So, made an appointment and the part was ordered. Brought in the car for the appointment and told that the car may have to stay in overnight. The next day, I was told that the part was never ordered in the first place. Some kind if disconnect between the "call center" and the dealership. I really don't care how they organize their business model or how the back end functions. Seven calls, no loaner, 10 texts. Waiting to drop off, waiting to pick up my not-fixed car for 30 minutes! These people are time wasters and disorganized. They act like it's a privilege to get your car worked on here. Go to "Strictly BMW" in Bellevue if you want real service! I've always been a dealer service only guy. The only place I've had even worse service is BMW Bellevue. I'll never be back to either.
