Parking conditions could've been better but good service nonetheless.

If you want a good arena for hockey do NOT come here. The design is gorgeous but the entire thing is not for hockey. I look at this place and think of Omaha. It is cool but needs a lot better work f you want your arena in my top 20.

Loved the place, easy access, fast moving lanes, lots of security and home of Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls, loved it! First time there and looking forward to my next visit

Such a great experience! My seats were so close and clean. The food was overpriced and not very warm. The rows were also super close to each other so it was a bit too cozy. However, the service was nice and I had a great time with my boo. Go Bulls!!

Very good experience for first visitors. Gift shop, food court and bars very accessible. Still easy to park the cars, and safty guards are very professional. Easy to walk in with small kids. Very good moment to share with friends and family.

Good security, good seats anywhere in the United Center, and a great atmosphere. Concession prices are pricey as expected but Go Bulls!

State of the art and a well lit well laid out arena. Went to watch the season opener Blackhawks against the Leafs and the atmosphere was electric. Food and drinks can be a bit pricey but thats true at all these venues.
Also the Michael Jordan statue inside is really cool. Great Arena overall will definitely be returning.

We had a fabulous time. Everyone was very involved. And best of all they won! Which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The crowd was roaring as the players ran from one end of the court to the other. The score was tied, so they won it in an overtime.

Disney on ice Mickey search party was awesome. My son had the best time of course. Everything was super expensive but I kinda figured.

Amazing stadium to watch Hockey! Food is yummy. Its prices are what is to be required for a field. Great seats, great music.

It was my 1st time there..The sound was incredible . The place was very clean and the staff that I did encounter were super friendly. I will Definately be going back, only next time for a game.

This concert was so packed I had good seats I just hate how you have to walk so much to get to certain areas of this place and they food options are so high 6$ for a drink if they could lower the price on the food options that would be awesome

First time watch my Chicago Blackhawks and I was not disappointed even though they did loose. Amazing atmosphere even for how high up we were.
The food was nice and we got served very quickly. The price was expected as it's an arena.
I will be back again no doubt!

Pay for a ticket to sit close to the stage fifth row to be exact. All they had was small folding chairs trying to sit too many people too close together. Seating for the main floor was horrible. Won't do that again.

I have been to numerous Hawks games, a hand full of bulls games and two concerts (KISS and Guns N Roses) at the UC. I can say that of all the venues in the city, this is my favorite. My only quarrel is that prices are astronomical for concessions.

Staff was very kind and helpful, the arena is gorgeous, clean, and load with history. Worth going early before an event to check it out!

It was great mostly. The admission people sucked but otherwise had a blast. Worth the money.

This place has been getting better with age. Concert sound and video has been real good the last couple of times that I have been there. Where are the cabs?

Love going here for the Hawks games and I really love the variety of food and beer you can get here (including margaritas and cocktails)!! Bathrooms are always close by and kept pretty clean considering the amount of people going through there. It's also well laid out to where finding seats is a piece of cake.

Employees kept lines moving. Food and drink options were great. Concert sounded great. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. A bit annoying how many times we had to show our tickets to emploees to get to our seats on the floor.

Jeff Lynne's ELO was as spectacular, and as tight a band, as you'll ever see. Jeff is the consummate master musical artist! The United Center experience was first rate! The staff were all extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. A wonderful experience!

Seats were really close together but it's set up great

Happy hour prices were very fair. Although they'll get you on the food! It's not really about cheesecake......
Had to prompt staff to serve us. Initially barmaid said she wouldn't serve us and to wait for waiting staff, who seemed to ignore us. After telling a waiter that if they didn't attend to us immediately our group of none would leave, we then had 2 servers, plus the barmaid bringing drinks to us.
Quite dark as it's a basement bar with no windows.
Easy to access and of course you can always go up to Level 94....

Very professional arena. Great service and exiting is fast and well laid out exists. I feel safe and comfortable always going here for concerts. A world wide top notch stadium in both appearance and service.

Saw Cher there great staff, very small seats. Beautiful place clean for the most part. But leaving from the parking lot is crazy.

Not a fan of Chicago sports but went for a Blackhawks game and the arena and amenities were really great. Good pregame to be honest

I LOVE everything about this place BUT the more you pay for your seats, the more enjoyable the experience! Helpful employees, fair to good food, associated parking lots are expensive and a hassle getting out but conveniently not a long walk late at night. Excellent, clean venue with great acoustics!!! Alot of security and employees visible to help you with anything!

I love coming here for sports and I've seen a few concerts here. Not a bad seat in the house if you ask me. The concessions at least sports has been good although they tend to have lines at all times though they tend to move quickly. For concerts I prefer more intimate venues but I've enjoyed the shows I've seen here.

I went to get Disney on ice tickets ,the Customer Service was just ok and turns out I couldn't actually use my tickets. Although I'll take partial blame for not double checking before I walked away from counter I will say I know what I asked for, and I know what the counter agent said to get me to make the final decision on making the purchase. However once I got home I had wrong tickets. It may be a bit more fancy and up to date building but could benefit in a fresher course of Better Customer Service no matter the event.

It s crazy how living in NYC area you can get so skewed as to what a good value other places can be. Came to Chicago for a UFC event and got 165$ tickets. Being from the tri state area I figured we would be somewhere between the back wall and the parking lot.. but NOPE! Great seats- nice stadium easy to get food and back to your seat no problem

Good place. Easy to get to by public transportation. Eat before you come there. If you have issues with heights, this is not the place for you.

Every time I am here, for a concert or a sporting event, it is always clean and the staff is polite. It's Chicago so plan on paying a lot for food and drinks.

Home of the Chicago Bulls. One of the best arenas in USA and place where Michael his airness Jordan unveiled to the world his talents and became the Greatest of all time. Very near to downtown chicago

Great place to see a concert. I've seen U2, Bruce, Eagles and many others here.
Good acoustics, decent sightlines from the nosebleeds and amazing sightlines from the good seats
Plenty of bathrooms.
The food is decent. Regular stadium fare. I haven't sat in the club seats, so I don't know about the higher end food.

All in all, a great place to see your favorite performer.

It was a nice Shakira concert, unforgettable show. Totally loved it, good organization.

I love the Blackhawks. The new scoreboard is incredible.

Michael Jordan status is now inside the stadium, you can access to it through the store.

The parking is free if it is no game day

Only ever been to the United Center for a Chicago Blackhawks game but these games are electric. The crowd goes crazy during the national anthem and when a goal is scored. Hearing Chelsea Dagger playing while high fiving strangers is a cool experience. It's got 3 floors and some areas are better to sit than others obviously but I found sitting kinda middle in the top 3rd floor still offers a great view for a hockey game. The food and drinks are of course a bit more pricy but what do you expect from a sports stadium? They do a souvenir cup for $9.50 that offers unlimited soda refills so you can definitely get your money's worth with soda. The stadium is easy to get if you're getting off from I-90 which makes getting back to I-90 rather easy to. If not coming from the highway it's still easy to spot with plenty of parking options available. Overall, I love going to the United Center for Blackhawks game and can't wait to go back again

A Chicago classic. It was excellent seeing the Bulls live here. As someone from out of town, it would be great if you didn't have to print the tickets out however, that made life a little harder.

I've only been here once for a concert. Seemed to be a great venue.

Went to a bulls game, super fun. Loved that they had vegetarian options.

A great place to enjoy a show great food easy access to seat clean bathrooms if it s about a VIP seats or location on stadium they have a good service from menu and waitresses....
Hockey Games are awesome too....

The stadium is very clean and impressive for a sports arena. The staff was somewhat friendly and helped people get around. Security was quick and easy. The food and drink are overpriced just like any other event. Good view of the floor even from 200 and 300 levels. My only complaint is that there are no cupholders

This was my first time at the UC and I really enjoyed myself. I went with my wife for a Monday night Hawks game. The parking was straight forward (but pricy), and getting in the doors was easy / stress free.

This was a nice arena! Parking wasn t that bad! It have a good team store!

A decent experience. Very crowded, which was to be expected. Security was very rude at times. Food and drinks are very expensive. A couple of burgers and beers was $60, which was also expected but gut wrenching none the less. The show was great so that makes up for it.

Damn security guy didn't let us take a picture with MJ statue .. he was hating cause we from NY..

BTS concert was great had nose bleed seats payed too much for them.

Great location to see a concert. The building has multiple levels with food stands on each level, so definitely go higher up if you have access to the 2nd or 3rd level! Also, beware if you try to get a "Lyft" ride after a concert, as you do have to walk a couple blocks down to the designated pickup spots. I can't speak for Uber. Prices do definitely go up drastically when everyone is getting a ride all at once.

Hadn't been to UC for years. Went to B1G Tournament there. I was really pleased with the entire experience! The seats are comfortable (I was on 300 level, pitch is a little steep and aisles are narrow, made me a little nervous getting to my seat). Extensive and good concessions (tip of the hat to Jason, bartender at Blue Line bar), adequate restroom capacity. The atrium on the east side is terrific for between sessions. I would highly recommend Queenie's restaurant: good bar and excellent restaurant! Also in the UC proper, the Goose Island pub is excellent. What I was really impressed by was the staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful from security to environmental services! Can't wait to go back!

I took my daughter to the Erykah Badu and Nas concert. It was great. I pre paid parking with Spothero directly across the street in lot B. Going through security was quick. Food and drinks were good. The ushers took us right to our seats.

We had a great time. Thank you for the experience.
