This is my first experience with Real Thread and I love their website. Very user friendly. They respond very quickly to requests and they help you with any clarification that you need on your designs and orders. Will be my go-to for custom shirts and designs.

Great Shirts with highest quality printing I've seen. Soft shirts with soft printing can't get much better than that. The digital mock ups are so cool and they r so easy to work with. The quality of the t-shirts was great and the customer service continues to be excellent. Typically, custom printed t-shirts are not this comfortable. The t-shirts purchased have gone a long way to encourage my son s fight against cancer. The design was phenomenal.

My company has been working with a local (SF Bay Area) screen printer for a couple years. After awhile we realized the company was struggling and their customer service wasn't as great as we'd wished for. We found Real Thread online but was hesitant as we'd be working with them from across the country. Our hesitations were soon dismissed. From their genuine/responsive customer service, quality prints, ordering process, supplementary services (poly bagging, hem tag stitching, size stickers, etc), we couldn't be happier with their service! Working with them has really made our product creation process SO much easier. Can't recommend them enough. I worked exclusively with Tiff, and could really tell that she's sincere with her correspondence and service.

I had the pleasure of working at Real Thread for a few months this summer and I can honestly say that they are 100% dedicated to making the best quality shirt on the market. Everyone who works there is good at their job and is part of the reason the company thrives. I saw time and time again how they were able to produce a product most other shops would be envious of. I even had the pleasure of being a customer and receiving one of the best shirts I've ever helped come up with. Across the board, from how the sales reps handled it, to the design I asked to make, to the person mixing the inks and burning the screens, to one of their many talented screen printers, all the way to the finishing department where they were nicely tucked away in a brand new box with the quantity and a picture of my shirt on the box. I've worked in other print shops before and where they struggle, Real Thread does not. Make Real Thread the first choice for your t-shirt needs because you ABSOLUTLY will not regret it.

Every experience I've had with Real Thread has been great! They did a marvelous job on t-shirts for our program--in fact, they are the most comfortable t-shirts that I own and have heard the same thing from numerous people who have received one. The screen-printing and material looks just like new despite 60+ times wearing and washing them. I recently purchased some masks with our company logo and they were affordable, comfortable, and well-made. I cannot recommend Real Thread highly enough.
