Made an appointment to see and to purchase a car from John of. BMW OF SEATTLE when we got there we were told the car was not there, it had been use as a loaner for another customer. We waited for awhile looking at other cars because we were told it would be returned later in the day. Did John come to talk with us as to what had happened NO he did not.
