Queenie Supper Club is amazing, the music, and food is worth it.
Queenie Supper Club is amazing, the music, and food is worth it.
BMO HARRIS Club was incredible!! Wonderful service and the food was absolutely top notch.
It's a nice, big arena. It's very easy to find your seats
I like to go there for events but not the Bulls they suck
Quick entry and we happened to go on Pride night which was an added bonus.
Really nice arena. Got to see the Blackhawks play. Arena is nice and clean but getting tickets way a MESS! Almost every stadium and airport in the world allows you to scan your tickets from a device. Not the United Center. They only accept printed tickets. I sat on a line for 20 min with 150 other fans in the freezing cold to wait for will call to print out our tickets. Get with the time United Center!
Nice stadium, good food and friendly crowd. Made our visit memorable! Go Blues! #LGB
Great seats to Barbra Streisand's one night only! Absolutely fabulous! Vending too costly though! Bucket list concert! Woohoo!!!
Great venue. Been multiple times for McDonalds all American games and saviors day events. Seats are pretty tight.
It was fun and exciting to be there with both my daughter, my baby girl sold candy for her school and won bull tickets, but please have a lot of money, because the eating venues are very expensive
Awesome environment! Amazing venue for bands and other events, great for basketball! But its one of the Worlds Greatest Hockey Arena, because the Blackhawks and Tommy Hawk!!! #letsgohawks
Private suites are always great here.... great service...
Took my son to a Chicago Bulls game while we were there during spring break. It was a great time and I will definitely be taking him again!
Like any arena the food is overpriced on top of already having to pay for parking. Plus the bulls lost lol
Good venture to see concerts and sporting events. The venture is circular and the seating area are clearly marked. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
Expensive parking during events, maybe free street parking nearby, come early for events.
You can see the great sports and concerts events here! WWE, monster trucks, circus... The best place in the world is the Madhouse on Madison!
Place was nice, had a cool vibe, packed full for my event. As an above average height slim person, the seats were tiny, super close and short but that was irrelevant as we all stood happily jam-packed like sardines for our concert. Many stood on the stairs or railing for more space, if that's a concern for anyone.
It was pretty dark inside the whole place too, maybe would've been more illuminated during a different day/event, but didn't bother me.
(BTS ARMY here, went for Love Yourself tour in October 2018; loved it!! Such great energy!!)
Bathrooms too small, had to wait in line which isn't fun when holding your drinks for a long concert.
Also gotta admit something weird about the bathrooms, I had a creepy experience where the floor was so shiny the janitor was standing there looking at me through the reflection. We made eye contact. Umm, work on that please! Mirrored floors in cheap short-stall bathrooms are creepy. At least make the doors to the floor.
Despite that, I had a great time.
Love it!! Top 3 basketball arena's in the world. But I am a huge MJ fan since 89'-90'
Saw Muse on April 12th. Great sound for such a large venue. Had seats way up in section 301. Even that high up the show was enjoyable. Leaving the stadium wasn't nearly as bad as you would think
Great concert venue when you're in the 6th row center. Metal detectors at all entrances were welcomed. Drinks and food very pricey. No waiting for the restrooms a plus. Kid rock!
Love the arena and got to see an amazing hockey game
First visit to the UC and a Blackhawks game. Thank you to my Wife and kids for the tickets. Atmosphere was unbelievable in the UC. Food and drinks were so accessible to our seating.
Woah! Definitely must visit here if visiting Chicago! Go Blackhawks!
My son was so happy we forgot about the cold weather lol
It's a huge place for a sport event, it has entrance on every side of the building.
If you got seat 200-299, they're located on upper level, level 2.
If your seat 301-399, they're on level 3.
On each level has rest rooms and place get food and drinks for guests convenience.
There's some guys walking around selling beers time to time.
Just reminder, they won't allow guests bring any bag like backpack, they will ask you to put in the bag storage a.k.a a trailer on parking lot. It's free of charge.
Visiting this place was amazing. Since it was 2020 Covid-19, the facility was closed. But the sights around the facility were amazing.
The artwork on the outside was amazing.
I wasn't able to see the Michael Jordan statue that is iconic, but I was happy to peruse the exterior and feel the vibe.
Putting it in my bucket list of places to visit when the Covid pandemic lifts.
The United Center never disappoints, but my one wish is to be on the boards during a Hawks game. There is always an excellent selection of food and drink for kids and adults alike. I've noticed that the higher the section (200/300), the rowdier the crowd. It can make it fun, but also sometimes obnoxious... all part of the game though. And of course, GO HAWKS.
Love this place since I was little my parents would bring me and it never gets old!
I was in the suite behind the Canadian flag during a Bulls game and it was awesome! We had good food and the fridge stayed stocked the whole game and our host was sooooo nice, especially with the youngsters. The kiddos loooooved the desert cart that came around (and i loved sampling what they got). Getting in and out of the building was smooth and streamlined as well which helped, considering we had quite a large group :)
Als has been around for a long time. I hadn't been there in years. I have to say everything we had was exceptionally wonderful. I will be dinning there often.
Great arena, well organized. High ranks pretty steep. Good entertainment at bulls game
We had an exceptional time. The game was wonderful the announcers and the food was really awesome for a sporting event. I would recommend.
EVERYONE is very pleasant..... Lobe the atmosphere!!!! Always exciting keep up the great work
Excellent!!! The staff there was very nice. They actually helped me to get to my ADA seat with a wheelchair. The staff there are worth millions. Thank you for a great treatment.
Went to UFC 238, great time, the seats were as comfortable as you could expect in that size of a venue. The staff was all over keeping the place clean. Several times I saw employees going to clean spills in the audience filled areas. Food was way over priced, not a surprise in a place like that.
Great customer service I was having some issues with my tickets and the supervisor,Cristian J, helped me. He went the extra mile and I m so grateful. Thanks again they need more people like him.
Good Samaritans work/visit or maybe I was lucky but guess what ?? I left my wallet during a game and after like a week+ came home to a mailed with everything intact
The home team got the W and was very pleased with the atmosphere...wish I could have purchased some merch but my size was all sold out...
Awesome A feeling that you will never forget GO BLACKHAWKS
Ease of use was great as was the cleanliness of facilities, but security was lax with individuals being able to access the arena without going through security.
It s the United Center nothing bad to say about this place fun entertaining no matter what the venue is. Classic Chicago landmark
Top Notch indoor venue for watching sporting events and concerts! The wide variety of different types of food in the restaurants on each level is great, and nice selection of beverages!
Great night at the U2 concert! Acoustics & visuals were awesome! No better sports venue on the planet than being at a Hawks game at the UC as well!
You can never go wrong seeing a Hawks game here! Good snacks and ice cream. Concerts are great here as well
Amazing venue with great views. They even have some pretty good food options too!
United Center is that necessary evil. You need a large concert venue like this , but there are things they can always improve. Parking around the complex is always going to be around $25. The United Center brings a ton of garbage to an already undeserved neighborhood. It is unfortunate they don't give back to the community they operate in.
There are quite a few ways to get in and out, so traffic isn't very bad for too long after the release of concerts and sporting events.
The cost of drinks is outrageous, but this happens at most venues like this.
The have added an American Express Preferred entrance to a couple of the corners of the building. That has been a nice addition for AMEX card holders.
The last concert I attended (Cher) the speakers had poor quality. Not sure if that was the venue or if they speakers were brought in for the event.
Overall, it is a decent place to see a concert and the ONLY place to see certain Chicago sports teams.
#sports #arena #concert #chicago
Great venue to watch a basketball game. Easy access from the Damen or Ashland buses and the L if you want to avoid paying for parking.
Parking was easy. Close to enteance. Seats were very comfortable. Concessions were reasonable. Staff was very friendly.
Although it was closing, staff aloud us to go in and get our pictures. Definitely go early enough you get to see everything, there's plenty to see and do. Certainly not just a stadium.
great time. one of th best places to watch th NBA game. they do a gd job of keeping th crowd involved.
Excellent venue. Very clean and well organized to ensure people only enter the seating area during stoppage in play.
We were in the "nose-bleed" seats - 300 level for Paul Simon. While the sight lines were great, it was a terrifying climb to our seats. I wouldn't move once we were seated. Acoustically speaking, the venue sucks. Good thing we knew the songs.
I came to Chicago with my family to visit my aunt. This was totally unexpected, because my aunt never told us about going to the Chicago Bulls game. They were playing against the Utah Jazz and sadly Bulls lost. We still liked it!
Always love watching my Blackhawks here! Truly, there are no bad seats. But, be prepared for overpriced food, drinks & souvenirs! An Italian sausage sandwich, fries & drink was a little over $20!
Photos taken from section 305, row 11 on 9/23/17 #LetsGoHawks
Don't park at the school unless you have a pass $$$
We went there for Disney on Ice. Sat at 109 Row 16, seats 1 and 2. The parking is free, the food and drinks were pricey. We love the place. That's our go to spot for Disney on Ice.
Truly awesome! I've visited this venue twice, with both visits taking place three years apart. To my surprise, United Center has apparently spent those three years making some unprecedented improvements to the infrastructure. They now have a foolproof wristband-based system for keeping an account of your place in line for an event, and the process of corralling the frantic fans onto the general admission floor has become surprisingly painless and very well-organized. The security team were strikingly polite and considerate, and I was amused by the gimmick of having them all dress like flight attendants.
The band I've traveled here to see twice is called Muse, and I saw them most recently to catch the final U.S. show of the Simulation Theory world tour, and mark my words, it was the most brilliantnt spectacle I have ever had the privilege of witnessing. Muse are infamous for putting on memorable and innovative shows, but this time they have truly outdone themselves. In a dazzling flurry of lazers, you'll find yourself transported to an entirely new dimension, one stirring with men in mech suits, cyborg trombone sections and gospel choirs, bungee-jumping bomb squads, hot girls in leather pants and an enormous, tyrannical cyborg skeleton named Murph who rules over them all. It is the music of Muse that breathes life into such a universe, and brings profound joy, rage, sadness and mirth to us all.
Was there for a Tool concert. Great food and friendly staff!
I saw Harry Styles here and while he was fantastic, I was not wowed by the staff at United Center. Apparently it's the arena's policy to not allow flags or signs and they were taking them from people, even though it's common and popular at Harry's concerts to wave flags and have signs. I can understand for sporting events or other concerts why that is important but for this concert, that policy should have been rethought. Otherwise, those I did talk to and interact with were pleasant if maybe a little overwhelmed! Not trying to make it sound horrible, but it was frustrating to know that one of the two shows on this tour that didn't allow the audience to participate with signs!
Very well maintained arena! Was able to park just inside the arena gate so security and safety weren't an issue.
It alway great to work concert events doing security. Love being on the ice ring the Blackhawks play on
The first time I went to the United Center, I was a mere child. When I went to the arena as an adult, I was able to appreciate the facility! It is humongous and beautiful! I attended a Bulls game and a concert the following day. However, the food was not good and way overpriced. I ordered a burger and the bun was hard like a rock. Like beef, lettuce, and cheese on rocks! Other than that, nice place!
I saw a concert here and man let me tell you I was really impressed how fast I was able to get a beer and be seated. I also left pretty quickly as well given the size of that place. The music itself did not sound nearly as good as the newly built Nashville Amphitheater but even though I was pretty far back I still had a decent view.
The fees had been pretty high for the tickets and the pre-order section was a joke. I'm not sure if any of that is United centers doing or not.
Great stadium & the history/memorabilia is very entertaining. Good food choices
Despite being finished I'm in 1992, the stadium doesn't feel overly dated due to several add-ons and new restaurants and bars. The Bulls and Blackhawks are both storied franchises with banners that pack the rafters. Personally I find the lower 300s to be the best bang for your buck for sports, but prefer much closer for concerts given the size of the venue.
United Center was awesome but the food and drink was way way too high 6.25 for a hot dog and nothing with it i can get a hotdog and pop and fries for under 5.00 around the corner from them. Alcohol 12.00 in a 8oz cup beer 8oz 10.00 nope!!! Go to a restaurant before enjoy yourself then go there it's not worth it....
What can I say other than this place has great food always very well-maintained and clean. And the Hawks Rock!
Amazing! What stood out to me was how affordable the food was! I was blown away by the entertainment and lights before, during, and halftime. Was a great experience and can't wait to see another Bulls game in the near future.
Very ran down . Reminded me of the Bradley Center. Been to many stadiums and this by far is probably my least favorite. But Love the Blackhawks as a team !
Very nice stadium. Always great to see the Bulls play!
Concert was great and security was nice. Everything ran alot smoother than some concert arenas I been to.
I've never been here before, but the venue is so clean. The workers seem somewhat tired of bothered but I didn't see any of them on their phones nor really distracted that they didn't want to help the concert-goers. The food is sort of expensive, but they have to make money somehow
Blackhawks and bulls game are fun to watch here. Been to concerts and other events at the UC as well. Clean modern venue with a lot of historic moments in sports.
For an almost sold ELO concert, several concession stand were closed. No condiments or salt and pepper available. The seats up high have no cup holders and the seats are narrow.
Went here for the Bulls Vs Cavaliers game. The place is well organised and queues moved quickly. Lots of entertainment throughout the game
Let's go Bulls!! Let's go Blackhawks!! #DaBulls
Rideshare pick up area could be worked out better.
Excellent! Saw a Blackhawks game. Amazing fans and action. Saw it from a suite with great food and drink. Can't wait to do it again!
