I was recently shopping for a new BMW. I was dreading going to the dealership and dealing with high pressure sales tactics. Much to my surprise, there was none of that here. I worked with Benson, who answered all my questions, spent time doing additional research for me, and walked me through the entire process. He was excellent to work with and never once pressured me to buy anything. I appreciated the exceptionally smooth transaction and the professional atmosphere. I am looking forward to dealing with BMW Seattle for my service needs in the future!
