Went for a concert. Huge!! I'm not from Chicago, and I was astounded by the size. Prices on food were higher than I expected, and the hot dogs we got were mediocre at best. The concert venue was great. We had cheap seats, but the screens made us feel so much closer. Handicap accessibility was not great. Some of my group had some knee issues and there was no elevator, and no down escalator. Overall, though, pretty good venue

Went to Chicago for the first time during Spring Break in March and it was amazing. Got to go inside and take a tour of the United Center for free that day because the staff working there was feeling generous that day. Took a picture next to the Michael Jordan statue and the team shop

Great place, but everything is extreamly over priced. There is always junction on the entrance where is the security check, toilets are always full with at least a mile line outside.Amazing sound, unbelievable screens and lights.

Went to the Hawks game tonight and it's actually been about a year since I've been at the UC. Man o man has it changed. The food options were unbelievable. From Honey Fried Butter Chicken to Giordano's to Little Goat and Sweet Baby Ray's Bbq. Really excited to see them stick with the times. Highly recommend going to see a game and not eating before hand now.

Took the family to a hawks game against Nashville and had a great time. We had seats in the Budweiser Champions Club and it was perfect for the four of us. All of the staff were nice and helpful especially since the little ones are all jacked up for the game. We don't get to sit here often but what a fun time and hope we get back down again soon!

I watched the Laver cup here and in my section there was a giant cable that blocked our view from the ceiling to the floor. There was no note about that when purchasing the tickets. The Laver cup was awesome by the way.

Was here with disney on ice and the arena workers for some reason think it's fair game to just move our stuff around and throw away 6 full water bottles. Like. Why? Who does that? Throw the whole staff in the trash.

It was my first visit to the United Center and I saw U2. Everything was organized, easy to find and went smoothly. Considering the sheer number of people in attendance, it didn't feel crowded. Hardly had to deal with any kind of line. Fantastic show.

Fantastic facility. Amazing atmosphere. The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. The food is good, but it is a bit pricey. Easy to get to the United Center via public transportation so I highly recommend that if you can take it.

Game was good the parking not so much bought parking before hand with the tickets. When I got there found out that they had sold my parking to someone else made go in circles until I finally got fed up and complain until they let me park about 100 feet away

A great venue for sports and events. Blackhawks games as well as Pearl Jam and Radiohead concerts have all been terrific. Parking is expensive but easy in and out for $30. Food is good inside and beers are very pricey, but there are a few good bars in the local area for cheaper eats and drinks pregame.

Expensive!!! And crowded!!! Welcome to chicago!!! Seats are to close together and extremely uncomfortable!!! I am not a large man!!! But even for me elbows pressed uncomfortably against fans on both sides!!! Also no drink/cup holders!!! What a joke!!! As fans we deserve better!!!

Red Wings fan, I went to United Center to see Disney on Ice. The arena was super nice. The bitter days of the rivalry are dead as my wings just suck right now so I actually enjoyed seeing their decorated banners (yours more recent but we have more ) Loved seeing Jordans number. The venue overall had great flow of people and good food/beer options.

It was our first game in Club Seats with a perfect park and great view from our seats. The food was 1/2 price until 30 minutes before the 1st home game. Great energy inside and everyone was helpful.

Love the stadium. Directions and finding seats are easy. The food is priced high but also expected in a basketball stadium. They put on a lot of educational sessions to encourage more business professionals. I think it is great that they are so actively involved in the community. Can't wait to see the game at 5:30

The centre is actually really good. The reason for the poor rating is the staff. In particular the 'jobs worth' security staff. We wanted to take a quick picture of the Michael Jordan statue. They made this as difficult as possible :-(

This place is a must visit if one is visiting Chicago. The Micheal Jordan statue is a must have photo. Along with the 6 NBA championships, and Scottie Pippen statue. The food and drink is expensive of course like every other stadium. I take a trip at least once a year to the UC. My most recent was for the All Star Rising Stars Challenge. I should have my on suite.

Jlo concert was good! Why are drinks and snacks so dam ridiculous! And no down escalators just stairs and the elevator is far! If I was a handicap and if there was an emergency I would be screwed!

Eagles concert 2018. The venue is pretty big, probably holds about 60,000 people. With about 50,000 seats. There is the main floor, level one, level two and level three. The United Center in Chicago is a bowl shaped venue. I was on the 3rd level and the sound was great and I didn't see any blind spots....

As for as arenas go, this one was not that great. Bathrooms are the biggest problem. Top level there are only single bathrooms which make for massively long lines. Next level down are bigger bathrooms but still crowded. On the third level there are also no drink holders so my neighbor kicked his own beer as soon as he got up leading to a beer lake under our feet. Beer and food is the usual over priced whatever.

Last nights Blackhawks/Blues game included one of the top 5 brats I have ever had! Chicago Dish, 300 level behind the goal, section 324(?). Fresh from the grill, large brat, kraut and brown mustard. Fries done well and plenty in a serving. Service was excellent and the beer was cold. Great experience!!!

Went there a couple of days ago for the first time for a concert. With all the Bulls and Blackhawks stuff still up I can't imagine how the place would be for game. Definitely gonna have to come back for the gaming experience.

What can you can you say about this great place. It freaking awesome, that's what. I usually sit in the nose bleeds, and that is where I sat recently. But this time I sat in the very last row way up on top. Great game, bull's won and got a free big Mac coupon. Knowhatimsayin?

Attended the Muse Simulation World Tour. The ease of entering and exiting the United Center is a real plus. I cannot help with driving or parking as we used a car service for transportation; I recommend car service for Chicago as parking can be very difficult.

I'm actually a Red Wings fan, but we were in town for vacation so we watched a Blackhawks/Ducks game because it's an original six team and I wanted to experience a Blackhawk's game.

My takeaway is that no one can dispute that Chicago is a hockey town. The fans were super engaged and supportive of their team and the sport. Super glad we came and would be glad to experience another game the next time I'm in town.

I was there for the MUSE Simulation Theory Tour in April 2019. I had a blast, they were pretty efficient with the lineup process for general admission. They handed out numbered wristbands starting around 9am. And you just had to be back by 5pm for the wristband to be honored. I only took 1 star off because it's the home of the Blackhawks.

I visited the United Center to see the Mumford and Sons concert. The stage was centered in the middle of the floor which allowed for greater visibility to more people. Acoustics are pretty good, and the staff is friendly. Seats are pretty comfortable and parking not bad.

Was fortunate enough to score a ticket on the Floor.
Normally way over my price budget.

Was treated to one of the best experiences in my life time.

Would have been 5 stars had team won game.
