Dealing with concord bmw for a factory recall is a nightmare. BMW concord no longer offers their own loaner vehicles and gives out an enterprise rental. This wouldn t be to bad if it wouldn t take 4 HOURS to drop off your car for service and get the rental. In fact i never leave reviews but i have nothing to do while waiting...

Almost no point in even taking the rental as my car would be complete within the day. Appointment was at 8:40am, got rental from enterprise 12:35pm. If you have a service/factory recall take it to another bmw dealership.

I won t support buying a vehicle from concord bmw anymore not with service like this and i have purchased a brand new bmw x5m and an m3 from them in the past and they don t care...
