I bought our first new car from this store. Amazing people, great service after sale and easy to schedule appointments, etc.

BEST PLACE TO BUY A HONDA. If you get your honda from anyone but bill Paige your doing yourself a disservice. His service crew is skilled, polite, and professional. His sales team is informative and always helping to get a good deal. Go get yourself a Honda people
Wonderful encounter with pleasant people throughout the used car purchase. Mike and Larry were great!
Very helpful, friendly and gave me the best deal for my budget!
Customer services in maintenance are careless and unprofessional, they don t ask if you need help, they wait until you ask them, for example, one of them on his cell phone when I walked in , the other one was staring at me. In my opinion they need to be train
I bought my 2015 Honda Civic LX a year ago and I love it so far. My boyfriend and I decided to make the ten dealers closest to our house compete for business, and Bill Page won. They gave us a written price quote in advance of our sales appointment, and honored it when we decided to buy. My boyfriend and I saw Barbara - she was prompt and friendly while greeting us, and patiently worked with us while we were there - because of my upside-down trade-in and my financial situation, negotiations, etc. we were there for 4-5 hours. We live in Chantilly, so Bill Page is a little inconvenient, but considering they dropped the price $3,000 and worked with me on the loan and trade in, it was worth it. Barbara walked me to the lot and let me pick out the car I wanted before we began talking numbers, so I knew what she was looking to help me get - not once did she try to sway me on price, make, model, color or trim; when I told her what I wanted, she said okay and worked with her manager to make it happen. She let me look at the LX and the EX to decide which I wanted, and discussed prices with me - I ended up going with the LX because of the lower payment. It was nice to meet a dealer who trusted that I knew what I wanted, and did not argue with me on it for her own benefit.
In the last year, I've had two oil changes - oil changes take about an hour (if you make an appointment) and there is a comfortable waiting room with a children's room, leather arm chairs, a big screen tv, and vending machines; you can also arrange to take the shuttle service, or borrow a loaner overnight, though I've never had to; the dealership is also close to a McDonald's and an IHOP, so it's easy to walk somewhere if you'd prefer to wait outside the dealership or grab something to eat elsewhere. The staff members are very polite and they can pull up your records very quickly; when your car is finished with it's service, all the paperwork is already filled out and the service is ready to be paid for. Both times, it's taken less than five minutes coming in and going over what I need done, and finishing up and paying for the service. Also, I have received discounts on both oil changes, since I purchased my car there; even their base prices are lower than the shops around my area.
The sales department is similar to the service department, in that there is a waiting area with vending machines, comfortable seating, and a big screen tv, with a separate kids room.
Overall, I really enjoy working with this dealership. I'm confident that whenever I decide to trade in my 15 Civic for a newer model, I'll go back to them.
We have purchased two new Hondas at Bill Page Honda in the past three years and had very good experiences with both purchases. No hard pressure sales tactics were employed and we found their pricing to be very competitive. We were never rushed into making a decision and our salesman Mourad Bakir was very patient in answering all of our questions.
We have had maintenance and service on both vehicles performed at Bill Page and have been very satisfied with the work. Service advisor Cassie Grahm has been particularly helpful. Cassie is very knowlegeable about Honda vehicles and gladly answers any questions we have. She seems to genuinely care about her customers and their vehicles. Five stars to Cassie.

Best customer service I ve experienced. This dealership is honest and cares about customers
Bill Page Honda very lucky to have James Chung as an employee. He is by far the best sale person we have the pleasure of engaging with . He is very patient listening to everything we asked him to do. We are very happy with the price of our new car.
Great staff. They are fast for oil change. I had a slight problem on their behalf. It was fixed with no problems. Thanks
I brought my girlfriend's CR-V in for routine maintenance yesterday.
Even though they were very busy, Rob Arrington was a pro! He took the time to give me a detailed explanation of the technician's assessment. We will definitely be back!
Came all the way from SC to purchase a Honda from here. Alphonso was awesome from the start. He sent me pictures and everything else I needed to get the car financed in my state. He answered my every call when I needed him. When I arrived, the car was clean, full of gas, and ready to go. The finance was very friendly and nice as well. This place is very upscale and clean. I highly recommend it. I also got a great deal! I had a great experience.
I had a positive experience at Bill Page Honda. They are methodical and great professional at their jobs. They did more than matching the prices of their competitors. Especially Mr Tahoe Hassan was magnificent associate who helped me choose this outlet . Kudos to all at Bill Page Honda
*Updated Review - 2/6/19*
After speaking with Tyrone Brown over two weeks ago, I was assured a follow-up with answers to questions I had at my experience with the Bill Page Honda service department. There were several things about my experience which were objectively "shady" (for lack of a better term) including:
1) My dash camera being fully unplugged with no explanation when asked.
2) My car battery suddenly being completely dead upon retrieval of my car, (after oil change), and forced to purchase a new one. (my car is still under manufacturer warranty which covers batteries, along with me having a spare at home...)
3) Zero customer service/communication from service stafff, (not an exaggeration, there were maybe 10 words spoken to me at most), other than them handing me a bill to pay for a battery I should not have needed.
The initial call and reassurance from Bill Page, (and Tyrone specifically), was great, but I'm now realizing that this was simply a tactic to get people to adjust bad reviews.
There hasn't been any follow-up or contact since, and honestly just getting some answers would've been enough for me.
So here I am out nearly $200 bucks having to a buy a battery that should've been free. NO explanation as to why my dash cam wires were unplugged which is entirely creepy that no one answered then or now... just altogether a disappointing experience.

The experience I just had at Bill Page Honda service department was simply disappointing. What's typically a no fuss/pleasant experience at Bill Page just felt incredibly sleazy and wrong today.
I came in for a scheduled oil change and parked my car. Minutes after arriving they recommended that I MIGHT need my car battery changed. I have a spare at home, so I said I'd be able to take care of it myself. No problem.
After 30-40 minutes they informed me my car was ready so I headed out ready to get to work and as soon as I entered my car I noticed that my dashcam wire was unplugged (weird...) but the oddest part was when I tried to start my car... it wouldn't start.
I'd argue that it certainly is a MAGICAL COINCIDENCE after I was recommended a battery change, that my car would come back with a completely dead battery...
To make matters worse, nobody offered any type of explanation, options, nothing. There was virtually no communication or customer facing portion of this service. It was simply, "here's the cost." and then they wandered off into the abyss where batteries apparently go to die.
The entire experience just felt incredibly sleazy, and wrong.
Bill Page Honda is outstanding dealership to buy a new car from. Oualid is a great Sales Consultant, Very knowledgeable too.
Service staff is below average on customer service. I understand that we are all wearing masks, but they need to do better if they are in the customer service business.
Bill Page Honda Service Center is miserable. I went in to service an airbag recall that was supposed to take 1.5 hours but took 6. In fixing the recall, they created a new problem which I immediately reported and I was told they noted. However, when I returned they tried to charge me to even take a look at the problem they just created. They also neglected to inform me of the full options related to the recall and dropped the ball on the shuttle service that I requested but they forgot to send. I recommend that you save yourself a huge headache and go anywhere else.
Friendly staff that makes every visit very smooth and pleasant.
I had a Great Experience buying my new Honda Accord at Bill Page Honda! I went to several dealerships and experienced some awful salesman but I was treated with respect, dignity and like family at Bill Page Honda. I am happy with new car and the great customer service I received at Bill Page Honda! Thank You guys
Purchased new 2019 CRV Touring AWD. Manager and sales woman came across as honest, up front and had the best price of near / inside beltway Honda dealers. Was looking for a dealership close to home and Bill Page fit the bill. Will update once start using service department.
Great experience and Eduardo was very helpful!! Glad I picked this Honda dealer!
Eedo Kernus was fantastic. He was really helpful, courteous, and just all around great! He hooked me up in a time of need! He helped get my car's leak problem all sorted out!
Awesome service evey time! Tommy Watkins is a great service rep!
Not the most helpful, but did help us fix our car when we bought it. Beware of the packages that they add after you negotiate prices. And check the entire car before you buy it! A lot of issues we found!
Completely unsatisfactory customer service. We were in there last week to check on a clicking noise coming out of the C-RV tensioner pulley. After trying to explain the issue to the service rep, my SO was told it was a non-issue and that she was most likely not used to the way an engine was supposed to sound and was hearing things. The service rep after much convincing agreed to check it out (Turns Out she was correct)... Furthermore, after requesting the shuttle to her work, she realized she had left her lunch in our vehicle. The service rep gave her an ultimatum saying do you want your lunch? Or do you want to take the shuttle? stating that it would take him 20 minutes to get the lunch out of the vehicle. Without any other options, my SO had no other choice but to take the shuttle or be without option to get to work, while the dealership check out the car. This kind of customer service is completely unsatisfactory and won t be receiving our business any longer. I recommend all others use their strongest judgement when deciding to bring their business here in the future.
great customer service by Mr. Rob....he was awesome...everytime i go there he gives 100 percent customer service ...while i was waiting for my vehicle to be check out ...i see all these customers entering the service department and no one is willing to help them out except for Mr. Rob....the rest of your employees in your service department are just looking around and laughing and eating....even one of your customers (an older lady ) told me...horrible and no one wanted to help her our and she came to me to ask me for help and i walk with her to speak to Mr. Rob....the only reason i gave your dealership 5 stars because of the great customer service and how professional is Mr. Rob....otherwise than that you will probably get no stars on your review...if anybody needs help at that particular honda dealership in regards to servicing your vehicle...please go see Rob....he will take care of you
Working with Luis was a pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of Honda's vehicles and was able to answer all of our questions about the Pilot. Luis was flexible with his time and worked around d our schedule to make our purchase a smooth hassle free transaction.
Didnt get the help i really needed but the employee definitely tried his best
I would just say, go to every honda showroom but bill page and fairfax honda... They really don't seem to be professional. Customer service sucks..They don't stick with what they say.
My friend suggested Bill Page and I walked in this morning.. I had a test drive; then I was asked if I really liked the car. There was a pakistani guy who happened to be a sales personnel. He told me to fill up everything and had my credit run.. They told me my credit was not enough and its going to be 11 percent APR..After waiting for 3 hours I and my friend did not like the deal and walked out and at the same time the manager named Carlos and the pakistani guy came calling us for a better option.. I already knew that they play games coz I faced that situation earlier in fairfax honda. still we got in and the manager left for like an hour and came back to tell me that I was approved. Then I paid for my insurance, I withdrew 2000 dollars from my bank to make a down payment.. I don't know what went wrong with them.. They came telling me that I was not approved and they had a credit run of someone else with the same name.. I did not believe and ask them to show in their system. The sales guy told me that I can't meet financial manager. and when i asked the manager to met the financial manager.. manager told me that he left and I can still talk to another financial manager. And I asked them to call the previous financial manager but they told he is never coming back coz he quitted.. They really had a big attitude.. Over all it was a nightmare to me.. I waited for 7 hours, did not go to my work.. just to hear sorry from them through the whole process.. honda tyson's is the best one.. Bill Page sucks..
This was the third Honda dealership I've visited in the DC metro area while looking to purchase a new car, and by far the best experience. There was no hard selling. I was treated with respect and everyone was professional and straight forward. I'd recommend these dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
Clean waiting area with good WiFi and free hot cocoa. Tired of all the airbag recall a though, can I get an airbag free model
Top notch dealership. Friendly and professional staff, and Robert gave me a great deal on my new Accord. Literally no dealer in a 500 mile radius could compete with the offer. Thanks Bill Page Honda. Love my car.
Warfa has demonstrated excellent customer service and assistance to us. He has been very helpful from beginning to end and ensuring that we as customers were treated with respect. He upheld everything he went over with us during and after the buying process. We would highly recommend him to friends and family for future business.
Justin was also very helpful in assisting with mounting the license plates for us and demonstrated great kindness and friendliness.
I've have visited multiple times and always had a good experience. Oil change, car detail, parts changed, keys fixed. Staff is quick to help and services are done quickly.
Called in to have a transmission fluid done. Spoke with a service rep. named Tu, was lied to on appointment date and service cost. Wasted my time driving my car there just to here him make excuses on why he couldn't do because lack of proper equipment at their shop and how he failed to gather the proper information before hand. Called springfield toyota and had my service done there, they took care of me that day properly. P.S. If you call and speak to Tu and here him say "yeah yeah, just bring your car in and we'll take care of it." Red flag time.
Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with Bill Page Honda. The salesman who assisted me was extremely polite, so my initial impression was that everyone else there would be too. But in my opinion, "forgetting to tell" a customer that a car had been in an accident isn't polite. Also, Bill Page Jr. did not fess that information until after I had the car check out by a mechanic, who identified the damage and soon-to-be ruined paint job. So even after I told Bill Page Jr. that I was no longer interested in that particular car, he did not offer to show me any other inventory. Needless to say, I purchased a car elsewhere.
Advice to people considering Bill Page Honda: don't be fooled by the "laid-back" environment. They are full of snakes, like the majority of dealerships.
customer service is always great and acccommodating
Ready to upgrade my 2008 Odyssey to a newer used one, I stopped by Bill Page Honda. I was greeted by my soon to be sales rep Adeel. I was asked a few questions and the search for available vehicles was done. After additional feature requirements the search was narrowed down to a couple of option and ultimately to one that fit the needs. Took the 2015 Odyssey for a test drive and afterwards decides to purchase it. Adeel was great throughout. Also had a great exchange with the manager, Larry, and Luis, the finance guy.
Overall an excellent experience. I new home for my Honda purchases.
Good experience with Sales person Mr. Isse, Almis and Accountant Warfa.
I was planning to get LX Pilot and the sales person gave me good side by side comparison between LX and EX. The way he introduced me the EX was phenomenal and I loved it. I ended up buying the EX with the color I wanted. He did everything he could to give me what I needed. My wife loved the vehicle selection we made and she was happy with good experience we had with Mr. Isse, Almis.
On the other hand, Mr. Warfa impressed us with his explanation and walking us through the different papers one by one that needs to be signed. He also explained us different options that we can buy the vehicle. He did great job for making smooth our transaction. Mr., Warfa also gave us different payment options to choose to fit our needs.
Thank you so much for both of you and for the management for having well prepared individuals like Almis and Warfa. Surely we will be back if we need another car in the future.
Thank you Mr. Almis & Mr. Warfa
About a month ago my car was totaled, and I have been car searching ever since. I had been to Bill Page before, and had had both good and bad experiences. The other day I finally decided that I really needed a car, and decided to give Bill Page a shot. As I pulled up I was approached by Robert who immediately asked if I needed help. I told him I was interested in honda accords, and gave him a rough estimate of what I could afford. Robert immediately sat me down at his desk and asked me to pick out cars I was interested in. After that, Robert showed me each of the cars I was interested in. What I liked most about this experience was that he wasn't trying to sell me on the most expensive car that they had. He worked with me to find something that I loved but could also afford. Most car sales rep's that I had previously encountered were super pushy and dishonest, but Robert was super straightforward about everything. When I finally picked out a car, Robert worked with me to figure out how I could have the lowest monthly payments. He even let me drive the car home to show my parents. I came back with my mom and unfortunately had to wait two hours until we could do the financing part. Once we were finally called in to meet with the financial guy (Omar), that was also a very pleasant experience. He was very transparent about different warranties and once again was not trying to sell us on one single thing but gave us all our options. Overall a great experience, and congrats on your first car sale Robert!!
Had service done here once. Now I just got telemarketed on my cell phone that they want me to trade my car in as part of their "upgrade" program. Then they denied that they were trying to sell me a car and said they wanted to just buy my car, and I asked, "How it is an upgrade if I have no car?" They are raiding their service records for telemarketing calls, which means they are likely selling the records to other telemarketers or worse.
Overpriced labor expenses is outrageous have selected other areas for service I know the vehicle is just not financially worth investment. Some of the staff depends on which one you get very helpful very insightful others act like you're not even present
I stepped in the dealership and was pleased to be welcomed by Mr. Bhatti. He greeted and gave us the a wonderful experience for test driving different cars for making a decisionl
I bought a brand new car about a month and i got a problem, then i am took my car for service and the guy his name is joe he told me we gonna charge for looking your car. I don't know about that cause i'm a new driver and he charge me for looking my car and he didn't fix anything their and he treat me bad which i don't expect from him.
Excellent dealer and great people
Just got a 2017 Honda. Oualid Houaya helped me with lots of things. Going through options, trim levels, ideas, and did his best to match my needs.
We got the car we liked, in a price that Honda of Tyson's Coroner could not beat!
I'm recommending this dealer to all my friends.
Wonderful experience. The salesman Walib was great. He is the type of salesman you want to deal with. Not pushy at all. Totally respectful. The whole process was easy, pleasant, and the next time I purchase a vehicle will be from Bill Page Honda. There whole team is top-notch. They also sell their used cars at a fair price and do not tack on unreasonable charges. A+++ Dealer
Bernard got us exactly what we wanted in only three days - from first visit to driving our new car off the lot. He was so helpful and encouraging and made everything easy to understand. I loved working with Bernie and would recommend him to anyone.
As a first time car leaser, my experience was nothing short of wonderful! My fiance and I were immediately greeted by Bill whose friendly attitude made us feel more than comfortable. Almis guided us through the entire process and was a delight to work with! He was easygoing, knowledgeable, and patient. Thanks for a great first time experience!
Never had a better experience buying a car. I admit I was skeptical. We bought our 2020 Honda Fit over the internet, sight unseen. Negotiated. Cut the deal. The car is to be used as our towable for our rv so we needed a manual and knew exactly what we needed. They didn t try to up-sell us. They knew everything about the car and methodically went through everything- going so far as to print the pertinent parts of the manual that described how to set the car up for rv towing. I ve had far less service on much more expensive cars. It was our experience that these guys cared and loved the product. Tahir was great and Pete in finance was awesome. Very professional and the follow up was a nice touch. I m a detail oriented guy and this is a detail oriented dealership. It was just great. Makes we want to buy another Honda. Super impressed with the car too. Honda has really stepped it up since the early 2000s.
The dealership is a nice modern complex, all under one roof, containing new car sales, used car sales, and service, as well as plenty of covered parking for its extensive inventory of new cars. Although you can and should do as much research as possible on the Internet beforehand, it is even more valuable to visit a dealership and see the actual cars. Sitting in the cars, and taking a test drive, convinced me to zero in on the features I really needed.
Bill Page's dealership has many friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable sales agents. They helped me determine my needs and they gave me a good deal.
A special "shout-out" to Emma Le Maitre, our sales agent. She spent a lot of time with us, arranged test drives, guided us through the features available on various models, she helped us complete the settings on the car we eventually bought.
I m in the car business myself and I just want to say Big thank you to Bernardo on the purchase of the 2019 Honda CR-V. Just picked one up for my family and he was nothing but outstanding from start to finish. Also a big thanks to Mr.Habib on the financing department. You can t go wrong with these guys! Bill Page beats any Honda in the east coast!
The new and used sales department is super rude. I guess the company name that was showing up on their caller ID caused them to answer and hang up repeatedly every time i called. Thanks Doug or Douggie and everyone else that did this today over and over again.
I went into Bill Page Honda today after driving hours away. I informed them of a pre approval however they ran my credit with other banks and once I didn t not offer the down payment they wanted (although it differed from the terms provided by my bank) they ran my credit on a car I did not ask for nor was I interested in. All for a sale! Not for customer service. Especially someone driving hours away during a pandemic.
Oualid Houaya was outstanding. Very helpful, patient, and the epitome of professionalism.
WORSE costumer service , they treat me like I was nothing.
Joe Slaugthee was so nice and helpful as well as Tyrone Brown he was amazing !! Greeted me as soon as I walked into the door ! Recommend this place 100%
Recently purchased a used Odyssey from Bill Page Honda. Worked with Mike Assadi. He was very professional and addressed every question or concern we may have had. It was a smooth process from the test drive to the financing. Would definitely buy a vehicle from them again.
Never really leave feedback, however this is the 1st time I've had outstanding customer service from a honda dealership in 15 years. Ask for Matthew Walker in vehicle services if you need your honda repaired. Goes way beyond to help you get back on the road.
For over 20 years, I had been a die-hard Toyota man. I had extremely good experiences with Toyota cars and was planning to purchase another Camry but I didn't like the cheesy interiors in the newer models. During my car search, I decided to stop in at Bill Page Honda. I was greeted warmly by Warfe Isse. I explained to him that I had been looking at Camrys but was checking out the competition and since I had never considered buying a Honda, I was interested in looking them over. He immediately set me up for a test drive and I must say I was rather impressed. He did not pressure me at all and, as I was somewhat unsure of what vehicle I planned to buy, he took my information and allowed me the time to ponder. A few days later, I returned to the dealership. Warfe was waiting - we went on two more test drives - one of the Accord Sport and a fully loaded Accord. He was extremely attentive and, because he knew from my reactions that I really like the cars that I had driven, he made sure that he explained the features and differences between the vehicles. It didn't take long before I gave in to my inner voice and decided to switch from my long-time favorite, the Camry, to the Honda Accord. I wanted a particular interior which was not present on the lot, so Warfe and Carlos found one nearby and promised that it would be at their dealership before the end of the week. The rest is history. Overall, Warfe provided excellent customer service and made my car purchasing experience a great one!
Raquel is an amazing sales person! Would definitely recommend her
The way I was treated for TWO months dealing with bill page Honda was hell... unprofessional... and unacceptable... It took two months to get my dad's tags for his buyout accord after leasing it and I cant help but to think that they purposely took this long and purposely made me and my dad go through hell for TWO whole months. I understand it's a long process but my biggest issue wasn't even the time it took, it was the way they went about and handled and the way they treated me which only makes me think that the so-called GENERAL SALES MANAGER JEREMIAH AND TAG AND TITLE CLERK SHEENA were doing it on purpose. It was extremely difficult trying to get in contact with them both just to check on the status of the tag and title which we already paid for and the only time they actually called me back was when I got the CFO who was at the top of their management list involved. There was a time where I even tried for days and I had no luck even calling their direct line. It came to a point where I was calling and asking for anyone, I didnt care if it was a maintenance worker, I was just trying to get anyone to rely the message to call me back and even when I did get someone to have them call me back I didnt get any call back. So yes it sounds like whatever they were doing it was done on purpose. I bet if I was someone who was interested in buying a car they would've picked up the phone or called me right back. I was there with my dad on April 16th and did a lease buyout and didnt get the tags until June 13th which was THE DAY 2ND TEMPORARY TAG EXPIRED. I hope going there with my dad who doesn't speak English and both with no car buying experience, coming from an hour away in Maryland, being Asian, being easy to deal with and not having much time because the lease was due on the day we were there have nothing to do with anything because that would be a whole another story to talk about. Maybe they weren't happy because they were trying to take advantage of us and pull an easy one but didnt work because they almost fooled us for almost $1100 on the buyout. $1100 is a lot of money and FINANCE MANAGER OMAR with help from ALMIS ANOTHER FINANCE MANAGER which I dealt with a week prior almost got us into signing with that amount included. Long story short, after going back and forth talking to my sister over the phone who has a lot of experience dealing with dealerships, I guess OMAR knew I wasn't gonna fall for it and gave up and said oh so dumb of me the sales tax was accidently included again. Those were his exact words, "oh so dumb of me the sales tax was accidently included again". Earlier he told me that computer automatically generates the amount and numbers so whatever shows is it and he doesn't know how that additional $1100 got added but he tells me at the end that he accidentally included the sales tax again... Almost getting fooled wasn't even my biggest issue, yes "almost loosing close to $1100" wasn't even the biggest issue. No one who sets their foot on that door should be treated like this, especially someone who gave them business. One of the biggest mistake I ever made was to go to this dealership. We dont regret buying a Honda but We regret dealing with this dealership. I'm going to write separate reviews on different sites regarding on my experience with Jeremiah and Sheena because if I can prevent even just one person from going through what my dad and I went through it's worth my time and effort to write this review because no one, no one deserves this from any business.
Everyone here was super helpful and nice. I have to give huge credit to Ed for going above and beyond to help us get a great car! He asked what we could do/what we wanted and made it happen. If your looking for a vehicle come to this dealership and ask for Ed.
I bought a used car from here. The car that I got had a few scratches and seemed a little over priced, especially in comparison to the Kelly Blue Book value. However, I really liked the car and the scratches were minor. They were willing to come down in price for me so I could stay within my budget. They were also kind of your typical salesmen and it took quite some time to finalize everything. I have had better customer service when my husband bought his used car from Carmax. But part of that might have been that it was a really busy day and they had an event going on. They also went over the Carfax report with me and explained everything I had questions on. Overall, decent experience, worth checking out for the pretty good prices on cars.
This has got to be the worst honda dealer ive ever been in. Every single employee near the parts department walks with such cockiness and act as if they dont care that we are here. I sat in the waiting lounge for about 1 hour JUST for a tire change! Never again will i come back to this dealer. Id rather go to a mechanic than to come back to these jerks. Over priced parts and they dont value any customer.
BROWNS honda is the place to go! Amazing customer service, reasonable prices for parts, and they trully value their customers and WILL work with you.
My recent experience at Bill Page Honda was one to remember. My sales person Mohammed, was friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Asked what I was looking for in cost and features then showed me both new and used inventory, telling me why he wanted to show me both. (I should make an educated decision) I didn't waste time looking at vehicles that were out of my price range or lacking the features I was looking for. Mohammed took the high road in the transaction answering my questions never talking down to me or rushing the discussion. I have already recommend Bill Page Honda and the courteous staff beginning with my sales person Mohammed.
I negotiated a great deal on a Honda Pilot Elite. Page Honda has invested heavily in a state of the art facility that encompasses four stories of their new building. A world class dealership stocked with friendly professionals. I always ask for Cassandra in the Service Department.
Adeel and the financial specialist took great care of me. They had the vehicle outside when I arrived and make sure I was taken cared really well. They went over all the options with vehicle and financing really well.
We had a great experience! Billion was fantastic, personable, and went above and beyond to make our transaction smooth and quick. He even gave us his card and encouraged us to call with any questions about our new van. Omar in finance was also very helpful, friendly, and extremely informative. He went out of his way to help us through the process of buying our van. We are grateful for such great service!
I got there without any expectation of buying a brand new car, i was stucked with a huge debt with another dealer with a used car with mechanical problems, i was worried and really upset about it, i was looking for a solution and i really found it when i get to this place they found a solution to my case and i came out from there with a brand new Honda Accord 2017. I really recommend this place to anyone great team specially Luis Caycho one of the sales members.
Excellent new car buying experience. Please ask for David in sales and he will tell you everything you need to know. He is honest, kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
There is no high pressure sales at this dealership and I am confident you will be happy with your car buying experience at Bill Page Honda, as am I.
Eric and Fran were both incredibly kind and courteous to me. They got me a great price and interest rate for my new honda. I'd highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.
My car was serviced today for a routine oil change. The service rep (Danny) was really friendly, speedy/efficient, and accommodated to my service request in a timely manner. Thanks Danny for making my trip a breeze! The waiting room area was clean, there were free coffee, TV, and high speed internet.
this is a really bad service dealer! I bought a used 2006 Honda Pilot 2 years ago one owner from Syed salesman price was not bad but I had 2 issues A/C was not working and TPMS light comes on after a short period driving it. we agreed to salesman that they were going to fix TPMS but no A/C. when I get the car they did nothing to it. I made an appointment to fix this but one of the service staff (Maria) told me that this is a normal "issue" and they couldn't fix this problem! and I was not satisfied with her answer. so I went ahead and test myself sensors taking air out on each tire and I found out that 2 sensor were bad. So how could I found the problem without any special tools or scanner and their "technician" couldn't find any issue with it? then they offered me 5 free oil change for 1 year with the purchase of the pilot which was a good deal. first time was great service but second I went there Mr. Arrington was really mean telling me that my car didn't need oil change because in the dash showed 50% remaining and "it was a waste"? really?? first of all I make my oil chance every 4 month and second I was using 2 out of my 5 free oil change so what was his problem? that was not nice! He is really rude with customers and it shouldn't be dealing with any. After that 6 months later my transmission broke, I knew that it didn't have any warranty but I went ahead and tell them to check it out. heres why Im ok with 1 star cause one of the managers really helped me fixing the transmission charging me only $1300 which was pretty good deal coming from a Honda dealer. but heres another problem, after they completed the job a noticed a squeaking noise when I turned the steering left or right. I took my car again back to them and they said that they lube some part in the steering system. guess what? the noise came back, I really was tired to deal with these people and had to fix it my self one more time. And last, I went to get and oil change since they send me coupons for that ($40 oil change and car wash). But last time they stripped the drain bolt and told me that I needed to replace the oil pan which would have a cost of almost $700!!! how I was going to pay for a mistake they did? they came up with "the last person who did the oil change put the bolt to tight" and the only ones who were doing the oil changes since I bought the car were them. I really really was upset with Maria cause she always came up with things that don't make sense to save their backs! anyway I refused to pay them anything to fix that problem I wanted my car the same way I brought it. I don't know what they did but they gave me my car back running, now is leaking oil from the drain bolt because of them and I would have to fix it myself one more time. I understand now why everybody call them "stealerships" because they always try to rip you off no matter what. when I was in the waiting area service staff went to customer trying to up sale telling them things that cars didn't need and customer said "I just came for an oil change" with a frustrating face poor them. so I waited almost 2 years to give this review and im happy that I did it cause I almost give them a 4 star rating at first. thank you and I hope help some one not to get ripped off.
I just bought a new Honda Fit here a few weeks ago after my last car, which I'd also purchased at Bill Page, was totaled. Since first coming to the dealership in 2009 and becoming a regular over the years, I've been able to see the substantial improvements Bill Page has made.
The facilities, obviously, are bigger and better, more open and more customer-friendly. The service department, as always, is reliable and does Honda-certified work that Honda owners can trust, and the advisers are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and not out to rip you off (particularly Danny and Arturo). Dropping my car off for service and talking to representatives is much more convenient now, too.
More than anything else, though, the sales department seems to have really stepped it up. I was helped with my purchase by a gentleman named Warfa who, over the course of several days, assisted me with all of my needs. He was sensitive to my situation (my last car was totaled and I needed a replacement promptly, but the payment for the car was held up, etc.) and willing to work with me whenever I needed--I came in as late as 8:30pm and as early as 9am. He said he would make a purchase work for me and did, showing me numerous options to consider (and test drive) and giving me a wealth of information on buying used vs. new, financing, rebates, warranties, service plans, and so on. I ended up with a car I'm very satisfied with and very comfortable bringing back for regular maintenance, and I'd recommend the both Bill Page's sales and service to anyone who has or is looking to have a Honda.
I felt good about my experience. Settled of offer and staff was extremely courteous. They even had hamburgers and hotdogs for Memorial Day.
Great place to buy a car! I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Bill Page Honda today, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I contacted the dealership yesterday, the manager promptly returned my phone call. He gave me a very good price on the car I was interested in. I came in today and I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly atmosphere. Billy (the manager), Walid (sales consultant), and Miguel, (finance mgr) are all top-notch! I love the car (2005 Saab convertible) and I thought the whole experience was handled so well. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
I had the pleasure with working with Bianca. She is hands down amazing and has a one of a kind personality!! If you ever need a car definitely go check her out at used cars!!!
Hit or Miss with customer service. I have had excellent experience and have also had bad experience to my surprise from the actual service manager! However, the garage services are the best. Getting follow-up customer service needs improvement. After servicing my car, I was told that they would call me to come back and complete the other part of the service. I never heard from them and I had to call them back so that they can finish.
For the second time I feel I've been ripped off by Bill Page Honda.
I took my car in for the special $24.99 oil change and asked that they change engine and cabin filters in addition ......no price was offered or discussed and I (wrongly) assumed it would be another $20-30. They have just charged me $212! I will not be returning.
They are the best! Mom and Pop service with state of the art facilities! Hats off to the entire staff, especially Tom Watkins, who gives exceptional customer service!
Love you guys!!!
Mid week service calls take less than an hour to complete. Comfortable lounges, and a quiet lounge in the new cars section. Above average coffee and clean restroom. Car wash with oil change.
I stopped by on a fact-finding mission to see what was available and drove away a short time later behind the wheel of a new-to-me used car which is indistinguishable from an actual new car! Virtually every person I came in contact with from the sales associate to the finance manager was extraordinarily hospitable and conscientious in finding the best possible car for my needs with a financing plan that was customized to my unique circumstances. I could not be more satisfied with the personal and caring service that I received. Bill Page Honda has earned my trust and gratitude for an excellent deal on a reliable vehicle. What would normally have been a stressful experience was incredibly peaceful due to the sincere concern of every single person I encountered!
My wife and I left with a great car, for a good price, and had a low-pressure buying experience with Bill Page Honda. Our sales person (Mike/Morteza A.) and the manager (Larry L.) were both helpful and reasonable when we got into discussions. Both Mike and Larry along with their F&I manager (Habib) answered all of our questions and were easy to work with even when we changed our mind about something. They still didn't heavily pressure us. We were very satisfied with our buying experience.
This was my fifth visit to Bill Page ,means this was my fifth car that i got from them ,and would definitely recommend them . Mr Rasheed was very helpful , aswell Finance manager Habib. was in a tough situation but they helped me overcome it.
Since I moved for Fairfaix, 3 years ago, that my dream Odissey shows the oil change due, at the same moving day, with a lots of fears from sad experiences at the Rout 1 Honda dealer in PWC, I run to the Bill Page Honda next day preparing myself for another emotional challenge. Fairfax hun!!!!
Stopping my car, following directions, sitting in front of that blessed desk, when the first words: " Welcome to our house, will be yours now and I'm glad to help you today "... wouu!!.. I couldn't hold my tears infront of that angel, Mr Tom, made me feel realy realy welcome, with all patience about my limited idiom, with all caring even my 2007 car, without any discrimination, always at the same way since now. They are part of our Honda family! Soon my daughter graduated from College, the amazing deal they did, for her new car "dream come true " be possible, Thank you Rachel, Fernando, Moises for that.
My son, with the same happiness since last year. A great deal for a Young guy, who Subaru treated like a number not like a person, Bill Page treated like a mom ! And again, I have no Thanks enough for Rachel, Carlos, Fernando and all Financial Dept. And now my daughter's husband, yes she got married!!! also he changed his Hunday to Honda with the same happiness and satisfaction.
" THANK YOU SO MUCH!!" All at Fairfax Bill Page and God continue blessing the team work there. Full of caring, respect and talent that you guys have and the most important, love and compassion for people who have a dream.
Without doubt, you guys can make possible, thats is the reason of Bill Page success come from.
Happy mom ever!!

I have adjusted my 5 star rating to 2 stars.
I had a great buying experience, but everything after the sale itself has been a bit of a mess.
It took 3 weeks to get my DC tags, bumping up against the limit for my temporary plates, and when I received them... they were incorrect, and I'm not able to park my car where I live. To make matters worse, I was assigned a NO RPP permit... so I cannot actually park in a spot where DC residents park. Since I've lived at my current address, I've always had a zone 6 tag.
I was under the impression that handling this type of thing at the dealer was supposed to make things smooth. I have regretted this decision, and now I'm probably left paying again.
