Purchased the WhiteWater Bay hot tub for a very good price, you will have to take photos of the route required for the hot tub to be transported but very simple process.

Changed order before delivery as wanted the arm added which was not a problem.

On the day of install everything went well and was configured as expected, the installer was very helpful and guided you on how to use and maintain.

A few days later received a phone call to ensure we were happy with the service provided, I would recommend Blue Whale Spa.

Bought the Brook stream which was delivered and set up today. What a fantastic supplier, installation team. Very impressive all around. Tub is amazing fantastic quality and service. Highly recommend this company

We purchased Hunter hot tub with 2 loungers and its an ideal size and functionality, and very good value for money (many people probably think it cost twice the price). It seems well made and controller is easy to operate, with good spa jets, led lights and fountain, not sure about electricity bill yet but sure it will be worth it !! We had a minor problem and the engineer came and fixed it speedily so we are confident about the service and warranty side. Thanks guys, Brian Scaife.

Great service from start to finish with Blue Whale Spa. Never owned a hot tub before and the advice and information they gave me were spot on. Answered all my questions and were never pushing me into buying a tub. Once ordered they kept me updated with delivery times and sent all the information I needed via email.
Delivery day arrived and the two blokes arrived on time and did a fantastic job of setting it all up for me, even started to fill it up for me. They answered all my questions and showed me how to use the hot tub including the chemicals.
Had a follow up call to make sure I was happy with everything aswell.

I have been putting off buying a hot tub for years because I didn't think I would use it. How wrong was I? I have had my tub since mid July 2019 and I have used pretty much every day I have been at home. I also decided to give it a go during a particularly heavy downpour - lesson learnt... not a good idea haha. I can't keep friends and family away now, it has become the thing to do in the evenings. Great to wind with after a long stressful day, to ease the muscles after a hard training session in the gym and an absolute winner to just chill with a drink and chat to friends. I should have bought this long ago! The guys at Blue Whale Spa are amazing, it was ordered and delivered within 10 days, I was lucky they had the right colour ready :). Delivery and installation was a dream and they left me with a fully working tub that was just reaching temperature. I could not be happier with the quality of the tub or the service. If you are thinking of buying one, I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa.

Blue Whale were extremely helpful when purchasing our spa, the salespeople were extremely helpful in making our decision on what spa to purchase. The delivery was on time with the delivery staff very informative on the use and care. The logistics team were also informative of how the spa would be delivered and how it would be put in place. Aftersales were very good with regards to how we were getting on and if we had any problems.

We have had our Our Santa Cruz Spa for almost a year ago now. We use it in all weather and for a minimum of 3 times every week! Nothing beats sitting in the warm even with it raining all around us! We were worried that the novelty might wear off- but this was unfounded. It's great to use as a family to catch up together at the end of the day and it's particularly good after gardening or exercise.

We knew little about spa ownership before our purchase and valued the support we received from the team at Blue Whale. We visited the showroom in Nottingham and were given great advice about the best type for our usage because we are all quite tall.

We didn't have to wait very long for the Spa to arrive and had additional support to ensure we sited it correctly. We wanted to position it to the rear of our house and access for this was down some steep steps and around some tight corners. This was not a problem at all. The spa was up and heating up ready to use within 3 hours. We were in it the next morning!

Overall we are very pleased with our decision to get a spa and have been more than happy with our purchase. We know that the team at Blue Whale are always there to help should we need it.

We have the San Marcos spa and it is brilliant. We had great service from beginning to end. In particular the engineers who installed our tub. They took the time to explain everything and answered any questions we had.
Fantastic value for money and first class service.

Bought a Hot Tub from Blue Whale Spa last month, the whole service experience from my initial inquiry, delivery and follow up customer service has been excellent. The quality of Hot Tub is outstanding and I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa.

Blue whale spa were very easy to order from, they were super at delivery and installation, good help with set up, we were first time hot tubbers so they went through everything about maintenance and cleaning.

We've had our hot tub for about six months now and it's one of the best things we have treated ourselves to.
The sales team couldn't have been more helpful we had picked one out from the website but on arrival and after looking at the model it wasn't the tub for us (due to the size of the loungers) they pointed us to a similar tub (which was actually a few hundred pounds cheaper than the original one we looked at).
The two installation guy's were also great, checking on location of the tub and very knowledgeable on how to maintain our investment.
Many happy times have been had with the kids and grandson's.

From start to finish these guy's made buying an hot tub extremely easy...... all staff I dealt with were amazing they really couldn't do enough very helpful
On the day of delivery the two guys came across as very knowledgeable and answered every questions and were very professional.

I felt that the spa was good value for money. It was delivered on a date that was suitable for me and I was informed of the time of the delivery meaning I could ensure I was available. The installation men were extremely helpful, friendly and worked hard to move the spa through a small gap into the back garden. Whilst filling the spa, they discussed with me in depth how the spa worked and how it was best to keep the spa clean. There were no complications from purchasing up until the current day. We continue to enjoy using our spa.

Such a fantastic company. I purchased a Daytona II 7 Seat hot tub and got this delivered and installed pretty quickly (this was all included in the great price). Installation went smoothly despite having to travel across a small field to get to my back garden. I was shown all the features and everything was explained to me complete with instruction manual and was assure that if I had any questions/problems, just to give them a call as they are very helpful. All-in-all, a great service and I'd definitely recommend them. The hottub has been so much fun :)

We purchased a SAN Pedro spa in August. The service from start to finish was excellent. The installation was completed professionally and the guys were very helpful with advise on chemicals.
We have since phoned Blue Whale for telephone advise, and again were great.
It has been a great purchase for us and has had plenty of use.

I did a lot of research before choosing a Blue Whale Spa, my previous hot tub had been an american import and had lots of issues trying to source parts (spas have mechanical pumps and replacement of seals etc is a fact of ownership over time) - I chose Blue Whale because they were a UK company, and the many positive reviews online. I was not disappointed from order to delivery and installation the team at Blue Whale were proactive, polite and efficient - everything that I needed to get up and running was provided. The spa is high quality and well insulated inside and around the walls, so I hope will be way more efficient than my old spa which was only insulated around the inside of the tub. So still early days for me, but highly recommended - I'm looking forward to many years of happy tubbing and support from Blue Whale if and when I need it :-)

We had a slight problem with a screw , fixed straight away , with no delay a engineer arrived to fix .

Looked around several vendors but got a personal recommendation from a friend about Blue Whale Spa. I did some digging on eBay where i found a useful article about what to look for in a hot tub, Blue Whale Spa hit the quality check aspect of that document 100%. Next to the service, from sales, delivery to post support i cant fault it, friendly, accurate and prompt. i needed the tub in a certain time frame and they beat it by weeks. The tub itself is high quality, not let me down at all and works really well, good looking too, kids family and friends all love it. Please note.... There are websites out there that sell substandard products, they look good but if you google the companies you'll find that they don't honor warranties, some have caught fire, the internal lining peels and you will have lost your cash and tub. Pay a little more for much better product or buy cheap and buy twice.

We purchased our hot tub in June 2019, we had a few quotes for different tubs but Bluewhale spa were by far a higher quality.

The whole process from purchasing to arranging delivery / installation was so easy. The installation team were efficient and provided a full demonstration of how to use the hot tub and it s numerous settings.

We have used the hot tub near enough every week since we have had it...we love it!

I found Blue whale a very reputable company to deal with had a small problem and they sent an engineer out very promptly who fixed the problem

The service has been excellent, we noticed a small crack on the exit vent after lads had left, contacted the company; no issues engineer was out on 5th June to replace. Wonderful service. Never have a spoken to a more disinterested sales person. You would think i had asked him to predict the lottery numbers when i asked about delivery times. Big red flags, i will go elsewhere.

I only came accross Blue Whale Spa by a chance google search and was impressed with the choice, specification and most importantly price of their Spa products.
I subsequently purchased one of their Spa's and had the system installed. The Engineer was polite and courteous, he took his time to explain how to work and maintain the spa pool and that was that.

Unfortunately 6 months later i did have a breakdown. (One of the Pumps failed)
I called Blue whale spa and without charge they quickly dispatched an Engineer who replaced the part. Throughout the process the service team kept me updated with the progress and routinely asked if i was happy, and if i had any questions at all.
Ive had no other issues and have to say i would reccomend Blue whale Spa if your considering purchasing a spa pool.
Excellent company, would use again without hesitation.

This is the second hot tub I have purchased from BWS due to moving house. The tubs are of very high quality, high tech and look amazing. the guys are hugely knowledgeable on all their products and the install team were excellent. We recently purchased the San Pedro via Costco. From purchasing to installation, Bluewhale have been fantastic. We absolutely love our hot tub. The sales process with a Blue Whale spa surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately it is rare to find a company that offers you detailed information throughout the order/delivery process. At every stage I was kept informed of exactly what was happening and when. I was also advised that at any stage from now on in if I have any queries they would be more than happy to assist me. Each person I have spoke with has been extremely courteous and helpful. The delivery guys and the engineer who installed my tub were no different. The engineer also talked us through exactly what we need to do to maintain the tub which was an added bonus for us. I ve recommended them to a few friend already and will not hesitate to recommend to more should the need arise.

Myself and my misses can't get enough of it and as long as you follow their advise the water is easy to maintain 3 months on and ours is crystal clear still. Following the purchase of our tub the team at Blue Whale Spa pulled out all the stops. Customer Services called and booked in a delivery / installation date. They discussed requirements such as type of power source and any access requirements. We were sent links to information about the care of the equipment and routine maintenance along. We received a call saying they were out of stock of our chosen tub but rather than disappoint us or make us wait they offered us a free upgrade, Would have been rude to decline really...! The guys arrived when they said they were going to and did as they said on the tin! No nonsense and efficient installation. Great piece of kit and many hours of relaxation so far.
