PAULO(Very unprofessional for big company like bill Honda )I went there two times and on the second visit I went there to finalize the deal and I was ok with the selling price and well satisfied with the sales business associate Maureen and Tewelde and plan to close the deal and buy two car for my wife and myself .but because of the very bad manager named Paulo I leave the place and turn my face to other brand car dealers.i don t know why big company like bill Honda have this kind of arrogant,unprofessional staff.he doesn t have even the skill of negotiation and customer service like sales consultants.so how this kind of guy become a manager for a professional sales consultant there?the management has to do a lot on this and better to give the power of closing the deal with the business associates rather than useless unprofessional so called manager who forces the customer away from Big Company With Quality Product
