My wife and I purchased a new Accord from the dealership on 21 December, 2018. We have purchased 14 cars from various dealerships over the past 44 years and this was the first time that we were not inundated with sales staff in the parking lot or in the salesroom. The manager happened to be there when we entered the showroom. He greeted, introduced himself, and told us to let him know if we needed help.

We looked around the salesroom at the various vehicles without anyone hovering over us and eventually asked the manager a salesman about the Accords. He asked Ryan Briley, one of the sales staff, to come over to help and introduced us. Ryan was new to car sales but he was able to answer every question asked was well versed on all of the vehicles that were available. We eventually told him that we were interested in an Accord and he gave us the pros and cons of each model, which he was able to do with hardly and need to refer to the brochures. A terrific no-pressure transaction

When we made our choice we were handed over to Omar Elbardisi of the Finance Section. Again this was another no-pressure transaction. Omar explained the financing process and what each cost represented. A small problems arose regarding the military discount but Omar processed the contract and simply asked me to me to provide what he needed when I found it. There was absolutely no pressure during the transaction, including the usual pressure one normally gets it comes to addons. Omar told us what was available and told us that we could look at the brochures and come back if we decided that we wanted.

This was a really good experience and I would recommend Bill Page Honda to anyone interested in a Honda product.
