went to United Center for the Queen concert - all staff were exceptional from the directions that we received outside the gate and all thru the event. the first floor was a buzz from all of the excitement, and the food stations were busy. the lines were not too long. the tacos, and the peppery tequila margarita were delicious. we did head up to the third floor in specific to dine at Lily Q's... it was not open... and many concessions were closed. it was a full house, so this was confusing. we were not able to get to the Lily Q's on the second floor as that was a special ticket requirement... the sound was great!
