From the first call to discuss the purchase of our hot tub, through to delivery and after sales support, Blue Whale have delivered excellent service. The engineers who attend on site are knowledgeable and courteous. The hot tub works very well. Overall I would recommend this company. I am not connected to BlueWhale other than as a paying customer.
