Poor business operations on the Service Departmen...
Poor business operations on the Service Department side! I scheduled their recommended major service plus buying 4 new tires over the phone serveral days ago and was told i will have a loaner car since this is going to take some time ans be over $1000.00 thus the free loaner car.
i showed up today at the appointment time and was told at first only a civic is avail for loaner .. (i drive a crv suv).. even that i was willing to cimpromise.. but then waited and was told no loaner car..so he was calling enterprise rental car. kept me waiting for awhile.. i told him i have to be at some place in an hr.. and already 30 mins past while waiting for their chaotic way of handling.this... i cannot wait for them to figure out whats they plan to do...so i left since i m tight on time. i m very disappointed u wasted my time n got nothing accomplished due to poor operations n service there.
whats the point of calling 5 days ahead to schedule if they r this unprepared!! never again Bill Page, you have lost me as a customer and a potential shopper for good.. bad management.
