In general, positive but would expect a better inventory (only had one Insight EX) Elizabeth Leathers was our sales consultant. She was friendly, honest, and transparent. The fact that almost all the staff are latinos is a thing that I personally liked and one of the main reasons why I decided to buy in BP instead of Landmark.
On the negative side, BP offered things that are not available for the Insight 2019 when we negotiated the deal and let me know the problem only after I sent my loan application to the bank. Honestly, I don't believe they didn't know. I decided to move forward with the purchase because I was really saturated with the whole buying process (not only BP's fault). Buying a car in the US is an absolute nightmare. I was sick of dealers calling me every day asking when I am going for a test drive,
So, my balance is positive but BP could improve a lot.
