A friend of mine works here and told me about it. They do good work. Not b/c they have to, but, b/c it's needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Unitrd Centre. Fantastic Venue!

Great food,drinks, excellent security, memorable fun

United Center is a great venue for all event types. I've attended NHL games, UFC fights and various types of music concerts. Lines of sight are great, sound quality is very good, and new updates and additions to the facility have freshened up the entertainment and shopping options. Food and drink options are vast, albeit expensive, as with any major event center. The only negative is the ticket and security staff quality has been questionable to the extent where the security team seems to struggle to properly direct you around the facility (they lead us to the wrong will call gate and have struggled to direct us to seating recently). All in all, highly recommended venue.

I love seeing concerts at the United Center. It's not the best acoustics in the world, but getting to and from is pretty easy. Parking is plentiful, and there really aren't too many bad seats in the entire place. The neighborhood is also 1000x safer than it once was.

Great experience, Incredibly beautiful stadium. So many different places to eat and drink. Terrific food and atmosphere, really felt welcome from chicagoans. Great entertainment, cool stores and great staff. Lots of parking. Has to be one of the nicest basketball stadiums in the country. GO BULLS!

Nothing like being back at the United Center!! My lovely wife enjoyed her 1st BULLS game!! Truly, truly, truly miss Chicago Stadium!! DA BULLS won 112-106. We look forward to more BULLS games this season!!

Awesome facility for a variety of events. I've seen concerts here and have watched a few bulls games and the place is excellent. Looks modern and clean, security is quick and friendly, the building is spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are plenty. Seats aren't too comfortable, but hey, that's how it goes. Prices are wildly high, but again, so it goes. Plenty of restaurants and such nearby to eat at beforehand to save a few bucks.

The building was well organized both outside and in. We had a great time attending the Blackhawks game

Nice stadium. Be sure to print out your tickets as they dont accept the tickets from your phone. Worst case you can print them out there but it takes ectra time

First time going to a Blackhawks game! Was not disappointed!! Had a blast! Sat right by the tunnel and it was also Kanes 1000th shot ceremony!

Went to see the Bulls play. It's a great facility. We ate dinner at The Little Goat and it was very good. There is also a new Uber pick up lot across the street. Even though we had to wait to our driver to get through the heavy traffic, it was organized and easy.

We had a great time. The suites are off the chain! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the tie in with Uber. I booked a ride through the United Center app and the driver went to wrong address. I tried to contact the driver, but inserted itself with a message I needed to provide my number before I would be connected with the driver. I provided the number twice, but was not connected to the driver. The was lost and cancelled the ride. I ended up driving myself. Uber also charged me a cancellation fee. I am done with Uber!

Great place to see a concert. Amazingly easy to get in and out. Express bus service is fantastic. I found the views and sound good even from the 300 sections. 1 Star off for crazy high beer prices, and hot dog trickery (you have to hunt down the stands that have the better dogs and toppings.)

Been to a handful of Blackhawks games, sat in different areas each time. Can honestly say there isn't a bad seat in the UC.

Sat in the first row of the 300 level. Great view, fun atmosphere

Everything in there is expensive and the seats need to be deep clean, I went there perfectly fine and when I left I had a bite in my back from a bug. I will suggest taking a plastic bag or a sweater to put over the seat. Anyways, the show was great!!!!!

Blackhawks house! Good security and crowd is crazy! In a good way.

Amazing venue. I've been to a ton of shows in my time and this has to be largest venue by far. The outside is very cool with a huge jumbotron running some very cool ads. The inside is clean and well organized. Parking at the venue is high! Cost us $29 to park. There are some alternates around that will save you a few bucks but they are all over $20. The venue is cool because it allows acts a lot of flexibilty in what props and lighting rigs they use. We saw Twenty One Pilots perform and they had a huge stage with a huge jumbotron and two other big screens. A burning car on set. A sky bridge that lead to another smaller stage with a graphics curtain surrounding them. It was an amazing show!

Beautiful. Hosts private events. I went to a career fair there. It was pretty nice

The United Center has great security and decent seating no matter what section you re in. The large amount of bathrooms available means very limited wait times and they re usually pretty clean. Drinks are obviously overpriced but that s to be expected at a venue like this. The only thing I don t like is that security does not allow re-entry to use the bathroom or buy merch, which they don t tell you when you are entering or exiting the facility until you try to come back in.

Great venue for concerts!! Sat in the lower level and had a great view of the stage. Parking ranges from $15-$29, cash only so come prepared.

Recently renovated. Comfortable indoor arena. Conveniently located with easy access to all major arteries leading into Chicago. Parking isn't a nightmare, but it can slide to the not fun or slightly pricey end of things.

Definitely seeing some improvements in food choices this season. The new addition / atrium space on the east side is very nice, with a new team gear and souvenir store as well.

Fantastic venue! It has the great Chicago atmosphere. The only bad part was the steak sandwich. The staff were very nice and efficient.

Im a Bruins fan and from Boston, but love hockey. Great place to watch a game. Hawks still have some tallent and that guy who sings Anthem is unreal.

Great experience with the work family. We went and seen bulls vs lakers. Easy parking and pretty decent price for drinks and food. Definitely get there alittle early as it takes time to get into the parking lot due to heavy Chicago traffic. Can't wait to go back again!

Had a great time at the United Center in Chicago. I took my daughter to a Chicago Blackhawks game for her 16th birthday. The parking is always a challenge but once we got into the facility we had a wonderful time. We had great seats and really enjoyed the game.

Came for a bulls game. Stadium is very nice and clean. Tons of concessions. Only real gripe is the prices of food and beer are pretty high but that's the case in pretty much any sporting event so not really surprised. Otherwise a fun experience

A great place to watch a hockey game though it was a bit chilly

Had a great time@ Blackhawks game. Glad the tickets were free and so was parking and transportation Thanks Budweiser. Two things I would recommend eat before you go to United Center. The wife and I had a hotdog a Polish sausage shared a fry and drink my total was $ 31.00
Get drunk before you go is the second thing . But don't drive drunk. Even with the obnoxious drunks around us it was still a great time. Drunk watching is always a good time lol

Went there to watch Laver Cup and that was one of the best experiences ever. Starting from the parking to security check, merchandise shops, everything was so well planned and organized. On top of it, the excitement to see Roger Federer was surreal. Seating arrangement was also pretty good. Hope to attend many more events in the coming future

The fan experience of sitting even in the third balcony is insanely good. This place truly has mastered the fan experience and has put that high above everything else when it came to designing the arena and the experience. The food was amazing, expensive, but amazing. Even when the seats are cheap it feels like an amazing game and an amazing experience, in a truly amazing arena. Will definitely be revisiting multiple times in the future.

My family and went to the hawks a couple of weeks ago. We usually dont eat there because the prices are on the high side. The crowd was electric for the hawk game which usually is the case. Always a good time win or lose!

I have come here for multiple shows already and I love it! I recently came here again for Harry Styles and the security guards were one of the best. It was very organized and they made sure everything went accordingly. If you probably have a show here that has a GA PIT then you might go through Gate 5. Or at least that's where the entrance I went through you can also check their website for more information if they post about it.

Great place to watch the Chicago Bulls play basketball.

Rating two stars because had to wait one full hour to get through security to get inside. That's ridiculous. Nobody seemed to care that were waiting in this huge line.

Bulls stadium a must for sports fans. Great show not to be missed!!!!

It's great for what it is. Concerts, hockey, and basketball games.

Great place to watch a game. Tons of variety of food and drinks, everything from fried chicken, tacos, BBQ and burgers.It can get pricey so keep your spending in check. I definitely recommend if you get a chance to go. One down side is that the area is not great after dark, be careful of surroundings especially if you're by yourself. Besides that, great place to see a game or concert.

I gave 4 stars because online it says the Box Office open at 10am but they actually open at 11am. I drove from Maywood so I had to sit there until they opened. But the United Center is really looking nice I love the upgrade

Attended a Black Hawks game Oct 2016 and #wgci #bigjam on Dec 30th 2017. My overall experience with security, ushers, restroom cleanliness and food service(WHICH IS AWESOME LOTS OF PLACES TO CHOOSE FROM) was BEYOND spectacular. Parking is $29 right at the gates which we were more than willing to pay considering it was -10 that night. BEWARE while in traffic its guys with security and or neon vest selling parking tickets for $20. THESE ARE FAKE DO NOT BUY, go to your desired parking lot and pay there. I saw one lot that accepted CASH AND CREDIT but this wasn't on United Centers property, United Center parking is CASH ONLY!!!

People need to understand proper hockey protocol. Stay in your seat till a whistle. Same when returning to your seat. Have some respect.

Very much enjoyed the atmosphere at the Blackhawks vs Coyotes game. Every detail is on point in this place. They even have it smelling like cotton candy at a carnival...its the ultimate experience!

The United Center has the best staff, and is the best large area in the Midwest since John M started with the Blackhawks. His one goal approach has changed the United Center into the best place to see a hockey game, basketball, concert, anything... even the food.. the greatest place!! Love going there!!

Great entertainment not just the game itself but all TV time outs are filled in with other things going on benny', Dd race. All orth while

Wasn't a sold out game but one of my best experiences in this venue. First time in the 100s and its a little annoying to be asked for your tix every time you go to a concession or washroom, by the same girl, literally every time, thats her job, i understand, just a heads up. They have new led screens on the halls, those are awesome. Also found nice merch and food was great!

Always the perfect venue regardless of event! Have witnessed countless Bulls/Blackhawks games, concerts, and random other performances and never disappointed (with the experience - game outcomes a different story)! Always a great view from first row down bottom to top row up high to either level of suites, pretty seamless stadium entry, rarely too long of a line for concessions nor bathrooms, and although not cheap, plenty of convenient parking! Love having the UC as a hometown stadium!

Fantastic spot for the historical Chicago Bulls. Really good stadium and well maintained facility.
Nice food options, and decently priced (unlike Soldier Field.)

Stadium views are best in 200 level sidelines. Super views at 100 level sidelines.
