I use to take my 3 series here for servicing which was pretty good but expensive. I decided to lease a new car here and the experience was awful. Stay away as they don't have the customer's best interests in mind. They are fine with getting your business but don't care about keeping it. I contacted the salesperson Kris post-lease and he was totally unsympathetic. Basically said too bad. Even worse the General Sales Manager Peter Pinzon didn't even have the decency to respond. Never will use BMW Concord again
