The United Center is always a great time even when the Bulls lose.

One of the best stadiums for food and always a great time watching the hawks.

I never feel safe in big gatherings like this but I enjoyed my time there. I went to the Comedy Get Down there like two years ago and I recently watched the Bulls game there. It was fun. Concessions are expensive but that's what you expect from a stadium. I enjoyed my time there every time I went.

The peoples was polite the place did not smell it was clean I know the prices are pretty steep for the food and it desserts

I came here for my first Blackhawks game in around 10 years and had a great time. My friend got season tickets and it was our first excursion with them. Good food, good drinks and a good time with the guys. We lost the game but I still had a good time.

Very well designed, lots of conssecions stands, and convenient bathroom placements.

Great place for anything really. Clean, great alcohol beverages and food options.

I was there for a Florence and The Machine Concert and the staff was nice and gave me directions to my seating area

What can I say I love my bulls there's always a great seat in a stadium the see the game, unfortunately their not having such a great year but I'll always go see them play at the stadium.

Was at the Bulls vs. Jazz game here on January 2nd, 2020. While I have been to the United Center before for Blackhawks games, I m always impressed how nice a stadium the United Center is. The place is absolutely one of the best in professional sports, hands down! I highly recommend catching a game here if you have the opportunity.

The new stadium is a really nice upgrade. Since they don t have vegan items in the menu in the suites or regular seats. I usually have to eat before or after I go to the games.

Home of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks! Attended a Bulls game during my visit here, such a great experience! The energy is like no other. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The seating was a bit tight but nothing to fret over. The United Center is still one of the best places to attend a sporting event. Had a blast!

Great facilities for a concert! I was sitting in Section 6 and had a great view and an amazing time.

Amazing place ! Went to see Muse there with my best friend, and it was fantastic ! Sound was very good, the overview from the upper level was perfect, staff and security were all kind and helpful, and even the food was better than I am used to in Europe concert venues. Loved every minute I spent there !

Nice up-to-date Arena just west of downtown Chicago for about 10 minutes. It's amazing the fans that are here that they packed them in and sell it out even when their team is doing as terrible as they are this year. Great food options though they are sold out of the Giordano's Pizza half an hour before the game even starts which kind of blows my mind. Clean environment nice concessions and walkways. Security is good. Parking is plentiful all around the arena and open parking lots for about $25. The pre-show that they do on the ice is pretty cool but not as good as what they do for the Bulls basketball. Good sight lines all around. And if you want to see the Michael Jordan famous Nike Dunk sculpture go to the atrium that's on the east side. Very nice Atrium with plenty of pregame activities going on. They do need to fix it where you can go in with a mobile ticket instead of having to have them printed out that is kind of weird as nobody does that anymore.

What a great sight to see the Bulls and Celtic Play. Fan or not - it s an experience. Don t miss out on the Hot Dogs!

Always fun to see ball games and events, easy parking and plenty of good seating and food

Before and during the Panic at the Disco! VIP tickets included tours of house of memories, back stage and on stage tour, giving out spoiler alerta where Brendon Urie pops out of the stage in the opening number.

Really cool place! A must see while in chicago! The Michael Jordan statue is now inside!! They built around it. It took us awhile to find it, but just go into the 'mad house' souviner store and you'll find everything!

The thing about this place is that there really isn't a bad seat anywhere. Even if you sit on the nose bleeders! you will see the entire event

Everything was great at the United Center. The drinks are reasonably priced as well as the food. Very clean as well!

Legendary!! Please note the MJ statue is inside the United center. You have go through the gift shop if there is not an event going on.

Despite being older than many stadiums I've visited, I was pleasantly surprised. Not the best looking building but no complaints

Went to a hockey game! OMG! These fans love there hockey like we love football in the south. It was packed on a Thursday night. Must see!!

Loved Justin Timberlake Concert!!! United Center is huge and on the floor level you get to see the artist up close. Awesome light show!!!!

First time seeing a concert at United Center! We came to watch SuperM' concert and overall the set up stage & lighting was fantastic. The center is well organized and easy to find our gate and seats. Staffs are nice to guide us where need needed to go. Food is good but pricey. Plenty of Bathroom as I was worried about the lines but didn't have that problem. Parking was easy to be parked by our gate.

They have pretty good stadium to watch basketball. Whenever I visit there, it's full of joys and The chicken nachos are my favorie in this stadium.

United Center is a icon stadium for Chicago! It's home to the Bulls and the Blackhawks and also houses most if the really large music concerts, especially in the winter when it's too cold to have them outside. It's well built and managed, of course the food is overpriced, but decent selection and readily available to cut down on lines. I dock United Center a star because it's pretty tough to get to, and all the streets that lead to it before a show or capacity game just jams up traffic for miles. Expect a delay in getting there! Besides that, a great arena that's been there for a generation now!

After watching The Last Dance, I felt compelled to write this. Knowing about all of the greatness this stadium has witnessed, and housing the GOAT for all those years, you really do feel a sense of history when you watch a game here. The city knows their place in history and it shows. There really isn t a bad seat in the place? I had nose bleed tickets, but with my handy binoculars, I saw the game just fine. If sports are ever a thing again, hit up this arena for a basketball must have experience.

Too bad my Avalanche lost to the Blackhawks. Great venue for a game!

For Bulls game- pre game activities (pop a shot, 2K, corn hole, coloring, sign making) were great for the kids. In game entertainment is excellent to keep kids attention. Seats are comfortable, food is normal sporting events quality though the $5 options make it a little more affordable for families!

Seats could be at a little better angle and could use cup holders like most other places. At least in the 200 level

I took my daughter to see the K-pop group BTS. The center itself was clean, bathrooms tidy, a very nice venue. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the way they handled issuing out the admission wristbands. I felt it was very unorganized considering we paid for general admission tickets. General admission ticket holders should be allowed to enter the venue first. Especially since I paid $500 to be front and center. We shouldn't have had to wait on line for 6 hours just to get a wristband.

Eagles!! Best concert I've ever seen. Even in the upper seats. I think the UC jacks up prices a bit too high simply because it's Chicago.

Do you need a sitter is one the best NHL arenas to go to very clean and modern, the team store was extraordinary lots of fun gadgets and knickknacks to check out there. Parking is hard to find so plan ahead, let s go Chicago.

We saw Jennifer Lopez in concert at the United Center. The will call was very easy to access. The line was long but moved quickly. The drink lines moved quickly. The seats were comfortable and the sound was clear and loud.

The ladies bathroom was ridiculous. The line was extremely long. Venues like this need more stalls in the the ladies bathrooms.

I attended the Chris Brown concert 9/26 and had a blast. I felt safe,security was in point and the only downfall there was too much smoke. Chris Brown, TY$SGN and Tory Lanez performed their very best! Totally crunk and will go again!

They could have definitely turned up the heat a bit for the concert, but definitely a great place.

Came to Jeff Lynne's ELO concert in July 2019. The place was pretty full but it was still easy getting in and out. Food and beverages are expensive (but okay for such venues).

We had a suite rented for a Blackhawks game. The facility is very nice but the staff in the suite area were surprisingly rude. Other than the gentleman restocking the food and drinks, everyone else was short and brash with the people we had invited.

Went for pre party for Phil Collins concert. Place was nice, good drink service. Only complaint was line to get in.

Hawks won. Loved the game. Loved the heavy metal music

United center is an amazing stadium for both the Chicago Bulls as well as the Chicago Blackhawks. Tons of restrooms everywhere and the stadium isn t that difficult to navigate unlike other ones. There s a good amount of parking outside of the stadium though keep in mind that the price for parking is usually over $20. There is also a section for after the game that you could go to so you could get picked up by an Uber. All around good stadium.

Took my boyfriend here for his 30th birthday, he has been there before but it was my first time and it was so much fun! Definitely coming back!!

Beautiful place!!! We go there alot for WWE events and always have a great time! It's a pretty large place but great for any event! Their food is really delicious, the burgers are amazing! Always clean and the staff super friendly!
