Initially we had many issues with our chosen hot tub largely because some of the important components of the tub did not work and were poorly made. Blue Whale did not refute this and were quick to try replacement hot tubs, of which there were 3 in total.
Unfortunately all 3 had the same faults and despite remedial efforts the faults remained and so Blue Whale offered to replace the tub for an alternative model altogether.
There were some initial delays with our alternative hot tub arriving which was disappointing but eventually, after a couple of months of waiting it did arrive.
Unfortunately it was not what we were expecting or had previously agreed as the shell colour did not match what had been discussed or what was advertised in the website.
However after some effort and disagreement over the hot tub we reluctantly agreed to accept the replacement.
As it is the replacement is fine and we are really enjoying it, even if it was not what we were originally expecting or hoping for.
The delivery teams that we had for various hot tub replacements were very good.
And Paula, the Customer Service Manager, was great and very helpful throughout.
I would recommend Blue Whale Spa and despite our issues we would use them again in the future if we were in the market for a new hot tub. Whilst we had problems, and disagreements, these were ultimately resolved satisfactorily.
