My 2017 CR-V was totaled when another driver blew through a stop sign, t-boning my car. My 2017 CR-V was totaled when another driver blew through a stop sign, t-boning my car. There was structural damage and interior damage caused by the airbags deploying but I was astonished how well the safety features protected the cabin of the vehicle. All of that detail is a long winded way of saying there was no question that I would replace my CR-V with another CR-V!

Once I knew the car was deemed a total loss, I went back to Bill Page Honda. I d purchased my last two cars from them and had always been treated fairly and given a good deal. The sales team was extraordinary and I felt like I was treated like family. They were caring and kind and so, so fast in putting the sale together.

Thank you Angel, Almis, Hadi and Emma - such an exceptional sales team!! Also thanks to Bill Page, Jr. for stopping to speak with me and express his concern and appreciation.

From the time when I visited to see the car for first time to the moment of closing the deal in finance department always been help for a really AWESOME group of people. Mehdi (used sales representative) help me from the beginning of my purchase to a visit of service after for battery replacement and others for my car. Mr Harry is a great manager and always want that his sales people keep the customers very happy. Mrs Nancy in financing made her best to get me an excellent deal on my apr for my loan. She explained me all the paperwork with plenty time and detail always with a smile.
I have to come back to have some batteries replaced on remote controls and Rodolfo from service were really nice to me getting me everything fix and ordering the other parts that I need. The most important thing is that my kids, wife and me are really happy about the purchase of our new 2015 Pilot and when time to upgrade come by we ll be looking for them again.

I accepted the invitation and my 2008 truck, originally purchased new at Bill Page and maintained solely by them since, was evaluated. Following a test drive and accessory review working with Mr. Page and Rene Fuentes, we agreed on a deal to trade my truck in on a 2019 Ridgeline Black Edition with accessories I selected. I anticipate delivery this week and look forward to another long term excellent relationship with Bill Page Honda. I have been a customer of Bill Page Honda for almost 30 years and continue to have excellent service by everyone I have dealt with. Thank you and keep up the good work; it is appreciated.

I bought my first car from Bill Page, no more than 3 months later it was totalled. As a first time buyer I had no credit, and they were able to get me a loan with a low interest rate. When my HR-V was totalled, after making the mistake of going to a different dealership who could careless about my situation, I went back to Bill Page and David and Jeremiah worked diligently to get me a new loan with payments very close to my previous payments. I have already recommended them to my sister and would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

I will start by stating that I am not affiliated with Bill Page Honda, nor any other dealership. Over the past three decades I have purchased 10 cars, trucks, and motorcycles from dealers, all for my personal or family's use. Three of those cars were purchased in the greater Washington DC area in the past three years. I am loyal to the Toyota and Honda brands because they build very reliable vehicles. My buying experience with Bill Page Honda on October 15th, 2018, was the best car buying/leasing experience I have had, to date. Mr. Thierry Tshikalu, a Senior Sales Consultant, proved to be knowledgeable, conscientious, enthusiastic, patient, and kind throughout my stubborn haggling process. I spoke with him on the phone, established some guidelines, and then visited the dealership to complete the purchase. We had some spirited back and forth until we settled on a price that was beneficial for me, mostly. As a true bottom feeder, I would rather have nothing than compromise for more money than I intend to spend. Upon completing the agreement, my new car was detailed and carefully inspected. Then, Thierry took me to the parts and service departments, gave me instructions on how to schedule service, and introduced me to several personnel associated with service and management. In short, I got the royal, highly professional service treatment, and I do not state that lightly. Not once did I feel like I was being manipulated. Personally, I really don't care who owns the dealership and with which salesperson I work. Nor do I care about any sentimental aspect of any sale. I fully understand that I am buying a car, that the dealer wants to make a profit for which they will likely struggle, and that I will walk out unless I get my way, or very close to my way. I can recommend Thierry at Bill Page Honda without reservation. He has been there for years and I would trust him to sell my daughter a car, which is saying a lot because she is far kinder and far less shrewd than I am.

I bought a "hold-over" 2018 Civic Coupe LX. I had become so accustomed to the blandness of Toyota that the Honda seems nimble and actually fun to drive, by comparison. I hope this helps you with your purchase decisions.

My wife and I purchased a new Accord from the dealership on 21 December, 2018. We have purchased 14 cars from various dealerships over the past 44 years and this was the first time that we were not inundated with sales staff in the parking lot or in the salesroom. The manager happened to be there when we entered the showroom. He greeted, introduced himself, and told us to let him know if we needed help.

We looked around the salesroom at the various vehicles without anyone hovering over us and eventually asked the manager a salesman about the Accords. He asked Ryan Briley, one of the sales staff, to come over to help and introduced us. Ryan was new to car sales but he was able to answer every question asked was well versed on all of the vehicles that were available. We eventually told him that we were interested in an Accord and he gave us the pros and cons of each model, which he was able to do with hardly and need to refer to the brochures. A terrific no-pressure transaction

When we made our choice we were handed over to Omar Elbardisi of the Finance Section. Again this was another no-pressure transaction. Omar explained the financing process and what each cost represented. A small problems arose regarding the military discount but Omar processed the contract and simply asked me to me to provide what he needed when I found it. There was absolutely no pressure during the transaction, including the usual pressure one normally gets it comes to addons. Omar told us what was available and told us that we could look at the brochures and come back if we decided that we wanted.

This was a really good experience and I would recommend Bill Page Honda to anyone interested in a Honda product.

Poor business operations on the Service Department side! I scheduled their recommended major service plus buying 4 new tires over the phone serveral days ago and was told i will have a loaner car since this is going to take some time ans be over $1000.00 thus the free loaner car.

i showed up today at the appointment time and was told at first only a civic is avail for loaner .. (i drive a crv suv).. even that i was willing to cimpromise.. but then waited and was told no loaner car..so he was calling enterprise rental car. kept me waiting for awhile.. i told him i have to be at some place in an hr.. and already 30 mins past while waiting for their chaotic way of handling.this... i cannot wait for them to figure out whats they plan to do...so i left since i m tight on time. i m very disappointed u wasted my time n got nothing accomplished due to poor operations n service there.

whats the point of calling 5 days ahead to schedule if they r this unprepared!! never again Bill Page, you have lost me as a customer and a potential shopper for good.. bad management.

I just bought a new car (Odyssey Touring) here. The whole experience is probably as good as it gets in terms of car buying. My ideal is basically to fix a price, come in, exchange money for car, and exeunt stage left. And this was pretty close.

David gave me a great deal on the van and there was no need for the typical "haggling" which we all know and love... My customer journey started with: go online to a bunch of sites and query quotes. Bill Page Honda got back to me the fastest with the mostest. I came by same day and drove off with the car. It still takes a while to do paperwork, but this time it was relatively fast. From entering to leaving the dealership was like 1.5 to 2 hours. For inexperienced buyers, this is a fast time to test drive, purchase, and finance a car. The last two purchases at other places I essentially lived at the dealership for a half day.

Dealer failed to disclose accidents on two vehicles that they clearly knew about, since they did the body work themselves to repair it. Sales team admitted they knew, but since don't expect people to look as closely as I did, they don't disclose things. If it's not on carfax, we don't "know" it. Sales manager was upset that I found the damage. He clearly stated that he will find someone who does not notice the damage and will pay full price. There is a systematic dishonesty built into their culture, and expected from all sales people.

Took my old 1996 Honda Accord in and Carlos and Tommy took a look at it and gave me an honest assessment and an estimation of how much the repairs would cost. They didn't try to upsell me or steer me to make unnecessary repairs. They gave a frank and honest assessment. I ended up not making any repairs and I'm going to give the car away but I genuinely appreciated their integrity and dedication to customer service. Definitely going to come back.

Needed a new vehicle so I went to the dealership without an appointment. I was able to get help from a sales team member immediately. After discussing the vehicle I wanted we went to look at the car. We did a test drive and discusssed the price. They dropped the price a bit because their online site listed the MSRP lower and their system hadn't updated. The finance team offered a much lower interest rate than my local credit union so I financed brought the dealership. Overall the process was quick and simple. I really like my new car and really like how straightforward the purchase went. I recommend David Ighrayeb from the sales team if you need help.

This is the most unprofessional Honda dealership I've ever been to. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I recently had my car serviced, transmission flush, oil changed, cabin and ac filter replaced. Immediately after departing the dealership I noticed a difference in my car and not in a good way. I thought perhaps it needed to cycle through a few gear changes before leveling out. Well five days later my car is still experiencing problems. I contacted the dealership and explained my issues and was told I would receive a return call, to date that call has not occurred. I reached out again to speak with the Service manager, but I was told he was busy and he would call me when he was free, I'm still waiting to receive this call. Presently, I'm still having issues with my car and have no other recourse except to call Honda customer service. I plan to return to my reliable customer friendly Ourisman Honda dealer and NEVER return to this place again. BEWARE this is a shady place!

Everyone was Super responsive, knowledgeable, honest -- helped that Ed had a super cool sporty Honda himself, too. Gave him a lot more cred. Oh and Ed and everyone was Patient, too, because I had a lot of questions and the technology was mostly over my head. I am a demanding customer. I drove a LOT of cars at various metro area dealers. Bill Page won my business and loyalty. Everyone seemed very friendly, tried really hard to help me with everything, made everything clear, and general seemed to go out of their way to please.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Honda. I visited 7 different car dealerships and I had the best experience here by far. I had visited another Honda dealer and had a bad experience and then came to Bill Page Honda on a Sunday an hour before closing. In that time they located the car I wanted, we made a great deal and I filled out my paperwork. When I picked up the car the next day they had it cleaned and ready at the exact time I said I would be there to pick it up. The staff is friendly and honest about what they can do for you. We searched for a '13 Pilot EX-L high and low. We were initially referred to other dealers via USAA, and received the run-around everywhere (yes, this is the price, but we are tacking on this, this, and this for things you don't need).

Our salesman at Bill Page, Almis, is a courteous and hard-working young man with a good sense of humor. He made the purchasing process as seamless and pain-free as possible. We would've been out the door with the new Pilot in 90 minutes, but we wanted the roof rails installed. The service department was backed up, so he gave us back the keys to our trade-in and a solid estimate of when to return. We left with an excellent deal on a new car and a positive experience. Everyone at Bill Page was a pleasure to work with, which redeemed the car buying process after the terrible experiences we had elsewhere.

Carlos, Luis and Raquel amazed me with a great deal and constant communication, but finance misplacing my paperwork and making us wait over an hour infuriated us hence the 4 stars. However, it's not without saying that the director for Finance, Ashlee Jones, did notice the frustration we were placed on, and walked over to apologize while providing a small compensation to our anger. I will definitely recommend Bill Page Honda, but word of advise is to come with your research on your specific car. Overall, the experience on getting the vehicle and pulling through with a better rate than 5 different dealers, one suggesting to purchase here, let's me know that they excel when possible to satisfy each client with a great price and excellent treatment. Lastly, Adeel on the used sales department helped me when I first came to this dealer seeking used, but ended buying new. I just went there for an oil change and they told me they needs to replace oil pan in case the bolt "breaks," cost $400 or more.
So went to another dealer for oil change and everything went smooth.

I went there again with my second car for an oil change and they give me a list of things that needed to be fix. So, I went to my mechanic for second opinion and he told me nothing needs to be replace.

My husband and I came here to look at a car a few months ago. The car was way over priced for the mileage, small damages that hadn't been fixed and the smell.
The carfax they gave us didn't account for the past year.
They couldn't seem to tell us how many owners it had previously.
We made it very clear what cars we were/ weren't interested in and yet the preceded go tu and sell us other cars.

Did not leave feeling like a valued Honda customer. Disappointed

We were then harassed with calls for weeks after. I would not recommend to anyone to buy from this dealership.

I had a good buying experience here 8 years ago, but going there for service was awful. Overcharged terribly ($805) for a starter replacement and for cutting two keys ($196). Tried to push more repairs that were not needed.

I purchased my CRV from Bill page Honda in 2014. I received five free oil changes and a $50 on a "customer rewards card." for the last two years, the only maintenance I needed was an oil change, so I used 2 of the free oil changes I got. Two days ago, I took my car for maintenance which included engine oil change, tire rotation, gear box oil change, and alignment. The total amount due was around $325. When I tried to use the $50 on my customer rewards card, the cashier told me that the customer awards program was canceled last year and it no longer exists. I asked to speak to a manager, and the manager repeated what the cashier said that the rewards program was canceled. I believe canceling the awards program without notifying the customers is a bad customer service. Bill Page Honda should have notified all of its customers and asked them to use their credits before the program cancellation date. In addition, the dealership should have continued to honor the credit on these customer rewards cards. Since the customer awards card says: "Treat this card like cash," the credit on these cards is money owed to the customers and does not belong to the dealership. I'm very disappointed in Bill Page Honda. I think this should be a good class action lawsuit. Let me know if you have had a similar experience with Bill Page Honda.

In general, positive but would expect a better inventory (only had one Insight EX) Elizabeth Leathers was our sales consultant. She was friendly, honest, and transparent. The fact that almost all the staff are latinos is a thing that I personally liked and one of the main reasons why I decided to buy in BP instead of Landmark.
On the negative side, BP offered things that are not available for the Insight 2019 when we negotiated the deal and let me know the problem only after I sent my loan application to the bank. Honestly, I don't believe they didn't know. I decided to move forward with the purchase because I was really saturated with the whole buying process (not only BP's fault). Buying a car in the US is an absolute nightmare. I was sick of dealers calling me every day asking when I am going for a test drive,
So, my balance is positive but BP could improve a lot.

The service department isn't very helpful and relatively underwhelming. If it weren't for convenience, I'd probably go elsewhere for basic service.

Told the service member that my oil dipstick was completely dry when I checked it and that I had added in 2.5 quarts of oil. His response was: 1) "you waited 8k miles to get your oil changed" (yeah, I'm pretty sure the sticker says change at 15% which is around 7-8k miles on a Honda Accord) and 2) "don't know why you added in oil because now we can't measure it" (yeah, because I couldn't get an appointment that worked with my schedule for 3 days so I'd prefer to drive a car that has oil in it rather than drive it until it breaks down and becomes nonfunctional). 3) "your car using 1 quart every 1500 miles is normal" (not sure I'd characterize this as "normal" but if this is true, that's really unfortunate).

I've bought a car with these folks and used them for service on my last two cars. They charge more than some places, which is pretty standard for a dealership, but I also feel they take good care of me, are up front with costs and whether I really need a repair right now or if I could go without fixing it for the time being if I don't want to pay the money right away. I don't recall ever feeling like they were ripping me off. And they do a light wash on your car when you bring it in for any service, which is a nice touch.

THE best Honda dealership in the DC Metro area. Bill Page has been my go-to dealership for sales and service since my family purchased their first Honda in summer of 2003. The customer service is unrivaled as well as their willingness to deal within all reason. I came in recently to purchase my first car to not be cosigned (2018 Civic Type R). Bill Page's finance department worked with me to secure my first loan at a GREAT rate! All staff in the showroom were very friendly and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. After months of research and waiting in hopes of keeping my 2001 Camry, I did not end up with the best car decision. This was entirely my fault. My car purchase was smooth and easy. I walked in with my list of requirements, dealer items I did not want, and a pre-approved loan. Gerardo Alfonso Yahakawa listened and immediately showed me a Honda Accord that fit my requirements. Admittedly, he tried to get me to test or look at more offerings, but I refused. He left me to myself. I was not excited about color options but did not want upgrades so made a decision. It surprised me the 2017 was not new but Certified Pre-Owned. We discussed price, I asked for a change and a Manager was called. We negotiated less than 2 mins. Paperwork was slower but used the Honda special vs. my own financing. I did miss a warranty service charge I recalled differently than on contract so was not happy w/financing dept. We had a polite discussion and I stayed w/ item but not pleased. Since Dec 11, have learned more about basic Accord. Realize I should have tried other options Mr. Yamakawa tried to get me to test. My manual seat is not as comfy as I expected. An upgrade would have come w/ better seats and some other items I don't need, but would have given me a nicer car. Mr. Yamakawa showed me the operating basics and made sure unwanted wheel locks were not installed. I am happy with my price, felt no pressure, enjoyed my interaction with salesman, and had a nice day until I went to financing for final papers. Tired by then and can only blame myself for missed charge and then keeping what I never wanted. This was the best car purchase of my life. Bill Page is close to home and I hope future service does not disappoint. Show everyone my Bill Page Honda key ring. So I missed a warranty charge but love the darn key ring. Go figure! Not even offended by ad on license plates. All paperwork in a neat folder, with window sticker and registration in glove compartment. Salesman allowed me to leave my old car on lot for 24 hrs, after offering to ride me home (10 mins). I returned next morning to get Toy Camry for donation to charity. Painless and simple.

We buy multiple cars from this dealership for our family every couple of years. We like and suggest Mike Assadi if you are looking for a used car. Contacting the associates by phone or email is simple. If you have any issues, do not remain quiet and leave the dealership frustrated. Definitely, reach out to Tyrone Brown (Customer Relations Director). He actually cares about your concerns and will make sure they are resolved. We recently had an issue with pinstripes on one of the cars and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. I would encourage you to find associates that you like, preferably one from sales and another from service. I would then build a relationship and deal primarily with those two people when possible. Although not at all necessary, it will simplify things when buying, leasing, and servicing.

Took the car back in and got my oil change they fixed everything and detailed my car. They are reimbursing me for the day of work that I lost due to the failure of whoever lost my engine cap. I did give them two stars but they got everything done in a day so thank Bill Page Honda.

Overall, I had a good buying experience at Bill Page. I purchased a Honda Certified used Civic. My sales guy did not exactly have a lot of knowledge about the car, but it didn't matter because I did my research ahead of time. What he lacked in knowledge he made up for in courteousness and honesty. I got the car at the price I wanted and had a pleasant experience. The only thing I did not enjoy was dealing with the finance guy. He was harried from having lots of things to do and hardly even looked at me. Didn't exactly make me feel like a valued customer. I didn't feel like any of my time was wasted - in fact, the longest part of the purchasing process was dealing with my insurance company.

He was never pushy but followed up consistently. In the end, he helped us purchase the exact car we wanted! We will always go back to Bill Page and ask for Baba!

Terrible experience. I guess my review was too long so my original is not being posted, but do NOT buy a car from this place. Our sales person, Almis, and his manager Harry were the worst people I have ever done business with. They lied to us about everything and completely ripped us off in so many ways. Then, avoided our calls for MONTHS when they didn't come through on anything. They even had the receptionist in on it. Beware of their hidden fees, and all the extra things they will try to hit you with. Do your homework and research this place first, I sure wish we did.
