Great time, easy street parking if you plan ahead. Sat in upper level, great view and less lines for food and drinks.

The courtesy by the staff from the parking lot to my seat was amazing, good job staff.

United center never fails to disappoint with amazing concerts.

I've been here a couple of times now, just for the concerts. One we attended normally and the other included a private event that came along with the front row seats. We was kind of upset at first because we thought we had missed it. The employee's did not know of this private event going on as well as the security guard saying it was over already. If we just had listened we would of missed out but we decided to search ourselves and we found it. We actually passed in on the way in and they had everything set up on a small table and they told us where to go. The private event was up the elevator and was soo cool. We had hot food, private bar, dj, a bunch of free little items realted to the artist, it was fun. Made it back in time to see the openers. The place the clean, i like the seated rows so no pushing or cutting ahead. Everything is expensive as usual. I love coming here for concerts because their always so different and they have plenty of space to do their own thing. Never sat on the upper levels. Only the main floor and the 1st upper section next to stage but will come back again soon.

Always enjoy going to see the hawks play. The energy is unbelievable

What a place to see a hockey game. But if you dont make it for the national anthem you are missing out. Spot hero parking for savings, you will need that for extra money for food and drinks.

Overall the center was nice. The actual stadium is beautiful. The screens, lights & speakers were on point The bathrooms needed updating. But the stadium seats were comfortable enough to sit on through a basketball game. Security was tight, though. We tried to go down to a lower level to take pictures but we're turned around. Foot traffic was ushered in one direction, so you couldn't go back the way you came. The food is overpriced but they do have personal pan deep dish for an ok price. Aside from this, we had a good time & definitely will be going again

Great building. Easy to get to and move around in. Very cool food and shopping options. Loved singing the goal song! Remember, no guns allowed. Haha!

Food selections we're pretty meh. Bathrooms need some serious updates. The way the roof is designed can obstruct a bit if you are up in the nosebleeds. At least the seats are in good shape and not too close together as the newer building tend to do

It was opened to the public and we enjoyed walking around and being able to take pics

Went and saw Andrea Bocelli. Amazing man to see in concert. It's a bit of a walk from the parking lot depending on which one you end up in. Are the inside of the United Center is beautiful they've really done great job keeping it beautiful.

Clean venue with easy access and control of people flow. Of course has to take a ding to the rating for overly expensive concessions but that is not a surprise to anyone either but it is offset by a variety of choices and the concessions are always fresh and tasty

Great seats, lots of food and beverage choices and plenty of bathrooms.

Easy parking, not too much time taken up looking for a place to park. Food is very good, lots to choose from. Environment is amazing and makes the basketball games 10x more enjoyable.

I went to ufc238 very nice experience, free official parking is a plus! Don t get fooled by folks that trying to guide you into a $20 parking spot lol

Watched a Blackhawks game here and it was an amazing experience. From the national anthem, to hearing the Blackhawk fans cheer, it definitely got us pumped up being here. The dessert cart was delectable, probably would have taken a bite from every plate if it wasn't cost me.

I love the United Center the staff is nice and helpful never disappoint me. Plus I love the parking for Lexus 2 thumbs up

Really cool place and nice staff as far as I've experienced. you can enter well enough through any gate so don't feel too bad if you enter through the other side of your seating area
Careful with those seats though I recommend being mindful of getting something closer to the edges if you have vertigo or any fear of heights since the seating is steep and some people won't move for others to pass [what's up with that anyway? How tiring... to be so purposefully ugly...]

Was given seats row 15 , seats 5 and 6. I have never been to a NHL game, and I can tell you it was the greatest event I have ever been to. Blackhawks vs Ducks, 5 -2 score I was fortunate enough to see all the hawks scores. Fan for life.

I enjoyed the Michelle Obama event!! The staff was friendly and helpful.

I went to go see seventeen a kpop group and it was amazing.

I came here for a Chicago Bulls basketball match. Amazing experience!

Really not a bad seat in the house. Watch the Arizona Coyotes play the Chicago Blackhawks. Will definitely be back.

The Madhouse on Madison..... Great Arena home to 2 of the best Teams in Hockey and Basketball... Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL....... Chicago Bulls of the NBA...... Concerts and Other Sporting Events have been held in this Arena....... WCW Spring Stampede was held at the Madhouse on Madison in 2000

One of the best stadiums....if not THE Best to enjoy a basketball game. Theres plenty to enjoy from pregame activities, food options, give a ways, downtime Entertainment, kid activites and BENNY THE BULL!!!!. HANDS DOWN CHICAGO HAS THE BEST MASCOT though!

I am there for a Bulls game and the suites are the best. All the staff are first rate.

I personally went to IEM Chicago and loved how loud and exciting the atmosphere was.

I went to the bulls/pelicans game on 1/14. The venue was impressive, and I had a good experience overall. However, I think there is some room for improvement. I sat in section 305 and the seats could use an upgrade. The cushioning has deteriorated which might sound picky, but you are sitting down in these seats for a couple hours. Great opportunity to increase the fan experience here.

Also, some type of drum line played the halftime show. The drum line played a couple other times throughout the game during timeouts and other breaks in the game. I think the drum line adds to the game experience. I noticed the fans were a little more involved and excited after the drum line's performance. The in-game experience team also made a great decision in deciding to have the drum line play out the racous crowd as they poured out into the Chicago streets - setting the tone for possibly an unforgettable night for the 21,000+ in attendance. My only complaint is the drum line was only rolled out 3-5 times throughout the night. Why not utilize such a weapon? I guess what I'm saying is I would have liked to see the drum line more.

Staff does an excellent job of keeping the place clean and the lines moving through the gates and food. Parking is a bit expensive but if you park two blocks away it is considerably cheaper.

The House that Jordan Built is always a great time beit for a Bulls game or a concert. Comfortable seats and visible sightlines make it an enjoyable outing each time.

Great venue. Home of the Chicago bulls. Great local consessions... A bit expensive. 2 hot dogs 2 cokes $35.

I had not been here in a while and many things have been enhanced. Vendors, activities, even statues. When I found the sportscasters booth, Kendall Gill saw me trying to get a picture and looked up, waved and smiled - classy guy and symptomatic of my entire experience!

A wonderful experience, I wish there were more veggie nachos though

Security is quick & easy, food prices & drinks are of normal venue prices.

Huge venue with a large parking lot (plus there's always cheaper lot options within a few blocks) and easy public transportation access. Been here for music concerts and sports events, and the layout is great for both, even in the cheap seats. A favorite!

#ChicagoBulls this place looked immaculate. There are many attendant, food service, and security people around. The court below is brightly lit. Even at the third tier seating folks have a clear view. Bathrooms are tidy, too. Parking was no hassle with cheap parking available. Be careful driving around with so many people walking about, though! When this place clears out after an event the walkways are regulated to prevent folks from clogging entryways to escalators. Elavators are available. Security checks at the entrance.

Not many better experiences for me like going to "The Madhouse on Madison". The atrium looks amazing and the Blackhawks beat the Wild.

Watched the BULLS lose to Washington was not what I wanted but seeing it live at the United Center was a treat alone. Scotti Pipmen was in the house. Great time!!! $25

I always love coming the United Center! There's not a bad seat in the house! Good food choices, bar and drink options., and the facility is always super clean! Plus, the new addition and team store is awesome! Go Hawks!

Four words for your "Madhouse on Madison Street" If that doesn't get your attention, not sure what will. The home of the Blackhawks and Bulls. And some of the best concerts money can buy. Great food options and vast array of adult beverages...

Great outing for the family. Good food options and lots of free t-shirts and raffle opportunities. The crowd is consistently engaged with the game so be prepared to chant. Hopefully the Bulls continue to win lol.

Plan ahead for parking and/or getting a ride share. Food of course was overly expensive. Excellent experience though!!

Great place to watch a game, I only go for the Blackhawks though. Either way it is fun & enjoyable venue & the parking isn't bad either. I was just there for the Blackhawks training camp & it was a lot of fun.

Simply amazing stadium to watch Hockey! Best audio visual equipment in my experience! Although the seats are a bit tight, they are super comfy.

This is my first time going to a concert at this venue and it was awesome. Going through security went by fast even though it was a lot of people. Staff helped us find our seats without giving attitude. Of course drinks were overpriced 10 bucks for one cup of beer. But overall I enjoyed the experience.

Seats for easy to find handicap accessible parking was great and close to the entrance. Good time all around

New scoreboard is incredible and the place seats plenty of people, but the bathrooms were pretty gross by the end of the night.

All 100 section seats are great with clear, unobstructed views and comfortable seats. Lots of food and beverage choices. Ample parking ranging from $22 to $29. Convenient public transportation by CTA bus or train.

I've been here a few times, Blackhawks game, for Drake concert, circus, Disney on ice to say a few. They have plenty of parking, the place is huge and fun. If you're going with the family there is plenty of food for everyone, if you're going with adults then you can drink while watching a game. Their sky boxes are nice and you have TVs to watch the game as well as the replays. Nice.

Easy in and easy out, Celine dion concert fabulous.Venue great, would never know it was a basketball/hockey stadium. Bathrooms spotless!
