I tried calling the corporate number to speak with someone over all facility to find out why we are now being told they can not take our family member.

i have lived in a seniorlifestyle facility in sycamore, il almost two years. the food is totally unacceptable but the cna's are great the building is a very bad design. too many cut ip rooms. i don't know the dining room can pass fire code. it is very difficult to get into and out of the room when it is full. bathrooms are very small and placed next to the front door.

Senior Lifestyle is truly a great place to work and a great place to live!

They need security. They need a homemaker. Also, need a driver for grocery shopping.

Senior lifestyle corporation has a bad practice of Not hiring enough help. And Not caring about there Residence. The lady I take care of was a wellsprings on the 3rd floor the whole floor only had 2 ads and one nurse.It was privet pad I found out later the 2 kt floor had plenty of help because they got Medicaid. My Dad was at the seasons for a month in rehab and NEVER ONCE GOT A SHOWER! the day he left I said Shouldn't you at least ]change his socks the nurse did and a toe nail fell off (hes diabetic) So she put medicine on it I said cant some one wash his feet? she said you should have mentioned that before i put the medicine on, I'm thinking I would have thought you would think of it. I went into the Barrington of Oakley one time and everybody that lived there looked filthy the place was big and beautiful but the people were not taken care of so I left they are a very poor of homes ALL of them!

I've been with Senior Lifestyle for going on ten years now, and they have always been good to me.
