We buy multiple cars from this dealership for our family every couple of years. We like and suggest Mike Assadi if you are looking for a used car. Contacting the associates by phone or email is simple. If you have any issues, do not remain quiet and leave the dealership frustrated. Definitely, reach out to Tyrone Brown (Customer Relations Director). He actually cares about your concerns and will make sure they are resolved. We recently had an issue with pinstripes on one of the cars and we are more than satisfied with the outcome. I would encourage you to find associates that you like, preferably one from sales and another from service. I would then build a relationship and deal primarily with those two people when possible. Although not at all necessary, it will simplify things when buying, leasing, and servicing.
