Really nice arena. Got to see the Blackhawks play. Arena is nice and clean but getting tickets way a MESS! Almost every stadium and airport in the world allows you to scan your tickets from a device. Not the United Center. They only accept printed tickets. I sat on a line for 20 min with 150 other fans in the freezing cold to wait for will call to print out our tickets. Get with the time United Center!

It was fun and exciting to be there with both my daughter, my baby girl sold candy for her school and won bull tickets, but please have a lot of money, because the eating venues are very expensive

Good venture to see concerts and sporting events. The venture is circular and the seating area are clearly marked. The staff are pleasant and helpful.
Expensive parking during events, maybe free street parking nearby, come early for events.

Place was nice, had a cool vibe, packed full for my event. As an above average height slim person, the seats were tiny, super close and short but that was irrelevant as we all stood happily jam-packed like sardines for our concert. Many stood on the stairs or railing for more space, if that's a concern for anyone.
It was pretty dark inside the whole place too, maybe would've been more illuminated during a different day/event, but didn't bother me.

(BTS ARMY here, went for Love Yourself tour in October 2018; loved it!! Such great energy!!)

Bathrooms too small, had to wait in line which isn't fun when holding your drinks for a long concert.

Also gotta admit something weird about the bathrooms, I had a creepy experience where the floor was so shiny the janitor was standing there looking at me through the reflection. We made eye contact. Umm, work on that please! Mirrored floors in cheap short-stall bathrooms are creepy. At least make the doors to the floor.

Despite that, I had a great time.

Saw Muse on April 12th. Great sound for such a large venue. Had seats way up in section 301. Even that high up the show was enjoyable. Leaving the stadium wasn't nearly as bad as you would think

It's a huge place for a sport event, it has entrance on every side of the building.
If you got seat 200-299, they're located on upper level, level 2.
If your seat 301-399, they're on level 3.
On each level has rest rooms and place get food and drinks for guests convenience.
There's some guys walking around selling beers time to time.
Just reminder, they won't allow guests bring any bag like backpack, they will ask you to put in the bag storage a.k.a a trailer on parking lot. It's free of charge.

Visiting this place was amazing. Since it was 2020 Covid-19, the facility was closed. But the sights around the facility were amazing.

The artwork on the outside was amazing.

I wasn't able to see the Michael Jordan statue that is iconic, but I was happy to peruse the exterior and feel the vibe.

Putting it in my bucket list of places to visit when the Covid pandemic lifts.

The United Center never disappoints, but my one wish is to be on the boards during a Hawks game. There is always an excellent selection of food and drink for kids and adults alike. I've noticed that the higher the section (200/300), the rowdier the crowd. It can make it fun, but also sometimes obnoxious... all part of the game though. And of course, GO HAWKS.

I was in the suite behind the Canadian flag during a Bulls game and it was awesome! We had good food and the fridge stayed stocked the whole game and our host was sooooo nice, especially with the youngsters. The kiddos loooooved the desert cart that came around (and i loved sampling what they got). Getting in and out of the building was smooth and streamlined as well which helped, considering we had quite a large group :)

Went to UFC 238, great time, the seats were as comfortable as you could expect in that size of a venue. The staff was all over keeping the place clean. Several times I saw employees going to clean spills in the audience filled areas. Food was way over priced, not a surprise in a place like that.

United Center is that necessary evil. You need a large concert venue like this , but there are things they can always improve. Parking around the complex is always going to be around $25. The United Center brings a ton of garbage to an already undeserved neighborhood. It is unfortunate they don't give back to the community they operate in.

There are quite a few ways to get in and out, so traffic isn't very bad for too long after the release of concerts and sporting events.

The cost of drinks is outrageous, but this happens at most venues like this.

The have added an American Express Preferred entrance to a couple of the corners of the building. That has been a nice addition for AMEX card holders.

The last concert I attended (Cher) the speakers had poor quality. Not sure if that was the venue or if they speakers were brought in for the event.

Overall, it is a decent place to see a concert and the ONLY place to see certain Chicago sports teams.

We were in the "nose-bleed" seats - 300 level for Paul Simon. While the sight lines were great, it was a terrifying climb to our seats. I wouldn't move once we were seated. Acoustically speaking, the venue sucks. Good thing we knew the songs.

I came to Chicago with my family to visit my aunt. This was totally unexpected, because my aunt never told us about going to the Chicago Bulls game. They were playing against the Utah Jazz and sadly Bulls lost. We still liked it!

Always love watching my Blackhawks here! Truly, there are no bad seats. But, be prepared for overpriced food, drinks & souvenirs! An Italian sausage sandwich, fries & drink was a little over $20!

Truly awesome! I've visited this venue twice, with both visits taking place three years apart. To my surprise, United Center has apparently spent those three years making some unprecedented improvements to the infrastructure. They now have a foolproof wristband-based system for keeping an account of your place in line for an event, and the process of corralling the frantic fans onto the general admission floor has become surprisingly painless and very well-organized. The security team were strikingly polite and considerate, and I was amused by the gimmick of having them all dress like flight attendants.

The band I've traveled here to see twice is called Muse, and I saw them most recently to catch the final U.S. show of the Simulation Theory world tour, and mark my words, it was the most brilliantnt spectacle I have ever had the privilege of witnessing. Muse are infamous for putting on memorable and innovative shows, but this time they have truly outdone themselves. In a dazzling flurry of lazers, you'll find yourself transported to an entirely new dimension, one stirring with men in mech suits, cyborg trombone sections and gospel choirs, bungee-jumping bomb squads, hot girls in leather pants and an enormous, tyrannical cyborg skeleton named Murph who rules over them all. It is the music of Muse that breathes life into such a universe, and brings profound joy, rage, sadness and mirth to us all.

I saw Harry Styles here and while he was fantastic, I was not wowed by the staff at United Center. Apparently it's the arena's policy to not allow flags or signs and they were taking them from people, even though it's common and popular at Harry's concerts to wave flags and have signs. I can understand for sporting events or other concerts why that is important but for this concert, that policy should have been rethought. Otherwise, those I did talk to and interact with were pleasant if maybe a little overwhelmed! Not trying to make it sound horrible, but it was frustrating to know that one of the two shows on this tour that didn't allow the audience to participate with signs!

The first time I went to the United Center, I was a mere child. When I went to the arena as an adult, I was able to appreciate the facility! It is humongous and beautiful! I attended a Bulls game and a concert the following day. However, the food was not good and way overpriced. I ordered a burger and the bun was hard like a rock. Like beef, lettuce, and cheese on rocks! Other than that, nice place!

I saw a concert here and man let me tell you I was really impressed how fast I was able to get a beer and be seated. I also left pretty quickly as well given the size of that place. The music itself did not sound nearly as good as the newly built Nashville Amphitheater but even though I was pretty far back I still had a decent view.

The fees had been pretty high for the tickets and the pre-order section was a joke. I'm not sure if any of that is United centers doing or not.

Despite being finished I'm in 1992, the stadium doesn't feel overly dated due to several add-ons and new restaurants and bars. The Bulls and Blackhawks are both storied franchises with banners that pack the rafters. Personally I find the lower 300s to be the best bang for your buck for sports, but prefer much closer for concerts given the size of the venue.

Amazing! What stood out to me was how affordable the food was! I was blown away by the entertainment and lights before, during, and halftime. Was a great experience and can't wait to see another Bulls game in the near future.

I've never been here before, but the venue is so clean. The workers seem somewhat tired of bothered but I didn't see any of them on their phones nor really distracted that they didn't want to help the concert-goers. The food is sort of expensive, but they have to make money somehow
