Completely blown away by the service I received here! I walked into BMW Seattle knowing exactly what I wanted, and knew I'd need to special order. Not once did Ashraf try to sway me towards a car on the lot, or convince me to change up my design. He was enthusiastic and completely on board with my wants. From day one, to the day of pickup, Ashraf took care of me and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way! He was clear and made sure I understood everything that was happening, throughout the entirety of this journey! Ashraf's dedication to his clients and his job is what made 3 months of waiting feel like only a couple weeks. And I can't forget about Adam! Both Ashraf and Adam, the sales manager, worked some incredible magic and made my dream car a reality! They knew exactly what I wanted and they pulled every string they possibly could. Thanks to Ashraf and Adam, I no longer drool over the 4 series in the online build-mode...now I just have to open my garage!
