A nice venue for a sporting event and concerts. I have seen endless Bulls, Blackhawks, concerts from Madonna, Rihanna, Muse, Paul McCartney, U2, etc whixh provided so many good memories. Parking has improved around there. Food is not so impressive

went to United Center for the Queen concert - all staff were exceptional from the directions that we received outside the gate and all thru the event. the first floor was a buzz from all of the excitement, and the food stations were busy. the lines were not too long. the tacos, and the peppery tequila margarita were delicious. we did head up to the third floor in specific to dine at Lily Q's... it was not open... and many concessions were closed. it was a full house, so this was confusing. we were not able to get to the Lily Q's on the second floor as that was a special ticket requirement... the sound was great!

Amazing place! I have never expext That I can have such a clear view in level 300! I can't find a word to express how well designed this place. You feel the game, feel the people here without any crowded feeling. And the best thing is:Bulls won this game that night! Go Bulls!

I like going to the United Center these are good seats in the Stadium. I went to see Maxwell & Mary J. Blidge and Usher see my concert tickets I purchased. I highly recommend this place to Families and Friends.

Very clean and good seating. We were sitting in Section 204. We could see the stage really good. The place is clean and they have lots of food places. They have sitting areas with tables, chairs, and lounge areas. Plenty of bathrooms for Men and Women. In the women's bathrooms they have changing tables too. The floors were shiny and polished.
Totally rad. Gnarly to Nth degree. Always love visiting chitown. Good people, good food, good atmosphere, and to top it all off, a badass show with some talented folks. Great show to the Black Keys and Modest Mouse! Not the first time weve been to the u center and wont be the last. Keep booking those good bands and we'll keep coming.
The United Center staff caters to the customer by providing top notch goods and services. Food and drink are pricey but you are paying for the experience.

This is a great stadium. I've experienced concerts, Disney on ice, bulls games, and Blackhawks games. The parking is easy in and easy out. The food and drink selections are great. There isn't a bad seat here.
The staff was very friendly and the usher was nice enough to escort me to my seat. I went to go see the Jonas Brothers live for the very first time in my life and it was such an unforgettable experience
Very nice and huge arena. So many legendary artists like Janet and Yonce have performed there. Definitely one of my favorite venues. I can't wait to go back again in October to see Justin Timberlake perform again. Take note that if you forget to print out tix you purchased that don't have the mobile option go to the outside box office around the west side of the building for them to get printed.

The Chicago Blackhawks is an excellent team and the games are always exciting and it's a wonderful thing to go and watch.
Always have a great time at United Center! Have been to a few concerts here in the last year. Security is great and its hard to have a bad seat with such big space. Drinks and food are pricey but to be expected.
The food was affordable & seating was easy to locate. The Michael Jordan statue is inside & it was awesome!

The place is nice for basketball, but need a little more history details, there is a small wall in a store, but that's it, considering the 90's had so many moments, i was expecting a little more to show than the trophys and the statue. Either way, still a good place to enjoy a game and have a good dinner
This is an alright arena. Surprisingly, the concessions are cheaper than other major arenas. Not having been in any seat other than the nosebleed section, the view was actually quite decent! I d visit again for sure!
I love coming here for events. The first event I attended here was a Disney on Ice show in September 2014. Since then, I have come here again for several concerts, including Fleetwood Mac and Cher. The view from the balconies is great although you should be careful when walking if you re up that high, because the possibility of falling does exist since the chairs in front of you, assuming there are any, are too low to stop you from falling.
Easy getting in to the venue and staff was friendly. Nice arena. Love all the Bulls history and memorabilia.
I attended the Eagles concert at the United Center. AWESOME show. Nice facility.
Went there to see Kygo last weekend and thought the venue was excellent. Great sound quality, lots of options for food and drink, easy to get in and out and overall very clean. Only thing to improve is to prevent people from sneaking into better seats, there were different random people by us standing in the aisle nearly the whole show.
Man. It was just great. You do an amazing job at crowd entertainment. The game is great and the entertainment in between is great. Never a dull moment.

Loved the United Center!!! had soo much fun !! But the food is very pricey my husband got 2 hotdogs and 2 sodas and it was $35.00 dls Wow !! Plus parking $29.00 . So if you re heading over there eat before and have someone drop you off . Other than that awesome !! Been there lots of times .
Joyful family experience around sports and music. Great food, easy parking and public transportation. It is expensive.
We got here really early for a concert so we could be front row. Turned out they were giving out wristbands outside in an unmarked vehicle. It looked shady as hell and we wasted hours of our life in the cold. That said, once inside, I had no complaints about the venue.

Great facility with plenty of vending locations and washroom facilities. Even with 20,000 people there were no significant lineups for any of these services. Knowledgeable hockey fans and a great experience overall, especially considering our Toronto Maple Leafs beat the Chicago Blackhawks in their building!
Love this place ! We go to the RV show and different shows and activities. People are always very nice and helpful including the safety patrols etc.
Very first time to attend an event at United Centre. Was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process went. Well organized from the moment we entered till the time we left. No long queues at security or in the bathrooms and the place was packed. Enough food (although a bit expensive) beer and sodas to choose from. Had an absolute blast!
Best sports experience ever. The national anthem before a Blackhawks game needs to be on your bucket list.

This is better then any venue can be. Fast service an clean. Though a burger is $14.00, it is expensive. Can't come here with less then $80 if you plan on feeding just 2 people and parking. A family of 4? Might need minimum $100.00 just for hot dogs. Parking minimum is $25.00 alone for bulls games. Over all great place for the family.
Extremely surprised by their lighting here. Might not come up often but I'd extrodinary what displays they can make on the ice. New scoreboard is well designed as well. Amazing place

Been at the United Center multiple times. This is my 2nd Bulls game. I had a really good time and the food was great! My nephew really enjoyed himself.
I gave it 3 stars for 2 reasons 1. because when I was in the merch store one of the workers kept following me around as if I was about to steal (Or so it seemed like). but over I had a good time. 2. I wish Benny The Bull came to the 200 section. I really wanted to get a pic of him with my nephew but I understand you get what you pay for so no real problem there.
Easy, not crazy expensive parking. We had terrible seats, but the screens still gave us a good view.
It's a sports arena. I feel like all basketball/hockey arenas are essentially the same right down to the locations of the bathrooms. The one positive is that there are more places to grab craft beers than in the past, even if they only have Lagunitas. Overall a decent experience.

Great place to watch a basketball game. The double hamburger w/fries was really good. Can be a little pricey thought. Tuesday night's you can get $5 beer. Its better to eat before the game.
You truly know you're in Chicago when you're at the United Center it just has that vibe to it. Great for concerts I seen the band Rush play here on four different occasions the Acoustics are amazingly good the staff is very friendly and professional. Never forget the Blackhawks breaking seen here:-)
Nice arena ,but needs more bathrooms. Nothing worse than drinking 12.00 beer and have to stand in long line to us bathroom. Not a bad seat in house, good view all around.

Went to Chicago Bulls game and this place is AMAZING! Definitely a wonderful experience. Wish we could stay longer and come to another event.
Kinda big... Ended up watching most of the game on TV. Could have done that at home. Food is ridiculously overpriced. And I had one of the worst Maitai's ever, didn't even finish it... right around entrance 326. Place was clean though. That was good. Also enjoy the little games that were strewn about throughout the night. Go Bulls! ( Unfortunately they lost that night by one point ) good game.
I went to watch a game of bulls vs hornets and the price paid for entry and parking was really cheap for a NBA venue about 26 bucks
They have really good shows between timeouts and the food service area is nice and clean.

Had seen a great bulls game here. Seats were okay, view was okay for me. I sat on the 2nd level up, seats are affordable there. People were friendly and helpful. After the game they have a special uber parking lot. This makes things easier.
