We received service on Both ends of the spectrum from BMW Concord. Our sales person, Jackie, was professional, responsive, courteous and efficient. However, we were also asked to work with a salesman name Michael who was rude and dismissive. When we arrived at the dealership and were told to ask for him, after five minutes of waiting, he shuffled out and said Is someone here to see me? Not Hi I am Michael. Can I help you? He jumped right into all the reasons how he couldn t help us that day until we asked him to slow down and explain the process again. We ultimately laughed when his phone rang In the middle of our conversation it without skipping a beat or acknowledging I need to take the call he picked it up and started talking.

On a separate trip when our sales person was not in the office and we were asked to speak to a car genius , the individual did not know we were coming although Jackie had clearly arranged the visit as the 2 cars were were coming to see were parked out front and sanitized. He basically told us it was our problem to figure it out, told us to call our sales person on our own and walked away. The two levels and approaches to service were so diametrically opposed It was shocking. We twice reconsidered whether we should work with BMW Concord at all or go to Audi Concord where we had received exceptional service in both sales (Ryan) and repairs (Marty).

Had we not selected the exact vehicle that we wanted from BMW Concord, we would not recommend returning to this particular dealership, with the exception of the fantastic service provided by Jackie (Sales) and Sammy (finance department)
