explained the charging station, she introduced me to Sam. Sam is an expert on the EV line BMW offers and knows all the tricks to my newbies like me less intimidated. Any organization is only as good as it's leadership, and if the staff I was blessed to meet are any indication; the person at the head is top notch. Well done.

Have an extended warranty on the car. brought it in for a general oil change. Check engine light popped on. To check it out they charged $179 to put my gas cap back on. When I got a brand new transmission it cost less money. Jeff was very unreasonable about a credit.
